Ran in here real quick to pick up a sharpies. I could not find it so I asked for help. Everyone was busy, but it didnt take very long to get help. The gentleman helping me was nice and knowledgeable about where products were located in the store. The inside was very clean.

Very helpful this morning all around. Dagan was very patient as I was deciding between two chairs. He even offered to take it to the counter then proceeded to load it up in my truck curbside. The young cashier lady explained the 3 year protection plan so well I had to purchase it. Solid chair selection and great customer service.

We printed our daughters wedding programs here. Process was simple & quick. At the Staples printing services counter, they instructed us to email the document (we created in Publisher/saved as PDF) to their Staples email, selected the paper we wanted, placed the order and they told us we would be called once it was ready in 24 hours. Nicolette and Emily absolutely made our day! Nicolettes joyful voicemail telling me it was ready & how they enjoyed printing our order was so fun! It was so neat to see them enjoy something import to us. Those gals really love their job & it shows! We were thrilled with the programs, paper quality & how they were folded! I have used Staples for 3 years for my Xmas cards so I was confident in the quality of the programs. I highly recommend Staples Murfreesboro for your print needs!

I went in Staples on Old Fort Pky. today to inquire about a sale they were having on office chairs. A young woman sales person there assisted me. I asked when the sale would end. She told me the sale would probably end sometime next week. The word probably doesnt properly answer my question. When a person is trying to take advantage of a sale it is important to know when the sale ends. The exact date. Not PROBABLY when. Duh! So I asked what date the sale would end and she said she didnt know. So I asked does anyone here know so that I can find out, she started get a smart attitude. Thats what I call an ignorant, sub par salesperson. Answering someone with PROBABLY doesnt tell anyone anything.

Manager refused to return a very uncomfortable chair due to few days passed on the return policy for a chair that I had bought insurance for too. The on the floor office chairs dont match the boxed on the shelf chairs when it comes to depth and comfort. You will end up with non-returnable product. The chair and the insurance policy are both collecting dust in my office. I not going to be visiting Staples for a very long time.

I just had the best experience in the copy and print service area here. Both employees went over and beyond to make sure my experience and my product was exactly how I wanted it! I used the self service cutting station and was there for a while and witness their kindness and enthusiasm for their customers with each and every customer that came in! A huge shout out to these employees! I will definitely be back for any other copy/print/marketing needs I may have!

I came to this Staple a couple of day ago and I was super happy. My english not good but young man name Kyle help me. I need chair for me son to play game but he say he need game chair no regular and Kyle gave me game chair nice one. I love this Staple and Kyle.

Wow. I am not normally a fan of big box or chain stores. However, today, Staples really impressed me. Shoutout to Kyle for outstanding customer service. There was a mixup with our sons desk chair that he needs for remote learning & this guy went above & beyond. NOT what youd get through Amazon. Thank you for setting my kids up right for his school year!

I usually go to Office Depot and leave disappointed at how little of a selection they have for everything. I started going to Staples and they have an amazing selection of pens, expo markers, highlighters, notebooks, everything!! They have options for normal, professional looking items or decorated, cute versions of the same things. They have a large selection of office chairs, desks, and whiteboards. Im always impressed at the wide selection of items in here, and their print services are also exceptional! New favorite office supply store!

I was helped at the printing service desk by the most amazing British young lady named Emily, she was so sweet and she went beyond to help me with the horrific mess I had going on with printing some school stuff. She never gave up on helping me and she did it with such a beautiful smile and great attitude and she was also multitasking making sure other customers would get the same attention. She needs to become a manager or get some kind of recognition. Emily you ROCK!!!

Went here this morning and wanted to return an item. The female cashier with the short blonde hair wouldn’t help me and told me the item could not be returned. So i went to another staples and they accepted my return

Great Store! I use the copy center on a regular basis. The staff is excellent and provides very fast service. We buy all our office supplies here and always find what we need. Plenty of help throughout the store. Very nice place to do business.

Absolutely wonderful. Kaylee was great. She was so helpful when designing my sons graduation invitations. I was so nervous in anticipation of completing them. She really walked me through the process and was very patient.

I have noticed lately that every time I have gone into this Staples there doesnt seem to be very many people shopping. Especially in a college town. I worked at a Staples in Texas while going to school and it was always busy. With that said todays service was very good. Quick and easy to get in and out. I was pointed in the correct direction of the item I needed and checking out was fast and easy.

I don’t go to staples often, but I just left today. There were three employees at the register talking, and it was my turn, and the one lady scanning my stuff did not say a word to me. After scanning and bagging, she turned and talked to the other employees. I waited about 30 seconds, and the other employee was asking if my card wasn’t working. I told her that I was waiting for the cashier to confirm something on the register. After another few seconds, she confirmed whatever she needed and I inserted my card. Waited another bit of time, and finally after she finishes saying what she was saying to her coworkers. She hands me my receipt and turns back around and kept talking with it looking at me or saying anything. My friend And I were kind of upset just because there was no friendly service, or any service at all, and it just came off a little rude.

Plenty of supplies, short on help, even fully staffed. How do modern companies employ so many people and still dont have a person to answer the phone? Not a horrible experience, but enough to make me go down the street to office depot.

This place is great. They really helped me out when I need it. The one in Smyrna closed on me an hour early. So I had to drive all the way to Murfreesboro just to get service.

I went into Staples 45 minutes before close, emailed 20 pages of docs to print, waited and waited and waited for them to receive it. I was the only print services customer. I tried Yahoo, I tried Gmail, I emailed to the clerk, emailed through self-help... still no docs. They closed at 9 pm. I got the confirmation email at 9:05 pm. I left without any documents and lost an hour of my time with no consolation. I will never ever rely on Staples again. Im switching to FedEx. The higher price will guarantee far better service.

Wish I could give zero stars. Bought a jansport backpack and was sold a protection plan to cover it for two years. Well, one year later the zipper breaks. Call for the warranty and get a huge hassle. Finally get in touch with the manager of staples, and he gives me the info that I am supposed to have to make the claim. When I file the claim I am told they will not honor it because it is a duplicate receipt. The duplicate receipt is what I was given at the time of purchase stapled to the warranty card. Very shady business to sell a third party warranty, give you a useless duplicate receipt, and then offer no way to correct the issue.

Its very much just office supplies. I was hoping for more than just chairs and desks with their furniture. (I.e. bookcases and storage cabinets)

As usual, the staff is very friendly. Travis was especially helpful giving me time and expertise to resolve my questions.

Im not even really sure how to describe this place, Im not sure if they were just lazy or what? Walk in knowing I am looking at spending around $11,000 with my staples card and he calls with some song and dance of bologna. I guess the best way to describe this store is just, useless. The lazy fat kid in the computers told me it would take hours to find the part, I called the staples call center they found all 31 parts in about 20 min. This guy needs to get a job that involves less work than typing

I visited the store and paid for a service that was never provided. I was told to wait a minute and patiently waited for 30 minutes. Other options were available but weren’t offered until I asked and at that time I was told to continue to wait for a supervisor. The employees in the copy center have no motivation.

Dont let them sell you a Squaretrade warranty thinking you can just make a call and get a quick and easy resolution to a bad item. Or maybe it will actually work for you. It certainly didnt for me.

Both copiers are dead and no instructions on how to work. 3 people lined up to make copies, girl behind counter slow and uninterested. Need to not advertise they have printing capabilities in this environment.

Prices were not as cheap as Walmart. When they normally are at back to school time
