He was VERY knowledgeable and helped steer me in the correct path on what I needed to get. If it was up to me, that man would get a raise!

Everyone is ALWAYS very helpful at Murfreesboros Best Buy! I want to give a hug and Thank You to Cameron in the Order Pick Up area. She went overboard to help me with an order I had placed and did not pick up until 2 to 3 weeks after it was placed. Thus it was cancelled. I did not have my receipt with me. She made me feel that I was her only concern and searched the computer many different ways to find a solution. She discovered it was still in the store, and advised a refund had been issued after 7 days and no pick up and credit could be found on my email. She tried one more time and found the item was still in the store.Cameron was very caring and helpful and all was done with a smile.Thank you so very much for your professional assistance and kind heart. It meant so very much to me. I would love for Best Buy to take note of this great employee for truly going the extra mile!! Thank you!!

Horrible customer service. I wanted to purchase a cell phone case, and just wanted to check if the one I was going to buy would work. Stood in line for over 30 minutes. Asked guy at the front door. He didnt know so paged for someone to help. When I went back to get in line Best Buy associate began helping a lady who just walked up. The same Best Buy associate had previously looked at me, acknowledged I was waiting and said, I will be with you shortly. Then proceeded to help the woman who just walked up.

Really nice store here! It is one of few BBs to have remodeling done and it looks awesome compared to the old style. I am always greeted with very courteous employees each time I come here which, as a BB employee myself, I sincerely appreciate.To any PC builders and gamers, in addition to spotting this 11900k I have copped a 5900x and a rare LG 4k 144hz monitor here. This seems to be a good franchise for rarer hardware.

Bought a French Door Refrigerator from them on 02/23/2017, the freezer stopped working 07/10/2018 & ruined $280 worth of food. The repair man replaced part & leveled the refrigerator to the point that it came up off the wheel on the right side & I am not able to pull it out to clean underneath it or behind it. It started making loud popping & sizzling noises so I called & made appointment for same day repair 10/13/2021, unplugged cause I am afraid its gonna catch on fire due to the horrible noises. An entire refrigerator & freezer of food yet again for the second time ruined! The repair technician never showed up even though I called out of work to get it repaired. Now I am being told that the guy I spoke with in the appliance repair department did not check with the service provider department to verify the appointment. So, now they are saying they cant come out until 10/20/2021 to diagnose it & even then it might be longer cause they might have to order part/s. This is complete B.S. I also purchased 2 laptops from Best Buy that broke within the first year multiple times as well. Lesson learned, I will NEVER purchase anything from here ever again!! Nothing but junk products & bottom of the barrel service!!!

I liked that we were given time to look without pressure from salesman. Fortunately, what I went to purchase was there. But, what my friend wanted wasnt available. Instead of waiting for it to be back on the shelf, he decided to order online himself. The store was clean, and the staff was friendly. Four stars given only because shelves were not stocked with merchandise. I understand items are not all readily available, and there are delays with shipping. If I was not aware of those problems, I would have given less stars.

Went to buy a new TV. There was only one employee for the entire tv department. He was busy helping someone so I waited. After 25 minutes without help I went to Costco and bought a TV there. I was in and out of Costco in 15 minutes.

We were looking to buy two IPad pros for our business. I was going to purchase them at the Apple Store in Cool Springs but after reading recent reviews it did not look good. So I checked out Best Buy Murfreesboro and went there. We were in and out in 15 minutes with what we were looking for. The staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

I will never go to this or any other Best Buy store again. I went to to purchase a new computer set up. There were at least 5 Best Buy people in the computer area just walking around. I asked two for help. I never received any. After about 15 minutes I asked the young lady at the customer service window to get someone to help me. She said that it was early and they had no one to help. I asked about the 5 people walking around and she just gave me a blank stare. There was no customer service...so I went to Office Depot and spent my $2,000.00 with people who know what customer service is and how to address issue.

But, I guess that only applies to when its abortion.The rating I really choose doesnt even register. But, in order to post a rating, something was required. And dont bother sending a reply from Best Buy about the CDC guidelines and safety garbage. We walked out. Our money spends just as well elsewhere.

Update:5/2021 New location is nice but completely disappointed. Place was basically empty except for the check out line. Seemed like there was hardly any employees around. I didnt see any of the regular employees I was use to working with. Shelves seemed empty except for Amazon products. When did Best Buy become a warehouse for Amazon and Apple? 🤦‍♂️2019Went in to find an LG dishwasher but didnt have the model I was looking for. Going to order one through the Best Buy app. All the employees seemed very busy and focused. No one said anything to me when walking through the store. Still a good experience just to check out new things.

Nice people at the store. They’re patient nd answering all your questions till you place the order. Once you pass that stage, you won’t find anyone to deal with. U gotta keep calling and wait nd wait to find somebody to tell you that your items delivery date has been postponed one more week. Daaah, they already postponed it 2 weeks at the store. So now it’s 3 weeks, you pay for something nd you can’t have it till they wake up.

They do not communicate well with their customers. I bought a $1200 phone they did not have in stock, they ordered it said it would take 6 or 7 days. I tried calling them on the 6th day. Message said this store is not taking calls. So I waited and went into the store on the 7th day. No phone yet. So now the say wait for a message before you come back. SO far I have driven 70 miles twice and will have to drive another, 70 when I can finally pick it up. Did I tell you I am 83 years old?

I ordered a TV for cyber Monday and opted to do store pickup. (I understand that the holidays are a busy time, however, I would much rather have the information up front.) I was not able to choose the store closest to my home, so I chose the next closest store. I was able to choose next day pickup and the website stated pick up was between 9am-9pm. I arrived the next day around 3pm. When I contacted the store, I was advised that I had to wait until I received an email from them to pick up my order. I was unable to pick up my order at that time despite speaking with store employees and explaining that I had driven an hour to arrive at this store. I was finally able to pick up my order-over a week after I placed my order.

ADVICE: if you have to order an item thats not in the store at the time, either buy a substitute or request that it be shipped by FedEx or UPS. Do not let them ship by regular mail. It will take a long time before you get the item. Excellent store financing available for good credit. Good quality electronics. I wish installation was part and parcel with purchases.

I have used their drive up pick up lanes a couple times and really likes not having to go in just to pick thing up. They employees are very helpful and always in a good mood. I even returned something using the same lanes which really helped expedite my business there and increase resolution time. especially since it was a 65 TV.

The BESTI had the need for a TV, and fortunately Best Buy had a HUGE selectionAfter the worst experience at the Coolsprings store, I drove to Mufreesbourgh, and glad I did.The absolute BEST experience. I explained to the consiere at the front of the store what I was looking for. He instructed me to wait in the TV section, by the time I got to the back - Sean was there. He was well informed and most helpful with me making a selection of the TV that met my needs - at a great price (savings), and all done in record time.This store and experience reminded me of why the store is called “ BEST BUY”KUDOS to mufreesbourgh Best Buy, well worth the drive

After buying an open box tv and getting it home, we had it mounted to the wall and tried to use it. After buying a new remote, we tried to pair the remote with the tv. It didnt work. I spent 30 minutes on the phone with samsung after which it was discovered that the tv was left in retail mode. I called best buy support because some incompetent moron in their corporate office decided you cannot call the retail locations any longer. After 30 more minutes on the phone to some remote support tech the call dropped and they did not call me back. They do not even have protocols in place that they are supposed to call back if the call drops. So I then had to start over with another person. 30 minutes later and all he can tell me is that he cannot even call the store to try and get resolution and all he can suggest while we wait for his team lead to read an email somewhere in the world is to have the installer come back, take the tv down, drive 70 miles round trip to have then unlock the tv. Did i mention they are the ones who failed to do this to begin with?There is a reason best buy is considered one of the next big box retailers to go under. This is a prime example.

Me and my boyfriend wanted to buy ipads for school. Waited 45 minutes for help, while at least FOUR different employees walked by like they didn’t see us. After asking for help from a different service department, we waited for another 10 minutes before leaving. Needless to say, we are never going back and I highly recommend y’all don’t either, make the drive to another one. They need better customer service and definitely a new management system.

So I went to Best Buy looking for wireless charging stations this particular day. Now I have been to this store multiple times and every time security makes sure to say hello it then I have to try and get help, used to not be that way. When I did get help it felt like I was bothering them.Letting the poor customer service thing roll off my back I continued shopping. Came across their refrigerator water filters and almost left due to no help; instead I had to stop an employee with a radio, who was rushing by, to get some help.Long and the short of it is not to expect great help from this location, that is managements fault; they do however have all the things you would expect to find behind the Best Buy brand!

Not one department answers the phones anymore. I spent hours over several days waiting, and not one person picked up the phone. Yet when you walk in, the employees stand at the entrance with their hands in their pockets. Not one apology for the waste of my time. What is wrong with answering a phone? Twice I’ve gone here looking to purchase a radio for my truck and twice I’ve been rudely denied service or entry because I can’t wear a mask. I firmly believe that businesses should be able to serve customers of their choice, but the reason I can’t wear a mask is because of a service related condition from my time in the military. These people have been rude to me twice now. They have not offered any online, pickup, or delivery service, they just denied me service at all. I hope they aren’t treating other people this way, especially other veterans.

The selection here is not very impressive. Always here with hubby looking for computer parts and can never find anything close to what we are looking for.Couldnt find a decent streaming cam.Finding the right AUX cable for what we need is impossible too..When we try to get help, it feels so difficult to get an employees attention.Out of the last 15 times weve been here, we have not bought a thing since they dont have what were looking for.It is a nice looking BB, but since its the most popular place to buy tech here, it feels so disappointing.

Second bad experience in the new store. The first experience was a more than 2 hour wait to buy a new $800 phone and get it activated. Today I had an online order pickup and was shopping for laptops. I waited and waited and no employees ever showed up. Finally went to entrance and asked for them to call someone. At least 20 minutes later, I caught a kid out of uniform with a Best Buy shirt on. He was zero help and knew less than I did. Finally, at store pickup, I waited another 20 minutes and no one evwn acknowledged my presence. Cashier stands were backed up into the aisles as well. I would rather pay more online then do business at this location.
