Customer service is wonderful! Staff is prompt and courteous. I always have great experiences at this location. 👍Can you please start offering non dairy options for your iced and hot coffee, such as oat milk, coconut, or almond? This would be greatly appreciated! 🙂

Doughnuts are great just that this says a lot about management and I feel some way about what I’m putting in my body. At least close the gate. Not nice for business

Your lobby is closed okay put a sign up at the entrance so people stop pulling in and back out to the drive through. Bad management.

One of the better Krispy Kremes Ive visited. Very upbeat young lady taking and fulfilling my order. Did everything perfect and I was very happy!

Only reason they are getting any stars is because the employees deserve it because they are wonderful. Donuts fresh. Drive through only which is disappointing. No signs until you get to the door. Several people parked and got out only to be greeted with locked doors. Corporate should be ashamed of how they support locations. They send out coupons to get you in only to not have the items advertised by the promotion. We went through the drive through and sat at the outside tables. No garbage cans for guests that are forced through the drive through. Get it together Krispy Kream Corporate and give better support to the staff who show up to run your locations. The problems come from the top and trickle down.

I went there 30 minutes before they closeI ordered two dozen of donuts The lobby was closedI was very disappointed because all the donuts were different in size like they picked all the lift over and gave it to mealso too much glaze and the chocolate was not even Melted on the top of the donuts.I will not be going back anytime soon.

Where to begin, inside dining is closed, 15 plus cars in drive thru. After waiting all that time to get my donuts they are old, most likely prepared yesterday. Tried the new smore donuts, not worth it. Mini glazed, at least a day old.

Went to go order on the app to try and avoid the drive through. Only after reading on reviews that it is NOT dine-in or order ahead, which is a huge issue around m’boro at every restaurant due to lack of full staffing, did I understand the issue with ‘no doughnuts are available but we’re making more’ on the app.It also made me choose not to drive through the line because I honestly thought they were out. Then then hours between the app, Google, and Yelp are all different.Don’t know if it is a lack of franchise support, another franchise owner not really caring in our town, but, I am almost positive it’s not the folks inside. I had these in MI and OH 20 years ago. They were wonderful then. Grabbing a couple of boxes from Kroger and employing the microwave, 15 seconds.

Waited in line for 30 MINUTES just for them to tell me that they were pretty much out of everything. Then I make it to the window and all of the doughnuts that I asked about and were told were unavailable were RIGHT THERE WHERE I COULD SEE THEM! 😡And Their online ordering is never available.

The restaurant clearly states on their website they close at 11. I have gone several times around 9 to fund them closed. Yes i check to make sire the days I went matched with the correct closing time. When they are open I feel that they are extremely understaffed.

Very sad they said they wouldnt be making donut holes or minis today and my glaze dozen didnt look even remotely fresh. Maybe my expectations were too high... 😔

I came here to purchase a couple of dozen glazed doughnuts, the drive-thru line was around the building, but I decided to wait anyway. It took maybe 20 minutes to get to the speaker. We placed the order and finally got to the window, another 15 minutes later. The employee confirmed our order took the payment, and gave us our change. He then turned around to prepare the order. So Im thinking if I placed my order already why is it not ready to go? Their just doughnuts, anyway he then proceeds to pick up a doughnut with the same gloves he has been handling cards and cash with. My husband knocks on the window and asks another young lady who was standing there if they were going to change their gloves. She smiled and didnt say anything she told the other young man he needed to change his gloves and he did. I can only imagine how many germs were passed along. I know you dont know what happens in the kitchen at any restaurant while your food is being prepared but when you actually see it happening that is a different story.

Absolutely FANTASTIC! The place seems new and the donuts were AWESOME as usual! But the best part was the team that was working there! Extremely kind and helpful! They were awesome with our kids as they took time to help with selecting their donuts and made it a memorable experience for our family! Well done!!

Folks are Southern friendly and smiling as always. Watched the new dough go through the process to become donuts. Saw the donut holes. Ordered coffee and donuts to enjoy the ride to my destination.Always a treat to have good old Krispy Kremes for breakfast.

Waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes (the lobby is closed due to covid so understandable). I asked for a dozen assorted donuts and listed off the ones I wanted. Every other one I named they were out of which is also understandable since it was in the evening (even though the hot light was on)So I asked for a random assortment and what they gave me was 9 glazed and 3 chocolate iced with sprinkles. Absolutely ridiculous. I had already driven off before checking it, and wasnt going to wait in the drive thru for another 20 minutes. Paid extra money for glazed donuts. The guy even checked the box before giving it to me.

Business is never open. I have tried 4-5 times over several weeks and it’s always closed. Today the sign said drive thru only, but no one was actually there.

Nice reward for being vaccinated for COVID 19. Had a chocolate topped cream filled donut as well. If I was going to raise my diabetes score then this was a great place to do it. Freshly made and tasty way to start the day. It was worth the temporary sugar rush. And because you can use your vaccination card for a free donut one a day till the end of the year I am sure I will do again. Amazing that this outlet started with a 24 location in Atlanta and grew into where they are today. Quality product. Quick treat.

Order usually comes in wrong, today I got an assorted that was mostly glazed doughnuts. The descriptions never match what actually comes in.

This a newer location and its pretty amazing to see the donuts being made with the machine. Its an awesome layout and one of the better Krispy Kremes across the country. Stop in when that sign is on and you wont be disappointed.

Ordered the halloween dozen and Im throughly disappointed. There are supposed to be 3 of each kind of the filled but there were only 2 of each. The missing ones were replaced with halloween drizzle and sprinkles. You have to pay more for these ones so I expect to get them the way they are supposed to come. Aside from that, 1 of the filled looks like someone stuck their finger in it! The pretzel sticks and cereal pieces on some of the kinds are not crispy at all, they are soft, soggy, and disgusting. REALLY displeased with this order and think I should have just gone to Dunkin Donuts. These are NOT worth the hype of Krispy Kreme or the extra money you pay.

Love this Krispy Kreme normally, but today we were in line forever and the line behind us was almost to the road behind us, They asked multiple times at the window what we ordered and even then the order was wrong, not fresh and they added an extra item to the order & bill. I ordered one donut and a drink. How hard is that????

It was confusing ordering the donuts I wanted. I wanted the creme filled ones with chocolate on top. What I got was a regular donut with chocolate filling.

Their Donuts are great, the staff is extremely friendly. But I would advise to not get any coffee here besides regular ole joe. I know they arent a coffee shop but I got a cappuccino that was just hot coffee and cream and an iced coffee that was just hot coffee over ice

When that Hot Doughnuts Now sign is on, you will wreck your car trying to get over there. Doughnuts were amazing, coffee piping hot, and service work a smile (through the mask)! Definitely going back

Been waiting for this place to open since the announcement. Was there on doughnut day, wait was long but worth it. Got the hot fresh glazed with hot chocolate, and had to eat 6 right away. Very friendly service, the line moved quickly, and got coupons for the next few weeks. Childhood memories were revived and relived. Will definitely be returning!

Dozen donuts were fresh & staff was friendly. Placed & picked up my order in the drive thru. Dozen was free as birthday gift as a member of their rewards club. Otherwise a Dozen original glaze would have been expensive, over $10 with tax.

Quality has dropped a lot this year. Today I got custard filled donuts for my kids that didnt have filling at all. Sometimes the iced ones look like it was a glazed that they threw a little bit of icing on at the last second. Disappointed.

Ordered a limited special island blend dozen. Ordered it at 1:00 for pick up at 5:30 - arrived at 4:30 to inquire if I could get them early . The woman said I could however I wouldn’t get the 3 key lime donuts cause they weren’t ready at the time. She said they were making new ones in 10 minutes and asked me to come back closer to my pick up time, I came back at 5:20 and the SAME woman handed them to me without a word. I discover no key lime doughnuts. This was a disappointment cause it was the main reason for the purchase. I went back to ask for a refund and they handed me a free dozen glazed doughnuts voucher which they offer often! I would have preferred a refund or the Woman who say me earlier to apologize and allow to pick out some other options due to the lack of speciality donuts. It’s not rocket science . If my client wanted a haircut but I didn’t have time I wouldn’t charge her for a haircut and I would apologize

I love this donut place. It doesnt love me... I gain a pound just by smelling those amazing donuts.They are so fresh, every single time Ive gone through the drive through.I got a hot chocolate, wow. This is not watered down. It was very rich and tasted heavenly.Best hot chocolate Ive gotten anywhere out side my kitchen.The only thing I wish I could get different is a Bavarian Creame ( or some call it custard) fill without the chocolate icing.

I left a concern on the website and asked to be contacted. It has been nearly a week and I haven’t heard back, so I will share my negative experience for the rest of Murfreesboro to see.We got on the app on Mother’s Day morning and the HOT NOW sign was illuminated. We drove approximately 20 minutes to Krispy Kreme. Upon arrival, we noticed their HOT NOW sign was NOT illuminated. My husband refreshed the app and the HOT NOW sign was still on. We got in the drive-thru line and when it was our turn I asked the employee if they had hot donuts. She replied “The light isn’t on. We do not have hot donuts.” And I explained that the app showed donuts were HOT NOW. She snapped off at me saying “We have no control what is on the app!” We left and made a stop at the Walgreens up the road and while my husband was inside I called Krispy Kreme. Brady answered. I asked for the contact information of either the franchise owner or area executive. Brady acted as if I was speaking a foreign language saying he didn’t understand what I was asking for. I asked for Brady’s boss and he explained his general manager was off. He said he was an assistant manager and wanted to know what I wanted. I asked for his general manager’s name and he refused to give me the name. I briefly expressed the inconvenience we experienced and he, too, said they cannot control what the app indicates. I asked again for his GM’s name and he still refused to give it to me. I told him that he was providing poor customer service and that I would be contacting corporate and his actions would reflect that he is not competent to be a member of leadership for Krispy Kreme.Here’s the thing…the website and app indicate that the Murfreesboro location does not have set HOT NOW times. With that known, it makes me believe that the Murfreesboro must have control when the HOT NOW option is active on the website/app.We prefer the hot donuts. The others taste stale and I am pretty sure that everything but the glazed are made offsite.So, roughly 45 minutes of wasted time. I hated I had to encounter employees with poor customer service.Will I go back? I probably won’t ever make a trip out that way solely for Krispy Kreme, but if I’m out running errands and see their sign lit up, I will stop.

We love Krispy Kreme doughnuts, who doesnt? Graduation 🎓 dozen was a super promotion! Even though gas is hard to find these days, we made the trip to get a dozen doughnuts for graduating MTSU. We were already extremely honored and excited for the future, and now we all have sugar highs, laughing, and talking really fast. Couple the sugar with coffee and YAHOO, we are having a great day...then a quick 😴 nap. 😂 Thank you Krispy Kreme team for making our special day even more enjoyable with a perfect pack of doughnuts! 🍩🍩🍩🍩

I love Krispy Kreme but I’ve literally had fresher doughnuts at 3am from a 7/11. Four times I’ve been to this store every time the line has not been more than a few cars long but it still takes 20 or more minutes to get my order. And they are always out of the stuff I try to order. So what do I wind up having to get? Cold plain glazed donuts.

Got an iced large iced coffee that was as big as my fiances small chiller drink. Also asked for a chocolate cream filled donut and when I got into the car it was the wrong one even after verifying it. Gross and waste of money. Ill take Dunkin donuts any day.

Had issues one day but the Manager resolved the issue promptly.

This past Saturday, we ordered chocolate iced cream filled donuts along with others (only were able to get 2 glazed donuts - they were out), got home, and the chocolate iced cream filled were all filled with a mixture of CUSTARD AND CREAM. We were very disappointed to say the least, especially since we live too far away to return them.I think I would have better understood getting custard filled ones by mistake, but BOTH custard and cream in each chocolate iced filled donut? Someone at KK made a big mistake. I doubt that we were the only ones who were unpleasantly surprised by that. And being out of glazed when offering a special on them is just inexcusable. We have never had bad experience with any KK, so I hope that things will be better next time around.

This is usually my favorite spot, but not today. I came looking for the oreo special and they did not have at all. It was disappointing because there was no while supplies last sign up and I expected them to be able to accommodate. I guess it wasnt meant to be.

Murfreesboro location need serious help with their service to the customers. The wait in the drive through this morning, with only two cars ahead of me was 32 minutes. My order consisted of 1/2 dozen donuts, one single donut and a coffee. My 1/2 dozen donut flavors were incorrect as well as my single donut. Plus, I paid in cash and the incorrect change was given back to me.PS - giving them a one star is a compliment!
