Walked in with a tire I wanted to get in mind, and was informed they didn’t have them, but offered another, better tire, and brought the price down on those tires to keep costs about the same!I talked to Bill, and was talking about the average MPG display, and how it might be on trip. When I got back into my car after the service, I noticed that it was correctly changed to what it needed to be!My car was done within 30 minutes, amazing service, and amazing people! I buy all my tires and rims here for all my vehicles/trailers. The management staff is great, Bill was out in the pouring down rain on April 10th assisting me with my camper tires. He sets a great example of hard work and customer service for his staff! I will for sure be returning in the future and recommend them to many people! I have found they are the best price for quality when buying!

Man these fellas really do take care of you! The service is awesome. I take all my vehicles, trailers, camper, and atv to them. The only thing that I have as issue with is that I took my gator in there a while back and the driver side rear tire has a small bump in it that when you drive fast on a hard surface it bounces. It isnt real noticeable in the grass which is where we do most of the driving. I just think it was a imperfection in the tire. I know I know why didnt you take it back. I needed it too bad at the time. Now I bet it is too late.

I called yesterday to make a Saturday morning appointment. Tyler told me none were available and that they were booked until noon. I stopped in anyway hoping they could squeeze me in. Tyler got me in immediately, confirmed that my one flat tire is covered by the roadside warranty I had previously purchased and facilitated my acquisition and four new tires. Because I had that roadside warranty, I only paid for three new tires, not four. Deferred interest financing is available through Synchrony. Great service here!

Like all of their stores so far. Fast, courteous, kind service. Even though it was a warranty thing and they werent making money they still treated me great.

I got a flat tire and needed only one. I am a 1st time customer. Was greeted by Kyle in the lot before I got out of my vehicle. Kyle processed all my info. Then to my own fault I had misunderstood info online about the pricing. Long story short. Kyle made sure I walked out with my new tire. I called 4 other tire shops just looking for a good deal. My daughter took my car today to have a nail taken out of tire. They ended up telling her I needed 4 new tires, which we didnt have the money for. There were nails in both back tires. They fixed one and then told her I needed a new tire for one because it was unsafe to drive. She purchased new tire. Fast forward 6 hours my brand new tire is flat sitting in front of my house. This was the Muncie, IN store.

I popped 2 tires and called the manager Bill Mixon as they were closing for the day. Bill and his great team waiting for me to arrive and replaced 4 new tires right away. Great job guys!! Thanks and now Im not stranded. Highly recommend this facility.

I ordered a set of tires online, they called me a couple times throughout the following week to update me on the status of my order. When I arrived for my appointment, I was greeted promptly and each staff member I spoke with was very friendly. Even with it being busy Saturday morning they managed to get me out the door with all new tires in about 45 minutes. I highly recommend this Discount Tire location for any of your tire needs.

Absolutely amazing. They met me at my car. The guy gave me his tire pressure gauge and made sure I knew how to use it. I had a flat tire. I assumed they would be like everyone else and try to convince me I needed new tires. Nope! They fixed my flat and didn’t even charge me!!! I was in such shock that I showed the guy a picture of my dog and his Barkday party. Haha.

I arrived to the store shortly before closing, they were still very busy. I was informed it might be a wait but they would be able to fix my tire. The staff did not leave until every person was taken care of, even though it was almost an hour after closing. I just want you and your staff to know how much I appreciate it

Beat experience I had at a tire store!!! I had ordered my tires on the app, and with in an hour or so I got a call from the store to confirm my order and make sure I had the right size of tire for my car. They were very polite and courteous, I had my appointment @ 11:30 a.m and was out by 12:15. Would definitely recommend this place to someone else.

I needed to balance my wheels and stopped at this Discount Tire store. Overall, my experience was great and it didn’t take a lot of time. Staff members were friendly and professional. The only suggestion I have (and I hope it will be seen) is I wish they put seat covers or a towel over the driver’s seat. My interior is white leather and when I received my car back it had black marks. Other than that everything was great.

My tire rotation appointment was at 9:30am and they had me out and ready to go by 9:50. The staff was friendly and welcoming and the manager Bill Mixon made sure I knew exactly what had been done on my vehicle and asked if I had any questions. I also like that they send email reminders for my tire rotation because otherwise I would forget. Very happy that i bought my tires here.

Discount tire has the best customer service period! These guys will find a way to give you what you want. Great hazard insurance. Great tires. Expert techs and sales staff. They dont sell you what you dont need and they check air and repair tires for free. If you get tires somewhere else you are making a mistake.

As usual... superior customer service! I have a flat tire this morning, brought it in and they took great care of me. While they fix the tire, I sat with a complimentary bottle of water, fired up my computer and worked away. This is the second time the road hazard warranty I purchased on these tires paid off In The I have the same great experience in each city. I don’t know how discount tire does it but they hire the right people and train them properly. They are the Chick-fil-A of the Tire world.

Fixed my flat for free -like actually free. Zero sales pitch, zero hassle. They were all extremely friendly too. I was a walk-in, and was still only there for 30 min. In addition to the flat, they checked all other tires including the spare that was buried in the back. Above & beyond, for $0. Thank you!

Getting tires rims flats all that stuff is always a pain in the butt. the associates discount tire have eliminated that entire feeling. you can tell they take pride in their job and provide you with the best service possible. They are not like most companies out there to make a quick Buck on unsuspecting customers instead they provide you with a service required at a fair price. They also provide top-notch service. This is the only place I will take my vehicles for all tire related issues and service

Initially this review was lower. There were issues and a big problem. The manager did get involved after the fact without my attempting to get him involved and seemed genuinely interested in trying to make things right. While I did not take him up on his offers he seemed genuinely interested in trying to do what he could. I still do not understand why the problems existed, but it seems like there are good people there. They have helped my dad through some bad situations so my situation was probably a one-off. If you do go there and happen to have problems, the managers name was Bill. Seems like a good guy.

Muncie store has to be the best one around, Noblesville could take a few lessons from them. Ive been under the weather lately and not allowed to be out much and they got me in in less than 5min and out of the shop in less than 30 minutes. Awesome work. Thanks.

Phil and Scott at Discount Tire were very friendly and helpful. They repaired my flat tire and rotated my tires for zero dollars (and the tires were not purchased from them). They offered me a tire insurance policy basically, but did not try to hard sell me at all when I told them I wasnt interested. I will be back next time I need service, thanks to a pleasant experience today. Thanks guys!

I actually created an account just to be able to write a review. I went in with a flat expecting to pay about $70 for a new tire (which is still a very competitive price) but they told me it was repairable and that it was FREE! I will definitely be coming back here when I need new tires. Its refreshing to go to any kind of repair place and still receive honest help.

I have been here for multiple vehicles, and their service has always been very friendly, prices are fair, and they do a good job of explaining all the options so you can choose the tire you want. No pressure to upsell, and they dont overly push the extras either.

Took my car in today to look at new tires. Found some in my budget and they got me in and out within an hour. Great service by everyone there.

I want to say a big “Thank You” to the closing team that assisted me on Sept. 30th. I had to have a tow and arrived to this store a little after 6pm. The Manager watched the tow truck driver and I pull in as he was closing up and concluding with another customer. By no means did I expect him to assist me at this time especially since it was after closing, but what did the Manager do? That’s right, instead of running because his shift was over he and his team stayed over an additional hour and assisted me. It meant so much to me, it was a long and rough day and it just goes to show their dedication in helping customers out. I will not go to another place to purchase tires due to this act of kindness. Walked in on a busy saturday afternoon. The staff immediately greated us with smiles and great customer service. Even with a full schedule, they were prompt and efficient on getting all four tires changed. The prices were great and cheaper than expected. The facility was clean with complimentary refreshments.
