Was there early mid-morning looking for spray paint I wish I would have got the guys name but he was very helpful and even gave us the recommendation for a paint that he uses to paint his motorcycles with because they didnt have exactly what we needed

Best hardware store when you need some help

Great service from small hardware stores.

These past few weekends, I had a bunch of to do things around the place ie; hang a crystal swag lamp, a couple of mirrors, as well as wood repair / polish, on some large furniture pieces Id recently moved for someone. I ended up going to this ACE Hardware several xs, in the same day!! Incredibly? This store is operated so well & run so efficiently, I was in & out each time like clockwork! The ownership & the employees are knowledgeable, friendly & quickly able to help u find what is needed. So if u are busy w/work & short on time? This is an incredibly great place to get all u need, so u can get back to work quickly as possible!

Helpful staff. Lots of stuff you cant find at larger hardware stores

The staff can be grumpy sometimes because they really work long hours. However, Ace hardware on sunnymead has a lot of good deals sometimes lower priced and sometimes things you cant find anywhere else. Its easier to get assistance there than it is at home Depot.

Just got back to my house after my experience at this store about 10 minutes ago. I went for a simple .50cent screw to replace a lost one off my 8 foot Gladiator workbench. I was pretty much assumed to be stealing based off my experience. I simply got my screw from an older white gentlemen and he watched me like a hawk as I decided to look for a few items I had been wanted to purchase. As I walked between two aisles to try and search for some Rust-Oleum Pro Bedliner after spotting the regular version, I could hear where is he? and he went that way. Safe to say if he judged me off wearing some basketball shorts and a t-shirt that we know the type of person he is. I will only come back if I need some cheap hardware I cannot find elsewhere first due to the way they treat customers.

Came in after work and asked for a screw it again but the guy just suggested I try a toothpick and Woodglue and it worked very well so far!

The service is great. I came in and asked for the weed wackers and the sales rep David was really helpful. He answered all of my questions and explained everything from what the difference is in each model to instructing the start up operation. Would recommend visting here first before any where else.

For a small Ace Hardware Store, it does have a lot of specialty items that big box stores dont have.I probably would have gave it a four to five star rating.But with the covid 19 still running around they DO NOT ! Have a mandatory mask store policy.And that was to my knowledge for what I seen there that day .I say 50% of the workers had a mask on and 50% did not.When I asked about the store policy on mask he looked at me like I was crazy, like how you how dare you ask. like this big guy named Scott, thats Scotty, Scott.You would think a small store with tight quarter Isles kind of store, they would follow the rules. ... not saying not to shop there, just giving you a heads up. .... its still a great store to shop in for your specialty items and needs that big box stores dont have.

This is my second best experience 😃 Jim helped me find a shower tube extractor and other items, he even rung me up! My shop time was less than 5 mins even with at least 15 customers shopping around. Thank you Ace 😃

These guys are great, brought my STIHL chainsaw in when it started acting up, they said it needed a new carb but it wouldnt be under warranty blah blah. I dont know who Scotty talked to or how he did it but Im gotta a new carburetor compliments of STIHL Awesome these guys get it done six stars
