Affordable shoe prices.. Customer service is good.

I ordered shoes to be shipped to the store, but they entered the order to pick up at another store, not shipped to the store they said it would be shipped to. I tried calling the store for almost an hour from 1PM to 2PM. No one is answering. I drove 3 miles to the store while still calling the location, and when I entered, the phone was ringing, and two associates behind the counter and the Courtesy Clerk standing right next to the ringing phone. I hung up, called again after waiting a minute, and the phone was ringing. He looked down at the phone, but just stood there.So lets see if the shoes I ALREADY PAID FOR to be shipped from Riverside to Moreno Valley arrive by the end of the week as promised.

This place never has anything in it. Ive gone and come to see if they have anything new from shipment and nope nothing. This location looks like a used shoe warehouse. The Riverside location is much better.

Kinda on the Expensive side, but they were having a sale and its kind of worth the money. so we got our Grand Daughter her Light up Skechers that she wanted for school. With sale price got them for 19 dollars. The sale person was very helpful and courteous. It has a wide variety of choices. Give it 5 stars.

This place seems to have gone downhill. I used to come here before anywhere else to get a fresh pair of kicks but lately I find myself walking in & walking out thinking to myself why, why, why why why why WTH. Lol sad but true oh well tho its a new world so i guess its time to try out some online shoe stores & see how that goes...

This was the perfect place to find shoes. My friend was looking for some shoes for Christmas for her business partners boys, and she was able to find them shoes at a very reasonable price. My friend has a very kind heart, like myself, and she just wanted to do something nice for the boys for Christmas. Thank you for helping us make a couple of boys Christmas a little merrier.

Tried to exchange shoes because one light would not cut off... bought about a month ago, daughter loves the shoes. Manager told me they been worn, he cant resell them. I said the light wont cut off, you cant resell anyway, they are defective. He couldnt exchange them, he cant resell them!!!! Im never shopping there again!!! If I do, shoot me because Ive gone savage!!! So disappointed, thought I found my new shoe store, hell no!!!

Regular brand shoes. Really nice shoes, from fancy to sports shoes, shoe accessories and more with a variety of styles. All at lower prices than retail stores(some might be on sale.. Worth checking out. They might have some awesome shoes you like.

Good place to buy shoes..

Very nice staff and shoes are pretty cheap. I bought my new Adidas here. I got them for $60 and people have been complimenting them recently. The prices of shoes range from ~$35 to ~$120. I found some nice pairs of Vans and Adidas that were selling for $40 which is very nice considering the average price is $60. The staff there was very nice. A small lost dog walked in thirsty and curious (We then took the dog in and found its owner). One of the staff members went outside and gave it water. The people there give you your space which is great. If you need help just ask.

I visited this place twice. I find that there is a wide variety of certain name brand shoes for women men and children. The prices are pretty good, someone comfortable to other stores. The store personnel, cashier and security guard xcetera are friendly and helpful. The store is not huge but enough room for people to move around in and get in and out with their purchase. If youre buying 3 to 5 pairs of shoes, make sure you have their flyer that offer you discount on a certain amount that you purchase.

Didnt have shoes I wanted and ones I did look at they didnt have my size. But new location is bigger so kudos on that

I went in to see if they had my size in some Nike Air Max I really liked. Unfortunately they were all out. I didnt catch the ladys name that helped me including the big guy Sam. They asked if if I wanted to order them or look for them at a surrounding WSS store. I told them it wasnt that big of a deal. And picked out a different pair and they had my size. Great customer service and a big shot out to the lady who laced me up!!

Not the best service but the store is typically clean and orderly. They need to step their customer service ALL the way up. You can tell when a business prides itself on its service. I definitely dont get that vibe here.

Very friendly staff and I just couldnt believe the prices. Such good shoes for such low prices. I even asked if they were 2nds (you know factory seconds) but they assured me they werent.No pressure sales just good values allover the store...

Overpriced shoes and unfriendly staff, the owner or manager hovers over the entrance like everyone a thief. Not going back.

The womens shoes only go up to size 10 and Im a size 12. The lady at the counter suggested I check out their mens shoes. Not okay when I want a dress shoe. Plus, there is a drastic change when it comes to the prices of the mens shoes vs. womens shoes. Even if I did find a pair of mens shoes I liked, I was not going to fork over $60+ for a pair of shoes that only cost $20+ in the womens section.

I did go shopping around Moreno valley price the sneakers came to this place just down the street from my house bam the biggest deal of all saved close to $100 save them one pair of sneakers $65 and the other sneaker I saved $15 the people were very kind and attentive and gave me room to explore the store and still service me😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍 they spoke Spanish and English perfect 👌😍 this should be the destination for every child thats going back to school parents would save hundreds of thousands of dollars.

New location, big store, needs a little more organization

This store wasnt very welcoming. I couldnt find any staff to assist me with finding shoes, however the security guard was very helpful. Once I made a selection I had to stand at the counter for too long waiting for an employee to ring me up. When an employee finally arrived, she didnt even greet me nor did she give me eye contact.THIS LOCATION WENT OUT OF BUSINESSES.

Bad customer service. I stood in line for 15 minutes (I was next in line), only one cashier and no one came to ring me up (there were 3 other people working). The store was empty so I thought Id get in and out but I guess not. Shoes are a little pricey.

Omg I had the worse expireance a very nasty spoken and customer service .No help from no one. The front end person was chasing my friend through out the store wanting to get her attention. After going throughout the store and got a couple of footware the cashier was so rude. On her phone texting and Im just standing there. I ask questions and she just gave 1 word answers and the I dont know but on her phone. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY IN THIS STORE BAD BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
