Same old JcPenney with the same old set up. Hair Salon, Sephora, Optometrist and portraits are available. I went in search of a suitcase. I ended up getting a 26in with lots of zipper compartments, lightweight and 360 wheels😊 @ 55% off! And it came with a 5 year warranty.

Went shopping for a Wedding gift which we found on sale a very nice crockpot and hubby picked up a few items for himself. Store was not crowded which was great. We didnt have yo wait for check out plus got an extra 20% off total sale. That put a smile on hubbys face☺

Love my hair stylist. However, my stylist suggested a highlight, I was going to use a coupon. The front desk wouldnt let me use my coupon because my girl is a master stylist. They wouldnt let me use another coupon either. I asked, so your telling me I cant use any coupon knowing I wont get more service, she said yes. Ok fine. No skin off my nose. My stylist retires in August. Goodbye JCPENNEY

I was under the impression that JCPenney was going out of business. To my surprise that is not the case. This one will remain open and no doubt has plenty of sales inside. Great clearance items. I saw khakis on sale for under 20 dollars. Thats a bargain!

Only one check out counter open on the second floor and the checker was sooo slow. Many people hanging items up, but no service. Frustrated, I finally put my items back and left. No great deals to be had.

When I went they had a pretty good sized clearance section in clothing! Enjoyed my time here but employees were not sanitizing in-between all customers.

Love shopping here however some of the some staff are stand offish!! I had been standing in line to pay 2 females were off to the side of me folding clothes and finally one said that I neede to go pay in the back by returns.

This is a good store. Generally very clean. You can access from street on south side of mall. Outside entrance is near the food court. Kids clothes are on the top floor. I thin adult items are on the lower floor.

Went into this location today and employees in jewelry department were complaining in front of me and my friend while there shopping for a gift about how customers are touching everything and how inconvenient it is to have to clean after customers when it is for everyone’s safety. I would hope employees would be understanding and respect health and safety politices for their customers. It was a very uncomfortable experience.

You would think that these stores would try to lure their customers back in do to the shout down.

Certain inventory needs to be restocked. When a few days after New Year and location shelves look empty. Did not find what I was looking for.

Starting in a positive note, I achieved what I set out to accomplish. I saw pants online of a brand I was unfamiliar with. I saw they were in stock and decided to go try them on before I made a purchasing decision. The layout of the store hasnt changed since I was there last year, so thankfully I was able to find the pants quickly without any assistance. I say thankfully, because I didnt see anyone around to ask for assistance had I needed it. I found the pants to be suitable, but wasnt certain whether I could get the online price in store. As there was no one around to ask, I waited in the checkout line for ten minutes. I was told in order to get the discount in store, I could only use my J.C. Penny credit card; which I dont have. This wasnt a sales pitch, as they didnt offer to sign me up for a credit card. As I was leaving another family was complaining about the same thing. On a deeper level, as department stores are competing heavily with one another and online retailers, I think its a bad practice to lose the brick and mortar sale in hopes Ill take more time to go online to make my purchase. Its not my company though... I did go online to make my purchase, but I went with the brand I was more familiar with.

Never enough help in each of the departments. I had to go clear across to get the side the store just to find somebody to help me. Makes me wonder if JC Penney is getting ready to close

Went in to pick up my glasses at the optical department and ended up getting my daughters 3 year old pictures taken at the photography studio next store. We had a great time and my glasses were perfect as well as my daughters photos.

Store is very clean & well merchandized. Went into Macys and was shocked at what a mess it us! Nothing but clearance racks and even those are full of clothing just shoved in. I was really happy to see that JC Penney is still doing so good! The employees were very helpful, asking if we needed help finding anything.

Great sales and variety of items. Sign up for the rewards program. Sometimes checkout takes a long time, seems like not enough staff.Robert helped me with carrying out an online pick up order and was very helpful, friendly and interacted great with myself and other guests.

I came in today hoping to exchange some pants I was gifted for Christmas, but after 10 minutes of wandering the entire lower level of the department store I could find NO employees for help, the jewelry counter had 2 employees that were busy with customers and and one woman manning a register near the juniors section, they were the only employees we saw. So we stood in line at the register and I just ended up returning my pants, the woman helped me by looking on the computer for a different size in stock, I decided just to return them since there were only 2 in store and chances of finding them were slim.

Found the jeans I wanted on sale. The customer service announcement on intercom that someone needed assistance kept going off. Nobody there. Was greeted by an associate. Went to check out. The associate greeted me very passively, not a friendly one. My experience was towards the middle because I got the jeans I wanted but the customer service was ok.

Place to take pictures. Camera person was good. Wish they more activities for kids to do.

I’m a little late but young lady named Yazmine has amazing customer service :) I went oct 12, I was blown away usually employees aren’t so passionate with helping customers. She walked me to where I needed to go and helped me find what I needed! Definitely going again hopefully she’s there 👍🏽

Terrible customer service. 50 people in line 2 registers open in the whole store, excessive waiting longer than 30 minutes to pay for merchandise. Many people left without purchasing.

I only go to JCP to visit the Sephora inside, if I had a mall that just had a Sephora store front I would go there and not even go to JCP. Sephora great. SEPHORAS Customer service great. JCP no customer service, product is cheap, store is always a mess.

I went in to look for a mother of the bride dress. I was a bit frustrated, but the clerk that helped us was fantastic! Her name was Aayla. She took the extra time to show me where the dresses were. When I didnt see anything there, she went to the computer to see what there was available online. I felt like I had a personal shopper! She was just wonderful. In a a time when stores are closing this is the kind of personal service Ill miss.
