I am only giving one star because I have to to leave a review. I needed the air checked in my tires before I left to visit family this weekend and a young man- excuse me cant call him that because he was definitely a BOY. Told me to go to where I bought my tires. I had planned on getting new tires for my Truck before going to Atlanta week after next but will definitely go somewhere else because of his rudeness!! Younger boy, chunky and had on a hat. I wished I had caught his name because I want to tell his boss! Will be calling this afternoon to talk to someone and let them know.

The best tire company

I bought a set of tires from here and one of my tires was not sealed properly and would leak, the store charged me to fix something they did wrong, saying I should have purchased a warranty. Thats cool, will take my business somewhere else.

Sexton tire pros did a great job repairing my front tires that others could not. They removed excessive balance weights and lift on by other repair shops to give me a smooth ride. THANKS For repairing a problem that 3 other shops could not.

I have no clue about anything to do with cars since my divorce and I called Friday and spoke with the sweetest young lady, Megan, who has promised to explain everything to me and be patient with me as I take notes! She already spend time with me on phone answering the questions I have regarding my vehicle. Cant wait to meet with her this week and get my truck fixed.

A little pricey for a tire patch but super nice folks. They were busy but for my problem in and even gave me a ride so I didnt have to wait in the shop.

This is a family owned business who has taken care of my vehicles for many years. They Always look after me and let me know what needs replaced immediately or if it can wait and for how long. I trust them with my life, literally. I drive on many back roads and on the interstate. I have AAA but with Sexton taking care of me I sleep better at night. I would recommend them to anyone and I guarantee they would become a lifetime customer such as I have become.

Locally owned by a family you will see while you are picking up or dropping off your auto. More than just tires and maintenance, they have addressed my mechanical needs expediently with fair pricing. I definitely recommend.

Nitrogen fill a little extra. Price competitive with tire and mechanics shops but you may pay $100 per set more than Costco or Sams. Waiting room is old school mechanics shop style, so dont expect feminine decor. The best of its type in Montgomery, with plenty of awards on the wall.

I called in about my tire, and I spoke with Ryan. He was very detailed about what I may need and also was honest about the wait time. I got off at 4:30, got to them by 4:50 and was out of the door by 5:30. Service was with a smile, and the offer to return if I experienced any issues was comforting to me. I definitely will be going back.

The older guy who owns the shop, was very rude to me! Long story short, my tag got stolen off of my vehicle, while it was in their care, and the owner was very rude about the situation. Never apologized, but he knew how to be rude! I will never, return there. I took my $400 some place else.

They service what they sell. If shopping for tires, stop by and talk with them. I have had my two cars serviced there for years.

Home town family business that cares!

I had a great experience at Sexton Tire Pros. They saved my hunt. My alternator and battery went out the day before I was to go on a much needed hunt. Mr. Ronnie and the staff got me up and running in time that day to go back and finish the work day and get to prepared for my hunting trip. 🦌🦌🦌🦌Thanks 🙏🏻

Horrible customer service. The young guy at front was not professional at all the way how he speaks to me. They way how he was look at me was not fair. Either he doesnt like to work there or maybe he doesnt like my person. Dont go there guys

I was having trouble contacting tire companies in town and they were all giving me the same response. I needed tp replace my tire with the spare in my trunk. They easily said $10. Walked in took my keys got my car and had the keys back in my hands within 15 min. Thanks

Had a nail in my tire and waited on a manager to approve the repair but no one ever came out. Ended up leaving with it still in my tire.

Super nice staff. Had a bolt in a tire. They were busy and had to keep vehicle but gave me a ride home. They called when it was ready and was less than $30.

Had my wifes alternator replaced along with some other work. Few weeks later, drive belt started to squeak when the car would start when cold. Took it back to Sextons to look at it. Since they needed the car cool to mimic and see the issue, they dropped the wife off at work, let the car cool, find the problem, did the repair (a warranty return on the alternator), picked up my wife from work, and covered the 2nd repair free!! (under warranty) - Now that is service! Keep up the great work!
