We took our vehicle in on a Friday morning for a multi-point inspection and told them what was going on. They called back Friday evening but we missed the call. When we called back no one answered and they were still open. We called first this Saturday morning and the advisor assigned to our car was off so another advisor was going to check on it. Called back Saturday twice afternoon and they still wouldn’t give us any details. We called this morning and no one answered the phone so we left a message. We called back and they couldn’t give us any info without the advisor. I am just her frustrated that our vehicle has been there since 10:30 on Friday morning and they still have not given us any details about what is wrong with our car.

My husband & I went there after receiving an offer through Capital One. We ended up buying a Silver 2021 Toyota Corolla, (I do regret not picking a darker color). The staff & everyone we went through were so kind & helpful! Ive never had an easier time buying a car! If anyone needs a great new car buying experience, go visit Reinhardt Toyota.

The staff is efficient, knowledgeable, super friendly and they take awesome care of you and your vehicle. I went to get my scheduled service done and was in an out in less than an hour. Wonderful first time experience!

The mechanic will list items found that need attention. The customer has the option to say which item for them to fix. Waiting area is clean with a hostess there. Bathrooms are routinely cleaned.

In December of 2017 I purchased a brand new 2018 Camry with 12 miles on it. The first week I had to put my car back in the shop for 2.5 months for motor issues. It’s going on now 3 years and I have had abundant of problems with this car still til this day. It’s was just back in the shop for motor issues again with only 50k miles. Toyota has done nothing to try to accommodate me with these issues.

Great, be sure to call them to schedule ahead, especially if you have any recall repairs. Wifi is great and you can can work in their waiting area.

The service was good. I do have one very important concern. The staff did not put the customers safety of much concern. All the customers except one was wearing a mask. This ia state mandatory when in public. Only a handful of employees had mask and were interacting with the customers. I need a windshield for my car and Im thinking about going to another dealer to have this work done. You dont have the customers best interest at heart.

I brought my car in today for a 7 a.m. appointment. I called to ask for status at 9 a.m., 1:00 p.m., and 5:45 p.m. The mechanic called at 3:30 to say they were about to start looking at it and would let me know a diagnosis when they got one. Now, apparently they are closed and I have not been called with so much as an estimate or diagnosis on what is wrong with my car. My appointment was at 7:00 a.m. Why did they not even look at until 3:30 p.m.? I am willing to be patient and do not expect it fixed right away but they have had the car all day and now they are closed and I don’t even have an estimate or diagnosis. Why make an appointment if they are not even going to look at until over 8 hours later? They did not even have the courtesy to tell me something before closing. I need to make arrangements if I am going to be out of a car for a while and they told me nothing.

Original experience with the service team was not great when I had a brand new 4Runner with issues that they were not fixing. Turns out it was a lemon and after the service trips to try to fix it I gave it back and got a new vehicle.Scheduled maintenance appointment for my new vehicle went so smoothly. Despite the hiccups in the duplicate scheduling, they do call you the day before to remind you of your appointment. You can drop off or wait on your vehicle. It was easier for me to wait so I drove up and an associate took my information. I headed to the lobby and 45 minutes later my car was ready to go! So far I have only had to take my Highlander for the scheduled maintenance and haven’t had any issues

Took my Tacoma to Big A tires back in December and they left my steering wheel crooked and was minor pulling still. Since it was under warranty i took it back 2 times and was still disappointed with them. So i went ahead and called Reinhardt Toyota and was scared of the pricing due to the fact they are the dealership, but it was less than i expected and was happy with the price. I guess not all Dealerships are bad lol! So i tooked it to them, dropped it off and got it fixed up and my steering wheel was straight again. No more pulling . I was really satisfied! They might be a little more than other places but it was worth it to get it done the right way and to meet the dealer specs for Alignment. Technicians and Staff are very professional, friendly and cool too! Thanks Joey!

Being greeted by someone to put a tag in my car to say someone will be with you shortly does nothing for me, especially when it takes another 45 minutes for someone to take my car back for service. Why should I even bother scheduling an appointment if I have to still wait an hour past that? It seems to me that the service department has infrastructure problems by scheduling too many appointments and a lack of professionalism for not respecting their customers time.

I went for full detail cleaning, cost of cleaning was to high. There were few mistakes few times, thankfully mangers worked together to get it resloved. However I hope for better service next time.

First time we went for service, we had issues. Second time we went for service we had issues. I was sent a survey to fill out, and let me tell you.....it was filled out in great detail. I was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED in how I was treated. Today, someone called to talk about the survey and we spoke in great detail and I was still NOT HAPPY. My husband and I will give them another chance with our business but in his HOLY name if there are any issues again with the service we receive we will not, repeat not, be back.

Came for service and made the mistake of asking a question about a car.Salesman accosted me and tried to push a “deal” on me. I explained I was just curious about the trade in value of my car... he continued drawing up a purchase proposal... I asked if their trade in value offer was based on the type of car... he said no and asked what features I wanted... I said I didn’t know and just was curious about tradein... he asked for my drivers license... I said “we are done here” and left.Rude... not customer focused... I hope their sales team isn’t always like this.Willing to revisit this review in the future.P.S. their service appointment team was quite easy to work with.

Complete liers during and after the sale. Complete cons. Do not trust them. They will say anything to get you to buy and agree to anything yet after the sale play more games than parker brothers makes. I will NEVER DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN.
