This used to be a five-star place what happened they moved from Atlanta Highway Montgomery Alabama to Eastern Boulevard Montgomery Alabama and things just seem not the same I took my car in on a Friday morning I left the keys in the sun visor of the driver side of the car I get a call at 8 and I tell the guy exactly where the keys are however he said that the doors was locked he couldnt get in but he can use a tool that can get inside of the car that tow drivers normally use that wouldnt damage the door I gave her okay being that I was at work and I couldnt make a move at the time he said cool Ill give you a holler back this was like 1:30 in the afternoon so when I get off late that evening expecting a repaired car or at least a phone call I got nothing in fact when I do finally arrived I dont see my car nowhere to be seen its not where I left it its not in the garage its not in a back of a place of business where is my car it happens to be a Saturday now and theres no way of getting in contact with anybody that work at this place this has really become a one-star Place Jones Automotive Center happening contact me ASAP so you can let me know where is my car.

Fantastic Customer Service! I was passing through Montgomery and had a breakdown in a vintage British 4X4. While this truck may not have been what Jones Tire Country typically sees on a daily basis, they dug in and got me fixed and back on the road. I cant say enough good things about Scott and the team. These are guys to be trusted.
