Very nice associates that work here, from the receptionist, cashier, shuttle drivers and of course Derrick Terrell, the Service Consultant. He kept me informed on the progress of the repairs. My car did not smell like a grease monkey had been in the car. They also had a seat cover on the front seat. Most of all they reset the clock to correct time. I pray that I dont have to see them any time soon but I will if I have a problem. Nissan Rogue is the best car I ever drove.

However, this time my service advisor was on point with every aspect of need. Horrible service. Always trying to add something extra without knowing. Bought a 2017 no issues. Traded it on a 2020. No floor mats in a brand new car. Had to fight tooth and nail to get some. Brake rotors warped at like 10,000 miles. Claim warranty doesn’t cover. Only offered to thin them out instead of replacing. Tried to say my pads were half worn. Yeah right. Certified mechanic said otherwise. I’ll never use this dealership ever again. Heard they’re known throughout town as Jack the Ripper. They’ll never get my business ever again I’ll go out of town I’llAlso let everyone know

It took 4 days to diagnose that my car had a fuel pump bad and 7 days to repair it. This is a brand new $40k Nissan Rogue Platinum with 1300 miles on it. Took them 4 days to offer a loaner vehicle after I inquired about it. Service department was terrible about keeping me informed.

My experience at Jack Ingram Nissan was not a good one, to say the least.The visit was for a replacement transmission. Richard Provitt was my service advisor. He never advised anything... he was too busy cracking inappropriate jokes. My vehicle had an estimated turn around time of 1 week, it lingered there for an additional week. Richard never provided an update, I was calling him and constantly receiving his voicemail. When I did receive his return call, he was inappropriate and unprofessional. I am disappointed in his behavior and lack of professionalism. If you expect a timely and professional job, please avoid visiting this Nissan location. Expect to spend at least 4,000 for a transmission replacement and an extended wait. God bless...

Staff were very nice and friendly.Service was fastI was advised that my vehicle was in need of 2 back tires and I appreciated that.I was not made aware that my car Battery had a VERY HIGH AMOUNTS OF CORROSION ON IT which seem just as important as the tires. So the Tech didnt seem to did any kind of of inspection under the hood besides pure the oil.

Im accustomed to going to get one thing done and then being sold (or pressured into) other services that I dont want or particularly need. I really appreciated that Mr. Terrell showed me the results of the full car check and explained what other services were needed and when but I didnt feel pressured. I will definitely be coming back for my other car maintenance needs!

I wasnt sure if the review was about the service or sales department. Service was great. It was the sales experience I was extremely disappointed in. I made the decision I wanted to change from cloth to leather interior in my new 2021 Altima that I just bought in January 2021. At that time, the interest rate was 0.9%. The interest rate had changed to 3.9% since January. So, because I didnt pay attention to the new interest rate, my new car payment doubled. My fault for not noticing that in the new contract. Just be absolutely sure you pay attention to everything in the contract you sign: interest rate, payment amount, etc. Also, be aware, there is a NO COOLING OFF period. That means you DO NOT have 72 hours to change your mind on the contract with them as you usually do on other contracts.

The employee that helped me for the oil change was very nice and helpful. He gave me an estimated time it was going to be ready and he was right on target. I dropped it off so he politely called me when it was ready. I also got a text saying it was ready right after we got off the phone.The employee behind the desk that took my payment was very sweet and polite. She thanked me for coming in and read what was red in the diagnostic test.Then the first employee, the one who helped me with the oil change, he came up to me at the desk and told me about the items in red also and asked if I had questions.I was extremely pleased with both employees and their help and kindness.

This place is slow you have to wait a long time on your vehicle and when they repair something. They repair it to last for about 30 or 60 days and you bring it back they say they cant get to it in the meantime your warranty is running out.

I went for a routine oil change and tire rotation on my Murano. The service was fast with very little wait time. The only thing I didnt like was they spray washed my vehicle without asking if I wanted it washed. I keep my vehicle clean inside and outside. I was very disappointed that my perfectly detailed vehicle was left with water stains. Had they asked, I would have told them I didnt want a wash.

They changed my oil and replaced the battery in my key fob like I needed, but the customer service was a bit lacking. Some of the employees had miscommunication in knowing where my car was and where my keys were once the oil change was done. They were able to get things straightened out, but it was frustrating to have multiple people tell me they didn’t know where my keys or car was.

Everything was good, until the purchase was a done deal. The salesman was untruthful about pickup time for my new vehicle. He told me it would be ready on Monday around 10 a.m. At 10 a.m. I texted him and he called me saying that he didnt know where I got 10 a.m. from. I replied, You told me Saturday that it would be ready at that time. Basically, he told me what I wanted to hear even though it was not true. I picked up the vehicle around 1 that afternoon. My day was spent and things that I had planned that morning were cancelled.

I received an email for a special upgrade trade in event and decided to go to Jack Ingram Nissan to see what options I have for trading in my vehicle. All the special trade in incentives that I was supposedly suppose to receive along with an option from the trade in email to check the trade in value myself was going to almost eliminate all the negative equity that I have on my current vehicle. The salesman that I dealt with was Ernest and he was very rude. He seemed very unprofessional and did not provide me with all possible options. I had very very bad experience. I even drove almost an hour to get to the dealership and this experience makes me very hesitant to deal with this dealership in the future. I’m not in dire need of a vehicle but only wanted to see what options were available in regards to doing a trade in since I received the email about the upgrade event. Based on this experience I’m glad I’m not in dire need of a new vehicle. In the future I’m strongly considering doing business elsewhere and also will most likely refer family and friends elsewhere also.

Oil change and tire rotation… grease spot on drivers door seat adjusted way out of wack, grease spot on passenger seat and handprints all on hood of a $67,000 truck. Washer fluid ran out the next day.. definitely need to tighten up.

Horrible!! I recently purchased a used vehicle from Jack Ingram (4th one). For some reason this go around, I have been treated like scum of the earth . There were several damages to the vehicle and I was assured they were all cosmetic and they’d be taken care of. Needless to say, they had my car the first time, two days, nothing was done. The second time, eight days. I go to get my car, see the Sales Manager about it and was told I did all the damages to the vehicle and he offered me a $250 check to get the damages fixed, go figure!!! What a sham, the Salesman had taken pictures of everything, and did a “we owe” which the Sales Manager said he didn’t so the car was sold “as is.” If you need a good used vehicle run far away from the main Jack Ingram on the blvd, Clanton Nissan is a much better Nissan Dealership. Clanton didn’t have a black Maxima and I wouldn’t settle for the white one. I kinda regret it now!

My experience was some what ok we didn’t like the fact that she told us she thought she felt we were customers that would’ve purchased a vehicle. I understand being blunt but that was very hurtful to tell a customer that. I did call back to ask her questions on her phone which she said was ok but was sent to voicemail. Also called Finance manager to ask questions about something on paperwork still haven’t received that call. I don’t think I would purchase another vehicle here I just felt just like we were was just another sale an they met their quota.

Ive been a Jack Ingram Nissan owner since 2004. Bought 2 new Muranos from them and was anticipating buying my third. Love the Murano but wont be buying it because of the service department. The last couple of years I have had one problem after another with their service. I no longer have any faith or trust in their Service Dept so wont be buying my next car from there.

Disappointed in the experience. First, after an online chat, I was told I would receive a call back from a service advisor to discuss my issue and schedule an appointment. Never happened. After a few days, I went online, booked it myself (getting anyone in the Service Department on the phone is an exercise in futility). I was also told then that I would receive a call or email from a service advisor confirming the appointment and answering any questions. Still waiting.I left the car for an early morning appointment and for a process that should have taken five to ten minutes minutes, it was not completed until late in the afternoon and since I had to go out of town that afternoon on business I couldnt get back before they closed at 5 p.m. I had to hitch a ride and return the next morning. I was charged labor and *PARTS* for a software upgrade (albeit a nominal cost) to correct a factory software defect Nissan knew about in the infotainment system six months before I purchased my vehicle. The defect makes Android Auto unstable and makes the audio skip constantly. It should have been fixed before I took delivery of my certified pre-owned vehicle with an extended bumper-to-bumper warranty before I took delivery. I almost immediately discovered the issue with the Android Auto and spent two months and more than $50 buying different super speed USB C 3.0 cables with different throughput ratings thinking that was the problem. Frustrated, I searched the web and discovered where Google/Android said it was a known Nissan issue and I then unearthed Nissan Service Bulletin NTB20-080 that said the problem was Nissans and all it took was a quick software update from a USB drive they use to fix all the cars with the same issue. It is a known issue on the infotainment system of Altimas, Kicks, Muranos, NV200s and Versas. If I paid for it, they didnt provide it to me.Before I took it in, I completely had the issue diagnosed on my own and provided a copy of the Service Bulletin to the service advisor.Service after the sale is apparently not Jack Ingram Nissans strong suit. For many years they have had a reputation of price gouging for service. A known software bug should have been rectified as part of the certification process for certified pre-owned vehicles, but the checklist I was provided looked like it was checked off in a hurry as an afterthought rather than deliberately considered with any real contemplation.I will say for the sales experience, I was satisfied, although they forgot to put gas in the car before I took delivery and it is not worth my time to go by and run the salesman down to do prove that as promised. But they worked hard to get me a good finance rate, saving me a lot of money, so I was happy with the purchase.

This has been a very traumatic experience for me I had trusted them to get me a car being that it was a Nissan dealership so I got my car from them May 1st but since they wanted to make a sale my loan wasnt even approved so they called me on July 14th to return the car and now Im stuck with no vehicle and Im at risk of losing my job this has been the worst thing that ever happened to me it wasnt fair that Im paying for a mistake that they made to make a sale Im hurt and lost and dont have family or anything in this state I have a 10yr son who has speical doctor appointments because his on medication idk what Im going to do at this point Im hurt and lost right now this has been worst experience of my life

Requested repair of garage opener on mirror. They checked out my remote opener on visor. Requested tire rotation, oil change and check out tire pressure shown on dash screen. They told me it was all good and they checked tire pressure. None of the tires read the same pressure. I could tell exactly how the tires were rotated by the tire pressure.

Buy a Nissan and be stuck with a car with no radio. 2018 Nissan Pathfinder radio has gone out (stuck in reboot mode.) Dealer doesnt know how to fix it without charging $2200 to replace the entire audio system and there is no after market radio that is compatible. Who in the world wants to drive a car with no radio? Corporate refuses to accept the default and correct the problem. Youre waisting money on purchasing a Nissan unless you like driving with no music.

Had me waiting for over an hour just to tell me they couldnt look at my car until the next day because it was after 12. Not that I mind coming the next day, the point was that I found out that all employees were supposed to know this and the 2 guys who checked me in said absolutely nothing and they probably wouldnt have said anything had I not got up and asked questions. I left with no diagnosis or solution to my vehicle, nor a sorry or anything for my long wait. The employees name was Jeff. When I got up and asked about it, he sent me to another guy who had no knowledge of my car and I never seen him afterward so, I had to hear the information from the guy he sent me to.
