They used to have really top-notch shoes back in the the days not anymore though. The clearance rack doesnt even have any shoes my size. Sometimes they do have nice shoes but theyll be the same price as buying them in the mall and sometimes youre better off buying them at the mall because they have sales. I would recommend buying anything else besides shoes at the stores.

Needed to ask a question before I went in and tried to call.. I called 10 plus times no answer literally! So I drove there and they didn’t have what I was looking for! If they would answer their phone I would of not wasted my time and the drive there.. when I got there of course the male and female in the front were flirting instead of working SMH

A lot of variety to choose from. For a Sunday visit there was really not a lot of people. We ended up finding some gems in the clearance section! The employees were also great. We got asked 3 times if we needed assistance:)

I went in to buy some shoes and I needed to use the restroom so I told one of the employees if I can use their restroom and they told me there was no restroom available for customers, she didnt tell me it was out of order she just told me they had no restroom for customers I didnt say anything I just bought my shoes and left, now from all the WSS stores that Ive been to they all have restrooms available for customers

I have been going to this shoe chain for years. The Montebello store has very courteous employees. I would like to see a better assortment of replacement shoelaces for the Chuck Taylor Hi_Tops. When the shoelaces go bad its hard to find the exact fit. I as ld ok want to see PF Flyers in stock.

I got a pair shoes for my son, the size was big so I went back to exchange them, but the cashier told me that I needed the box in order to make the change or get a refound since they were in special. They didn’t give me the box and they didn’t tell me that I need the box in order to make the exchange when I bought them. The only thing that they can do was exchange for a “Nike shoes” so they can keep the box!! She was very rude!!So I left w/ my big shoes!!I will wait until they fit to my son and never buy anything from WSS again!Bad really bad service!!

This is a good shoe store with a wide variety of shoes.

Took my daughter to get some new Filas and she loved them. Great customer service, good prices and awesome selection. Also got my other daughter an Adidas mini back pack and Nike bike shorts for her birthday and she loved them. Thank you!

It was the worst experience of my live I have bin there before a few times but today was the worst day. I wanted a pair of vans but I found my size but there was nothing inside so I looked at the desplay and I was the number on the box so I asked for help so the could help me find it and we are looking for it for 3 hours then a woman came up to us and said that they had the shoe and her husband came up to us to and said I think we deserve a discount for all this scandal and in the end they got the shoes and I wasted my time and I didnt even get a discount

Very bad service the rude worker did not know how to do store credit so she made us get new shoes for our return she made a long line and then blamed us for it telling me many times that she couldnt wait because there were people in in. Then she was mad because she didnt know how to do an exchange. We were at the counter for over 40 minutes that was longer than it took us shopping

Horrible place. I used to shop here before but never again. Low selection and then they ask you to get a rewards card to save money and when you try to use it they tell you that you cant use it so false advertising. So then Tried to use a coupon I got by mail too and I couldnt use it either. False advertising everywhere!! Its just all bullshit!!
