It seems like every time I shop here, theres always great sales with deep Discounts. I saved 60% on gift jewelry. I previously bought a great pair of dress shoes at an even better sale. This post-pandemic economy is improving, and I enjoy shopping brick and mortar stores, theyre an American treasure.

Great clearance sales . good friendly customer service . the workers were very helpful . there was no long lines . my fiance got an excellent deal on my engadement ring . it originally was 416.00 i applied for jc penny credit thou i wasnt approved on spot i still got an additional discount off my already clearance ring and it ended up being less than 100.00 it was beautiful. I recommend checking out the sales if your a penny pincher like me lol.

Last place I’d go for shopping went out of being in desperate need of some items I really hope they can fix how they direct people at their checkouts. Just had the most uncomfortable experience with the cashier wish I would have gotten her name to tell management. She was rude to tell me where her line was and would not let me go to another resister to pay after making me incredibly uncomfortable she tried to make small talk to me I really don’t think after pulling the items from my hands I would want to have any type of conversation with anyone sorry not sorry but never coming back…..to any jcpenny

I came looking for a pair of jeans and to look at some possible shoe options. i didnt even have to walk that much into the shoe section because i could tell they didnt have much inventory of what i was looking for. the jeans section was also pretty slim and did not have my size. ive been coming to this location for years but this was one of those visits where you just dont find anything. the store was pretty clean itself but they werent stocked.

This JCP is usually very good, I buy quite a bit.Today is worst retail experience I’ve had in years!The Manager on duty, Rosa, was very rude, dismissive, condescending, arrogant, etc.After dealing with her, I left a full cart at the counter and walked out.

Hum I dont like attitude and some employees have it. Also no personal to help you out so, you are in your own what is there is there, IF you order on line you Must pay $9 delivery fee. Why bother Amazon deliver for free.

Ive been hitting Gold, the store was nice enough to shop in. A few people shopping and the clerks were very nice. Got in and Got Out with very little contact with others and I mean very little. Saved via some coupons and was able to be comfortable and be out their and get a few things.

The worst JCpenney I have Ever been to in my life. I asked 2 young female Employees, who were just laughing and talking to each other,Can you help me at this register, then one of them rudely told me, this ones not open, go over there, which I considered to be very unprofessional.Another problem was there were large quantities of merchandise on tables all mix you dont know what prices are. There are a lot of items at this JC Penney that are very unorganized. Management should be on top of there store.I realize everyone is having a difficult time during this pandemic,but everyone should make an attempt to go that extra step to make the customer experience more welcoming and comfortable.Thats what keeps customers loyal to a particular brand or store. Its not surprising that some JC Penney stores are shutting down.In my opinion,if all the employees were on the same page, as far as how customer service should operate,business would be thriving once again.

Do not come to this location for pictures with your kids. They are not professional and not cooperative. This will be the last time I come here for pictures. The guy who works he completely wasted my time. He was rude and argumentative.

Went out of the way to entertain children to ensure you get the best shot possible during the shoot. Very impressed by the customer service. Only recommendation would be to have 2 rooms for photos to be able to attend to more customers at once and alleviate the wait time.

The manager Angel took forever, the levis were on special, you buy one pair and get the second pair for 40% off. The clerk couldnt override the discount. She need it the managers approval which I understand. But he just kept us waiting for a period of time.
