Beautiful dresses and jackets I saw there! The style is so amazing. I went there three times and I bought a few things there for my girlfriend that she loved!! I do recommend people to visit there if they love that style.😃

If I could leave 0 stars I most definitely would. I came to the store a few times and each time was unpleasant. The manager, Diana, is very unprofessional and treats not only the customers but employees with the upmost disrespect. She made you feel unwelcomed and when things werent at her satisfaction she made you feel insecure and uncomfortable.She gave attitude to her employers in front of customers, another employee named Dani was also unprofessional and did not want to help or make it known she even worked there. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Always admired the store for its unique items. It’s so sad that their employees are so rude. They do not know how to treat their customers. They don’t greet and when they do speak, they are very disrespectful. Will never make a purchase from this place.

Thank you to the saleswomen who were so kind on Monday night. The night the jerks caused panic at the mall. The ladies were so in control one helped me up after i fell. It was very scary the ladies led us into the stockroom while they tried to find out what was going on. When i saw people running and screaming my heart dropped especially when i had no clue what was happening. Thank you Ladies❤

Nice customer service!! Was sent to the fitting room with options a worker chose for me and bought my prom dress with one of her choices. Expensive but the quality and style is cute and long lasting.

Im a fan of the Pendleton board shirts. And here is where I find new colors when the Pendleton company sold out on the colors in interest. Prices are the same.Many items for girls and woman.

This place is SUPER cute! Great selection of retro, rockabilly, and vintage clothing. Ive only window shopped but plan on purchasing soon! Items are pretty pricey!

Old white lady with shoulder length hair LITERALLY CUSSED ME OUT OF THE STORE!!! All because 1 dress was a size Medium and she looked me up and down and asked me if, I was sure?When I asked her for her manager or the number to the store to make a complaint, she said SHE was the manager and that her brother was the owner of the store.Might i add she said she called me all these names because she was, Sick and HAVING A HEART ATTACK 😂DO NOT EVEN ENTER THIS PLACE!!!! NO REFUNDS, NO RETURNS, NO EXCHANGES, ANNNNND NO GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

One month ago I bought a beautiful dress from a lovely manager. Tonight I was treated like scum every question No rude nasty women. Had no interest in customer service or even selling your clothes. I decided not to let them have my money. Sorry Pin Up I love your clothes but your employees are rude and I did not purchase the dresses and accessories I had chosen... $200 sale gone because of rude women. If those two nasty ignorant women are still there when I come back I will take video and shame them publicly. You deserve better employees.

I dont necessarily consider myself a patton bit i do come here quite a bit, i finally decided to do my holiday shopping and one of the employees made a comment on how i shouldnt get what i was getting as a present because i hadnt received a good gift from said person and when i said Id think about it she said this is your third time here looking at these bags and youre still gonna think about it???? i felt pressured into making a purchase and personally insulted. i couldnt believe the comments she made. cute clothes and everything but avoid these employees.

WAAAY overpriced. $50 for a sweater?! Well o bought that sweater because my wife loved it and I wanted to surprise her. Of course being a typical husband I get the wrong size and when I wanted to exchange it for a smaller size I needed the receipt which of course I no longer had. Having spent so much money there, you would think they would just give me a bit of leeway, after all it was only 2 days after I bought the damn thing the least they could have done was just let me get the smaller size but they were adamant that I could not. Well I learned my lesson and will no longer be shopping there, online is going to have to do. Had they just let me change it I most likely would have bought another of those damn things and been a loyal customer because my wife adores them but not anymore.
