Friendly bustling environment great early morning visit

Very well managed store, always neat and clean with stock out on shelves & walls. Friendly helpful staff and store manager John is such a nice guy and employees are always raving about him! Nice welcoming store to shop!

This place is way cleaner and more put together than the 99cent store in the same strip mall area. I went to both back to back and it was night and day. I would go back to this store before the other anyday. The girl who helped me check out my 20 canvases was super cool and were were protected with covid rules.

Lines were a little long, but the cashier Amanda or Armanda was so polite and friendly. Grumpy customers did not charge her positive attitude! Very pleased with the selection at this store also!

Surprisingly, Dollar tree is beginning to carry great items at an amazing value. Its true that theyve always been priced at $1, but you usually got what you pay for. I find myself coming here more often for party supplies, birthday cards, balloons, art supplies etc

Always a very busy Dollar Tree location on McHenry.m Ave. The staff seem knowledgeable and are always friendly and curtious to us each week we visit. My suggestion is to shop the Mchenry store, rather than the Carver store, for a better shopping experience and without the unprofessional management staff, being rude to everybody in store.

Possibly the best Dollar Tree I have been to. The size of the store is larger than others and therefore makes adequate room for all their merchandise.

Cashier was rude, store is organized. There is NO public restroom.

Always a great place to shop. Hundreds of things that I either did not know I needed or did not know I could get at inexpensive prices. Odd to find empty shelves at times and frustrating when specific items are out of stock for awhile.

Today I was there to buy ( Hand Sanitizer ) even though they had it, I got answer don’t have it . While I saw the old woman in the counter offered (Hand Sanitizers) for most of customers. Please say no for racism 🙏

Buyer beware!!! You are a suspect upon entering this store. My wife and I were in this store during the holiday season. We were stalked during our entire visit. Even after we went through the checkout, it seemed as though we were being escorted out the store. The whole experience was awkward . I really wanted to give this store a better rating because the store was clean and well stocked. The customer service was not there at all, and quite frankly the night manager was just rude. So like I said BUYER BEWARE, this could be you.

This is the dirtiest place in town. Always tore up inside. Never enough people on the registers. Some of the cashiers are nice and helpful so they get a star for them. Management get nothing. Stuff only cost a dollar, so a good place for inexpensive items. Go there if you dont mind the pungent nasty urine smell that finds a way to stay in your nasal passage forcing you to smell urine every place you go, all day until you get a chance to flush out the pea funk smell out of your nose.

Normally, I am not a fan of Dollar Tree, but it was hot, and I needed something cold to drink. Like other Dollar Tree stores, this one is a mess with stuff on the floor and most of the merchandise in disarray on the shelves. The clerks were courteous and helpful, which helped me get my cold drink as fast as possible. Thank you

A very busy location. Very large dollar store. Often a line, but another cashier is always call to the register, so the line moves quickly. Has a large variety of items. Fairly neat and clean considering how busy they always are.

The store ok. There are usually some sort of boxes in the aisles making outs hard for people to reach for things. This Dollar Tree had a lot of things some of the smaller stores dont. Employees are very friendly and courteous.

Typical dollar store stuff ( cheap)you can usually get in and out fast because they are never really busy.👍

Cashier # 5 had hand sanitizers but she opposed. and I saw she had a lot of hand sanitizers.

Very bad public relations in your evening clerk tonight ay your Mchenry location. The cashier today 4/10 at end of night shift was so stressed about an unfortunate homeless lady that was trying to find her money...she stressed out all the other customers who were waiting. When I suggested she calm down she talked over me and said the store was closing and needed to get every one checked out. She was rude to me because I suggested she realize that some people get in bad situations in life and we just need to learn to be patient. She was very nice to the people behind me and said a sarcastic have a nice evening as I walked out the door. Dollar Tree needs to spend some of their profits on sensitivity training fir rheir employees. This same cashier was rude and condescending 5 minutes before to an elderly lady that needed assistance with a full shopping cart.This is not the first time I have experienced rude, uncaring, insensitive employees at this Mchenry location. Poor managememt that lets employees treat customers in this manner is the underlting issue.

Normally I love Dollar Tree but I wish they would go in and renovate and clean it up a little bit.

I like this location probably best compared to the Plaza parkway & Hatch Rd location. They just seem to have more of what I need and usually pretty clean and in order.

The longest trip in dollar tree Ive ever took. I hate that they always only have one or two lines open. They need to allow at least cash registers to be open at all times. No wonder theyre going out of business and struggling so much.

This Dollar Tree is not what I had expected, it is dirty the carpet looks like had been along time senses itcleaned.

I go here because they have Barilla pasta here sometimes. Then I head to the 99 cent store.

Store was fairly organized, the employees were not very helpful and talked to each other while I was at register instead of ringing up my products.

They stop their party decorations at 60 nothing for the big 80! Both my parents turn 80 this year

So dirty! And not just because they currently renovating, watch your step! It doesnt seem that they will be finishing any time soon.
