Great customer service, arrived on time to measure our home. Completed measurements, paperwork, and scheduling in a timely manner. Wide variety of flooring to choose from, helped us choose the right flooring and baseboards for our needs. The team that installed our floors were equally as awesome. Highly recommend! Cayle was excellent! The demo team and installers were both awesome! The process of replacing our floors was seamless and I am so thankful for that.

Cayle and the installation team were great to work with. We had water damage to a wood floor in our kitchen and family room. After tearing out the damaged wood, we needed to find a way to create a new floor without tearing out all the wood in the downstairs level of the home. Cayle helped us design a tile kitchen, and then his installer was able to patch up the remaining wood floor with a box of wood we had leftover from our original installation. There wasnt a single board left unused, and now you cant tell there was any damage. We think it looks even better than the original. It was a great experience, and we were really happy with the high quality of the installation.

Ty came a distance to our rural community to give us a very competitive estimate to replace the carpet in our master bathroom/water-closet with a luxury vinyl tile called Aquarius WPC. We are very pleased and will use TriCounty again for any flooring need we have in the future. The material and installation is excellent. The installation was completed in about 6 hours!
