Amelia was my sales person. Very knowledgeable thorough and efficient. Always timely in her response and follow up. Accurate and responsible. The installation crew that was sent -Doug and team - were great. Detailed, communicative, precise. You could not even tell that they had set up there work area outside as at the end of each day is was as if they were never there. Of course you had material etc in the house as installation progressed. All and all a very positive experience.

My 97 year old grandmother bought and had carpet installed by this company they have come out to stretch the carpet and it still has such bad ripples and buckling it is too dangerous for her, they assumed that her being 97 years old they could get over on her but I’m here to tell you they DONT care about their customers!Carpet one Modesto business response person we bought the carpet and had it installed by you in Modesto, I have a second home in Naples Florida this review is for the Modesto Store and how bad the installation and follow up service.The carpet is too dangerous for my grandmother to walk on your company did a poor installation, the carpet was too short at the door entrances your company came out and over stretched the carpet causing it to ripple and buckle.The owner said he would get back to us and never did, so this is the right review for the right store!

When we bought our carpet here in 2005 we were told that as long as we owned that carpet they would come and re-stretch the carpet. Unfortunately they told me today (2020) that they were bought out a year ago and would not honor that agreement.#1 they will never get my business again. #2 WILL NOT HONOR...the agreement - just be aware of that theme when considering doing business with House of Carpets in Modesto. Buyer beware :(

I wouldnt shop anywhere. I would rather have a dirt floor in my house than shop anywhere else but the House of Carpets. Great service and Jeff is a wonderful dancer. For some reason my dim bulb husband likes to shop there too! Go figure!!

We had a wonderful experience working with House of Carpets! They listened to our needs, made excellent recommendations, and followed thru! We ordered carpet and tile from House of Carpets. We were allowed to bring home samples without charge and return them at our convenience. Installation of the carpet went perfect and looks incredible! Everything that was ordered arrived on time! We could not be any happier...so happy with our choice to work with House of Carpets!
