Took my phone in for a square trade replacement of my screen, and wasnt told theyd be replacing the battery at the same time. Which they had every opportunity to do, because they asked me during intake if I needed a new battery, and I said no, I just need the very obviously cracked screen replaced, the battery was fine. The guy just shrugged and said okay. When I got my phone back, the battery was at 17%, when it had been at 80-something percent when I handed it to them an hour ago. When I asked what ran my battery down so fast, *thats* when I was told that because of how the replacement parts are set up, the screen and battery are part of a single unit and they could not have replaced the screen without also replacing the battery. Seems like thats something that could be mentioned up front, especially when they asked about the battery in particular. They also did not notify me when the repair was complete. I let them know Id be in my vehicle right out front the whole time and to wave out the window or something when they finished, and they said that would be fine. However it wasnt until I noticed one of the employees leaving and the other going around the store turning off lights that I saw how close to closing they were and went in to inquire about my phone. Like, were they going to close shop and just keep it, or how did they think they were going to contact me to let me know repairs were complete if they had my phone? I also saw when I got home that I was signed up for some kind of email newsletter or reward program, something that asked me to add a password and confirm my account. I never gave them my email address (I can only think they got it from my insurance claim) or permission to sign me up or subscribe me to anything and dont appreciate being blindsided in my inbox. I only brought my phone here because its the authorized repair place for my insurance, and I would rather pay more out of pocket than do so in the future. The few times Ive had to stop here for batteries, the employees were by turns taciturn or condescending, and the prices are way higher and the product no better quality than stopping for a 12-pack of duracells at Target. I wont be back by choice.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. I went to get a phone fixed. And when I pick it up there were still problems. The next day I came back to see what could be done. The workers were so rude, and said it wasnt their responsibility if the phone didnt work... well I paid for my phone to be fixed. Then they told me all these other problems with it. So I was back to square 1 except paying $180 and being treated in a disrespectful manner.

Terrible customer service they treated my father with so much disrespect that he was livid. Completely rude completely disrespectful. The management does not care about customers needs.As a person that’s worked in retail before I know what a Karen looks and sounds like. I often don’t leave poor reviews because I don’t want to make an employee‘s life more difficult. This is not one of those situations. When you pay for a service you intend to have that service completed. I would not recommend this location. Skip over it and find another one.

My phone broke and my insurance Company told me that I needed to bring it to this location. When I called someone at the location said that they cannot take my phone until the parts have been ordered and received. They said they would email me once the parts had been received. Two weeks later still no email. No call. So we call down there to get more information on how we can expedite the process. And we are told that we never called we never left a message and that they wouldn’t have done it that way. The manager refused to help my father. The manager refused to apologize for the situation. This is the only location that I can bring my phone to so I had to come from out of town. To have employees gaslight us as a customers and tell us that it was our fault that they made a clerical mistake, is a disappointing to say the least. Now we have to send the phone in across country in order to get help. I would not recommend this location. And I do have 47k followers on TickTock who I will not recommend this location to as well. I do intend on letting everyone I know know how unhelpful and disrespectful the specific location is. I’m also writing a lengthy letter to my insurance company and hopes that they will stop working with a specific location.

Service was fast and efficient. Sales customer representatives were speedy and had my online order immediately available when I arrived.

We have been waiting for two weeks to receive information on parts that were ordered through our insurance company. When we finally called there today after expecting a call or an email back for two weeks we were told that there’s no trace of us even contacting them. When we asked them to check the email they said only the store manager can check the email and the store manager isn’t there. So that means that if they have received the email the store manager has not done their job to get back in contact with us. So Shannon, store manager did you want to help us out?!

Excellent experience here. We needed a battery for our Pyle vacuum which are currently unavailable from Pyle or anywhere online. Batteries Plus Bulbs built me a new one cheaper than online and it was done within four hours. Very happy and will keep them in mind for future battery needs.

Great customer service. My sons phone battery was dying and I took him to the service center. They couldnt help him because its an old phone. Hes blind and cant use a touch screen. So we called and they saaid they had the correct battery. Due to the pandemic they offered curbside assistance. We went there and the lady who assisted us came out. Seeing he was blind offered to put it in the phone foe him! Things are really difficult during this time for everyone but being disabled is a real struggle. This place really and truly made our day!!!!

I had a Galaxy S9. The screen and battery were replaced but since using it the screen feels weird with my thumb and I have a 12ft rated heavy duty case on it and I just dropped it from 1ft or less and it cracked. Fake screens 😡. My original screen fell many more times without a case without cracking. My nephew threw the phone so thats why I had to have it replaced. Im never going there again. Its a hundred mile trip their and back. Thanks a lot Costcos SQUARE TRADE. I would have been better off spending that money repairing it myself with authentic Samsung parts but insurance isnt always good.

I walked in and was greeted by a man named Robert. I stated to him that I needed 2 batteries for a car alarm. Without speaking, he extended his hand opened for me to give him my alarm button. I handed it to him. Again without speaking, he proceeded to open it, remove the battery, and put a new one in. He then closed it, and asked me to test it. I tested it on my car outside, and it worked perfectly. I then told him I needed another one. But I had that alarm at home, and I would install it myself. He said okay, and we proceeded to the register. He put in the charges, $5 for each battery, plus a $3 install fee. I immediately question him on why I was being charged for an installation. He stated that it was because I asked him to install the battery. Right away I told him, I did no such thing. I told him I needed batteries, and I never asked him to install them for me. He did that on his own. he said, by handing it to me, I assumed you wanted me to install it. I said to him, your assumption shouldnt cost me three additional dollars. He stated there was nothing he could do. I told him I didnt want to pay. He said that I have to pay. Not wanting to argue anymore, I just paid it. But I told him that I thought he was very wrong, and that I would be calling to speak with his manager. He responded by saying I can do whatever the f I want. Ill definitely never go back, but I definitely will be filing a complaint with the BBB.

I got stuck in a jam leaving work, my battery died, I called everyone in Modesto for a battery and was greeted with over 100$ batterys with some places charging to install the battery. I called Batteries Plus and they were a great price and told me to come right in and they could change the battery for me and it was free of charge to change. I went there after jumping my car, I was greeted by Josh, Mike and Robert . Josh was the one that helped me. He was very attentive and did a great job changing out my battery.
