An overall positive experience with this shop as a first-time customer. All of the staff I spoke with were pleasant, helpful, and very thorough. They seem to take pride in their work.Which, in my particular case, was completed with satisfactory results. Their service actually went a bit above and beyond.The waiting time exceeded expectations and estimates however, taking a majority of the day without an appointment. Online booking was unavailable: one day after it had previously been open.There was a considerable difference in price as well, relative to the places Id usually visit. Though its arguable that a warranty and wealth of locations to go to may bridge that gap.Im not convinced they will be my first choice in the future, but I wouldnt hesitate if I were ever in another pinch.

Went in with two tires that were losing a few pounds every couple days. I was hoping to have them repaired because they still had a decent amount of tread left, but was prepared to buy new ones if I had to. They found a nail in each tire and fix both completely free. Even replaced one of my missing valve stem caps. Absolutely no cost to me. Ill definitely be replacing my tires there when the time comes. Places with this level of integrity are rare. Theyve made a customer for life. I wish all businesses operated with this level of honesty and integrity, the world would be a better place.

Nice and helpful staff, informed us of the poor state of our front tires helps my mom pick out good tires for our type of drug, review prices and whatnot with my mom, and as a teenager Id enjoy the waiting area it has about 10 seats free popcorn a candy machine a vending machine, a coffee machine and a big TV also water and free phone chargers.

Price for service was great. Usually you get cheap pricing, you get lackluster service. Not here! It appears the quantity model is working well for them. Patched my tire while doing the rotation and balance as a complementary service! Highly recommend.

Horrible service. Was told it was an hour for an inspection. Four customers arrive after I did and all of the customers were helped prior to me. When I asked how much longer I was told up to another hour. If you want great fast reliable service avoid les Schwab on hatch. Worst experience Ive had in years!!

Fantastic tire shop. Took my daughters car in for low tire pressure. The tire had 2 nails in it, and they fixed it for free. I am a returning customer. I have brought tires here and had brakes fixed. All work was done professionally and courteously.

Very nice, patient people. Went in because my tire was low and I couldnt get it to air up on my own, lol. I thought maybe there was a hole. So they checked all my tires, no holes. Just needed air. They aired all the tires for free! And warned me about my brakes going bad and suggested getting those fixed. They did all this very quickly too.

Needed help with a couple of trailer tires. Got me in and out. Great company.

Not a better tire shop anywhere. Les Schuab gets my business; all my business. They have NEVER let me down.

My only complaint would be that I had an 8:30 a.m. appointment, show up early, and they didnt get to my truck untill 9:a.m., a little confusing on what they mean by appointment.

Great emoyees with great customer service; however, they were short staffed today and the wait was incredibly long. Despite the wait, the continuous flow of clients willing to wait it out for new tires was impressive. They had good coffee, fresh popcorn and their TV was showing interesting reality programs. I should have bought the staff a beer because they definitely earned one today...but I was almost late for my evening appointment! :)

Absolutely wonderful staff. Larry and Randy are my familys absolute go-tos for anything on our vehicles. It is extremely difficult to find a decent tech and great customer service and this shop definitely fits the bill. They do more than just tires and all work is done very well without compromise to super cheap parts that break easily. Warranties and reliability are a huge bonus. Best place to go for what they offer or what u need, first off im almost walking in and a worker comes right at me wat do you need how can i help you sir he attended me like if i was vip the way he treated me i felt like i was vip haha great perfect customer service, went just to do and aligment on my car by the way did i mention this was my first time coming here, than i ask well you take long are you gus busy? He says maybe 40 minutes to an 1 hour took them 25 minutes and i was out the door!!! Excellent well go back for what my car needs!!!

$60 to put tires on wheels for my quad? They took advantage of me because Im a girl and didnt know. We didnt even stay, they had me drop them off and come back 20 minutes later. Unsatisfied for that price, Im never going there again.

I used to love coming here. But lately the wait times and work have been disappointing. No grease in the ball joints after getting them replaced and now a 2hr wait for a flat repair when no ones in the parking lot or inside waiting. I used to do this line of work and 2hrs for a flat repair is not acceptable. Also the prices are just out of this world. Im just disappointed.

For the dozen or so years I lived in Indiana I took my cars and farm trucks to Les Schwab (which we like to pronounce as if it is pronounced with a French accent). ALWAYS good to us! Always, on repairs and service, told us what had to be done and what should be done and what we could put off until later. Opened early and closed late if you would ask nicely or if they were near close to having ones vehicle near completion. They may not always remember ones name but the do remember what work they did last time one brought your vehicle in to them, and were often familiar enough with our vehicles to be able to guess what had gone wrong. Corporage must have been good to their workers because they stuck with the company for a good long time and never did you hear an employee complaining about management or corporate. A happy mechanic does a good job! I have not had the opportunity to deal with them in CA where I now live but if they are even a fraction as wonderful as they were back in Indiana then they are definitely worth seeking out. RIch or poor they treat everyone like they are the most important customer that walked through their doors.... really... it almost brings tears to my eye thinking about the relief one haves when they know their vehicle will be taken care of by honest professionals... not like those P** Boys who are a different kind of crooks in each different store.

Les Schwab in Moddesto on Hatch Rd is very dependable, friendly and go above and beyond any other place that I have ever been to! I had to take my RV in. First one tire blew out and they sent a very knowledgeable service person. When I took it in, they let me know that two others had blown up one being the spare. They checked the brakes as well as brake fluid. I highly recommend them.

Brought my vehicle in for an inspection of the brakes and a creaking noise in my tires. The technician (Benito i think) took car apart and gave it a thorough inspection. In the end it just needed some lubrication. He pointed it all out and showed me. I appreciate the education and respect and the attention to detail he provided. This place was recommended to me and I would also recommend it to anyone.

Good prices kind of. Go ahead and try to make an appointment here, but for me they told me I didnt make one when I was there in perosn two days before making the appointment. Whats the point if you cant even check who made an appointment? Ive been here for a hour and a half and they havent even taken my car in the garage yet. Theyre not even busy. This plays is mediocre at best.

Always great customer service here. My half works in the automotive industry and usually works on our vehicles. We were out of town and had a flat. These guys got us in and out in less than a half hour on a Saturday afternoon. You cant beat that.

Saturday afternoon I took a tire to Les Schwab to be repaired. I had already identified the leak and marked it. Les Schwab called me a couple hours later to pick up the tire after the repair. I installed the tire on my wifes car.We live in Ceres, CA and my wife drives to Pleasanton, CA for work. My wife drove to the gas station to fill up and noticed the tire low again.I removed the tire and took it back to Les Schwab. I wasnt upset, mistakes happen. I explained the issue to the sales person and she began to say it must have been another puncture. I said in the same exact place, not likely. No apology, no empathy for my wife. Just took the tire and fixed it. I stayed to ensure that it was done correctly this time.Good thing my wife noticed the low tire as this mistake could have been a disaster!

Good information on the right items that you need

This place really take care of me. I took my truck to another shop first they over tighten the lug nuts so bad. That they will not come off. Jesus work on my truck literally for hours. He did not give up and was able to finally take the 2 front rims off. Jessica the girl in the front office is all so amazing. My son got out of school early and I had no way to pick him up. So she gave me a ride to go pick him up from school. Thank you so much Less Schwab you guys are the best.

If I could give a zero I would...I went there to get an ailment for my car and they told me I need 1800.00 dollars worth of work done to be able to give it an ailment...I took my car to 2 other mechanics to check it out and both of them said my car was fine ...paid 50.00 for the ailment..mind u I buy my tires there...I never ever do business with this company ever again..what a disappointment...ripping off people is bad business and unprofessional.

Ive bought three sets of tires from Les Schwab over the last few years. This summer I took my van in for a tire rotation and was told I needed new tires because of excess wear due to out of alignment. I got the alignment and they quoted prices for four new tires; $290 (2 in stock), $400 (3 in stock) and $800 (more than 4 in stock). I wanted the $400 tires and asked them to contact me when they got them in. Four months later I havent heard a word from them! First, what kind of idiots only stock 3 of a particular tire? I am a regular customer who was ready to buy tires, so why didnt they do the right thing? Very disappointing.

Been a Costumer here from day one at this location. Saddened by the departure of the greatest representative Les Schwab has had at this store. Many of us lost a personal connection to our cities top choice in a tire store and probably came at a terrible time with competition right next door.

Absolutely the best tire value anywhere. Not the least expensive, but they dont claim to be cheap. You get what you pay for, and cheap sucks. You can get tires cheaper elsewhere possibly, but you wont get free roadside assistance, free flat repair, free pre-trip tire checks, free alignment checks, and free rotation and balancing anywhere else. Les Schwab is definately the ONLY tire center worth visiting.
