Do not get ADT their customer service is close to non existent. Stay away from this company.I have had some of the most awful experience trying to communicate with them. They mis represent them selves as managers and would not escalate the call when ask to speak with someone higher up. Even when I had representatives from Impulse a second ADT re seller ( bad idea in the first place). The rep from impulse was taken back with the lack of professionalism and totally disrespectful manner in which they handle their problems.Stay away … do not go into any contract with them as you may regret it.

I tried to expand services by calling (not this office but I could not find a global place to put a review) the 1-800 number and even after I cancelled the order (with cause) they sent me a confirmation email confirming my order. This is my response to them. Order was cancelled. I did not order this. we have been under contract with ADT for close to ten years. I wanted to expand the services but your salesperson would not do so unless I signed up for another 24 months. I think this is outrageous and I am angry enough that I am cancelling the current service also. We are selling the house because my mother has died and my father has been put into a memory care facility. We will be selling the house next spring. There will be no house to transfer service to and I would not have signed up anyway when I saw you wanted to tie us into a contract when we have already fulfilled the contract we initially set up. You people are as bad as the criminals. Shame on you.

Sal was an Excellent Technician who installed two more cameras at my property. He is Professional, Knowledgeable, and Pleasant to be around during the installation. He was sensitive to my personal property as he would wear protective gear when up in my attic, shoe coverings for my home, and was thorough with finances before job was completed. My experience with ADT was superb! The District Installation Manager, Marlon Ansay, was efficient, professional and all that I could ask for. He followed up several times to make sure everything was to my satisfaction.The installer, Cesar Torres, was Six Stars!. He was efficient in his work and hardworking. I dont think he stopped all day until my installation was complete. He was extremely helpful in explaining the system and did not leave until all my questions were answered. I would highly recommend to ask for Cesar to do their work.

I was having issues with my alarm system so they sent a technician out. His name was Doug Graves and he was amazing! Extremely professional and knowledgeable! Excellent service from ADT regarding a malfunctioning sensor. Service rep talked us through testing by phone, set up a service call to replace the sensor, and tech arrived as promised. Sensor was replaced and tested. Various tamper messages started appearing on our system a few days later, alarm triggered, etc. and another service call was scheduled.Brandon, the service tech, replaced the “new” defective sensor (which was actually not new but refurbished) with a brand new sensor! Problem solved! Thanks Brandon...5 Stars for your Service and continued education about our system and new technology available from ADT to enhance our security!
