The service in this store is always great. We had just completed all the work to finish an unfinished basement, which brought us to the end of our budget. I prefer the quality paint that Sherwin-Williams sells, and the staff was so good about going through the mistints with me. This is such great paint, thank you for helping me to do a quality job even when the budget runs short.

Been taking care of me for years, I buy and order everything paint related through Sherwin even if its a bit less convenient. They have proven more than once for me that they stand behind their products. And for me that was in the form of both labor and materials.

Very happy with the selection of painting supplies, everything they carry is high-end but priced lower than home depot or lowes. Get better supplies at a better price here!

Being greeted when I came in wouldve been nice - no help offered while I was looking at paint samples. The woman at the counter was too busy, she left the counter and spent the whole time chatting outside with a customer, and I stood at the counter for quite a few minutes before the guy in the office came out. There was someone stocking shelves who completely ignored me. Not impressed at all. The guy from the office was helpful once he got to me, but it wouldve been nice to have had someone offer help before that. I like the paint I got, but am not sure I want to go back to this store.

Very nice people, very helpful in picking out paint and getting it for us. Very fast at getting it done too and there was a lot of people in the store getting stuff done.

Missoula store is not requiring customers to wear face masks. This is an ignorant business practice that fails to heed the advice of our scientists and health care experts and exposes your customers to risk of Covid-19.

These people know their products. THey listen, understand, advise and recommend. They also suggest alternatives. We rely on their expertise.

A good paint store for house paint. The worker was very knowledgeable about the different kinds of masking tape. Service was friendly. This is not an automotive paint store though. If you want automotive check out NCS

High quality products. Great customer service. A wealth of knowledge. Only place I buy paint and stain. Why go to Lowes and by paint when you can go directly to the source and get knowledgeable customer service. Sherwin-Williams owns Valspar which is Lowes other paint option.

Customer service was outstanding. Very helpful. Has a special request and they delivered. I have the nicest looking house on the block.

Associates at this location were helpful in finding a color match to the paint in our house. Will come back for future painting needs.

At least having someone ask me if I need help when I first come in. I figured out where things were and what I wanted, but customer service would have shortened the time. When I did decide where to find what I needed and to order it the service was good.

This place doesnt have very much anymore in the means of drywall supplys. Now your forced to go to GTS witch lacks big time in customer service. Alesha the assistant manager does an amazing job her customer service is throw the roof store manager zach is good people. Runs out of product some times and occasionally the places shines when big yancy walks threw the doors and hes co-author in every customer leaves with a smile. Bought my very first set of drywall tools at this location and plan on buying another set with this very reputable company. That takes, making the customer happy to the next level. Free coffee and cold water. Clean restrooms.
