This Autozone has some good people working in there. The customer service was top notch.

Joey E help me out the day I was having car battery issues. He tested my battery multiple times to make sure that was the issue. He assisted me with selecting a new battery and installed the battery quickly and efficiently and I was back to work.

This location is my go to for automotive supplies and service. The AutoZone salespersons provides excellent customer service. I had problem with my vehicle overheating. The salesman recommended the proper coolant and provided instructions to watch for once I parked the car. This was very helpful. I checked my vehicle on the way home and he was correct my car was losing fluids coolant. So I definitely have a leak somewhere. I had plan to go to the mechanic on Monday, but this help protect my engine. Some of the other locations are not as courteous in customer service. I gave this location a five star!! I believe the sales men name was Jillian. I really appreciated the helpful service.

I stop by the store today with a bad battery which was under warranty but they couldn’t find it under my number in the system . The manager Quincy took care of me and switched out the battery. The employee Aiden was extremely helpful as well. I was extremely happy with the customer service I received while at the store. Keep up the good work.

I just left there and was helped by this young guys Justin Gonzalez, he really impressed me with his knowledge, for be so young to a problem that i couldnt even fix without his help, and Im in my 30s he educated me on stuff i didnt even know I was really amazed, because I have been to this auto zone before and yes you get a little help but nothing like this guy, super helpful and smart. I recently came in to pick up a few things for my car and was completely clueless about my options. Luckily I was able to get assistance from two of the employees, I believe their names were Ruth and Q. I was properly greeted and they made my visit hassle free. They both were nothing but kind and resourceful, the customer service definitely is good.

On saturday my husband and i was looking for compressor for our van Ac. We turn up at Autozone on university close to Miramar parkway..as we pulled the door a clerk rush to the door and literally pushed us out saying we are closed. I thought that was not good customer service at all. However i remembered purchasing a battery at 441 autozone a few months ago, so i told my husband on monday lets try auto zone. At 441. We met mr. Nicolas sukie. Warm respectful willing to help. He saved us a trip to the ac repair shop as all we needed was a refills not a compressor. He advised and sold us stuff we needed for our vehicle and even had the patience to demonstrate to us how we can do ot ourselves..amazing customer service. I am please to shop at autozone 441 store number 1255. All the staff is warm and welcoming and i hope on my next purchase be dealing with mr. Sukie. I never rate places but when you buy parts here you give them the vin number all they need car model and they still end up selling you the wrong part go to advance auto parts instead as they hear what you need and let you get what you really need customer service at this autozone sucks they need a better trained staff as when you walk in they act like you’re bothering them

I came to this location disgruntled and stressed about having a dead battery and not knowing how to replace my battery. My own battery in my car I was a stranger to. Honestly and truly, the employees here at this Autozone saved my life. Ruth ..... SERVICE, SERVICE, SERVICE. She stopped what she was doing to greet me. She was attentive from the moment I walked in. Answered every question I had. Tested my battery and for questions she didn’t know, asked right away. I asked for help with changing my actual battery and Gregory stepped in to help. Guided me and gave me all of the tools to change my battery. Not only did he guide me, he answered questions I had regarding cars and my own vehicle. Gregory taught me as if I was his son. I really needed that. Excellent service from the moment I walked in. Thank you Gregory and Ruth!!!!

As a car owner I know I should know the basics but unfortunately I know nothing about cars. I went to autozone trying to buy a knew battery but I went in blind. There was a worker there named kiharen who helped me not only change my battery but taught me about my car over all. She was so friendly and welcoming! She answered all my questions and honestly inspired me to learn at least the basics about a car over all. 10/10 great customer service and I’ll definitely be looking for her when I go there again!

I went to this store last week to change my battery and Kiharens the FIRST female Ive seen change a battery there!! It was amazing and she did it so quick and easy and even took the time to show me and explain what she was doing, which I really appreciated. I was just so taken aback and grateful about how knowledgeable and friendly she was and she just helped me out so much. Ill definitely be going to her for help with my car in my next visit!! :)

Felix Correa patiently assisted me when I called to ask if a certain brake pad was available. I was already annoyed that online I wasnt able to tell what stores the product was available at unless I changed my store for each store I was checking. This was annoying bc I had to ck multiple stores. After much frustration I called and confirmed the store had it available. Felix gladly held it for me and made sure it was the correct product. The store had issues with their merchant card services system and thankfully I had cash. Despite that though service was great. Ty Felix.

Went to AutoZone to purchase a new battery and received exceptional help from the mechanic on which battery I should get. I was even lent the tools I needed replace the battery. I was literally in and out in 30 minutes with the battery installed and finished. Will definitely go there again

I visited this autozone and Jose Garcia assisted me with my issue (GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE) I explained to him my problem and he told me that my emergency brake shift was probably up (so simple) silly me I didn’t Even realize it .
