Just got a truck which was serviced by Brown Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, L.L.C. in Minden, LA before it was sold. A couple of lights on the dash which brought me the local Truck dealer for a checkup. TOTAL DISASTER. No service was done as stated on the Carfax. Oil, fluids were black and dirty and/or were missing. Would have never expected from a authorized dealer like them. Whom can you trust these day....

To start our experience, we showed up at almost closing to look at one truck and they stayed with us well past closing to make sure we got to drive the truck and answer all of our questions. My family has been loyal to Dodge for decades. The last few we bought have had way too much trouble with electric issues. We are not buying another Dodge. I have a minivan and my Dad has a 1 ton diesel truck. Both have changed our minds about staying with Dodge. I am giving this location 5 stars because of the services provided by the shop. We have gotten honest advise and good service for our vehicles here. The shop foreman is a good guy. We dont feel like they spin things trying to nickel and dime us here. Dodge makes good looking products. Just wish they put as much focus on reliability of the electronics that the entire auto depends on to run. The cost of operating a Dodge just doesnt make sense anymore. If you have trouble with your Dodge, I recommend driving here for service you can feel better about.

I ordered a new car from here and the dealer prep was poor and they lied about the license plate. I would have rated them lower but it seems like all Dodge dealership around here are poor so I guess that should have been expected.

Always take cash! For every credit card you use they charge you a 3.5% fee just to use it!

I stopped in today(7-4-20) to have my 2017 ram 5500 looked at because the shifter comes out of gear without the ignition being in the on position and within 10 minutes, Melinda had taken all of my information, procured a mechanic and he had removed the faulty component under my steering column and had it back together and I was on my way. The Service and support there is untouchable. I divorced my selling dealer(HTC) for lack of care and support. Highly recommend Brown Dodge.

I had a totally different experience.Their service department is awesome. They just repaired my 2010 Wrangler the week before last. It was a repair that I had been chasing with the two dealerships in Shreveport/Bossier for over ten months. Neither of them were able to find out what was wrong.I brought it in to the guys at Browns and they had it diagnosed in a little over an hour and had the parts ordered within two hours. They had it repaired a day and a half later!! It had already been in the other two dealerships over 8 times and it was two days each time. One time it was 5 days they had it. And these guys in Minden found it in a little over an hour.Everybody I ran into while waiting was really nice. They are good people!I know who is doing my service from now on!! And when I am ready for a new Rubi.

I would post a negative ten if possible. I brought my Jeep in to have a radiator replaced, because of a leak, done, no problem. Received a phone call stating that the Jeep was still overheating, I requested for them to perform some tests, in which they did not do. Received another call, stated that the technician recommended a new engine, my heads were warped blah blah blah! Now, I was born at night, but not last night and I do have a mechanical background. So, I went and picked up my Jeep and took it to Superior Motorsports in Haughton. The next day I received a phone call from Superior that my Jeep was fixed, they replaced the stuck thermostat! Brown, you need to have a really good talk with your technicians about shooting off at the mouth trying to diagnose something without checking everything. Buyer beware of this dealership!

I got a 2016 Jeep renegade, the compressor went out after a couple months, the technician that fixed it broke the trim and replaced only the part that was broken leaving it in two different colors, my wife had to get upset and get the owner involved to have all the trim replaced and the color matching.Now a relay switch has gone out and again it’s in the shop, we had to push the issue to get it fixed within a couple days.only 21000. Miles on it.I have a 2015 Dodge Ram 1500, only 60000. Miles on it, the engine had to be replaced, the staff was very good at replacing it under warranty,but again they didn’t put everything back together, I went out of town and had to buy screws and bolts to put together what they didn’t.I found out after buying both that they are now owned buy Kia, maybe that’s why they are breaking down.I have to say if you take anything into this shop, inspect everything, especially if it’s under warranty.I’ll not buy another Jeep or Ram, back to Chevrolet or Ford.

They did a tire rotation and front end alignment on my 3500 Dodge Ram Dually diesel. They were professional with good customer service. I would take my truck there again.
