Just purchased a couple e-scooter bikes! I was in there for awhile contemplating on a decision between a fat tire e-bike, or 2 foldable very portable scooter bikes. Ended up with 2 scoozy Joeys, happy with the purchase!

I have been trying to purchase a several parts and a frame set from Fyxation for several months now. I have found that they have very poor communication and zero follow through with consumer enquires. I even tried to call and spoke to Chase twice and he could only suggest I email different departments. I was in contact with Ben and and Josh via email and have sent 7 emails to their 2 (1 each) both times saying they would get back to me. I am well over it and have come to terms I need to purchase parts through a more reputable company. If their products are anything like their service, be cautious!

This is an awesome place to get your bikes fixed! My niece needed her bike tires fixed as well as a headstand. Another bike place said it would be three weeks due to the virus and it would cost 70. This place did it in half an hour, and said that the bike just needed new tunes, not a whole tire, and they charged 40. Very friendly and responsive staff.

My bike broke down yesterday - a relatively minor issue - near the shop. I had no wallet, and was not a customer. When I came in and asked for help, they were fast, friendly, helpful, and free! Noah went and got tools, came out and fixed the issue right up while being super nice with my kids. I wasnt a customer before, but I am now! I will definitely give them my business in the future.

Got a Pixel 7 from them. This is the best bike I’ve ever owned. Comfortable, easy assembly, smooth ride. It was supposed to ship August 30th but I got it on October 9th. It’s not really their fault. They were waiting on the manufacturer, it’s Covid, there’s just a shortage on all commodities right now. I emailed them twice about my order status and they responded within a few hours with an update. Fantastic shop. Fantastic customer service. Highly recommend. They deserve all of the rave reviews.

Great deal on great city bike. I bought the single speed Pixel with a rack to just cruise around Milwaukee and make runs to the grocery store, coffee shop, etc.. It is a simple, basic, and beautiful bike. Although I would be devastated if it was stolen, its a great alternative to riding an expensive road bike to those places. High quality at an affordable price, i would recommend Fyxation to anyone.

Fyxation was very helpful in rebuilding the back end of my bike when the wheel and gear attachments were stolen. The staff was straight forward and they did the work the same day I walked in. I always prefer to go local and Im glad Fyxation is so close to home for me.

Fyxation has a friendly knowledgeable team that provides timely service at an affordable price. They were closing in a few minutes but still took time to help me not only find a new inner tube and tire (I had a blow out, but Im okay, thanks for your concern) but installed it as well. :-)

Fyxation is such a great bike shop!! We showed up late in the day on Wednesday with a time sensitive bike crisis and Kyle jammed me into their busy schedule to fix my bike. Matthew was also really helpful beforehand. My boyfriend Gabe and I were then able to do a century ride to Chicago over the weekend, with Gabe riding his Fyxation Eastside single speed (I was on my Giant road bike). It was so fun for Gabe to rock his Fyxation-made single speed beyond the town and do a century on it. The Fyxation guys are true bike lovers and are extremely helpful, professional and personable. This has been our go-to bike shop since I moved to Milwaukee less than a year ago. Woo Fyxation!!

Unless its the peoples holiday of the riverwest 24, they always have time to look at my bike. They get a tube change done in less than an hour always. I just brought my bike in for a tune up and it was done 2 days after, less than I had assumed.Everyone is super nice and helpful, Ive never had a bad experience.

Brought in my bike after trying to repair my front wheel/tire at 3 different places. Cost a bit more than usual but when I brought it back when the issue persisted they followed up fantastic. They fixed the issue at no extra cost and even fixed up the tape wraps on my handlebars.

Best bikes and service in town. My fyxation eastsider is my favorite bike Ive ever owned. Its too much fun to ride. I bike commute to work everyday and Ive gotten all my accessories there as well. Highly recommend.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff and they all interacted well to solve some problems that I was having. Also I have an e-bike and Ive come to expect a kind of prejudice from most bike shops when I enter but not here they were super nice. I bought some Fyxation Subzero platform pedals for my fat tire mini bike because the staff showed me the nylon/corrosion resistent components for snow use and how smooth the bearings spin. I never imagined how awesome this pedal upgrade could be. They are awesome. I also thought their buyers have good taste for the high quality extras around the shop like rear view mirrors and racks and pannier bags and helmets.

Service work on a flat tire. Staff members at shop were friendly, work was performed immediately at at a reasonable price. I strongly recommend this organization.

I bought one of their east side fade bikes on sale. Rode it for maybe 6 hours total before I noticed one of the pedals was cross threaded, or maybe the pedal was just loose and threads started cracking from too much force. Either way, brought it in on a Sunday and they immediately replaced the crank arm, without question. I dont think Ive ever had better service.Plus, the staff was super nice and helpful when I went in. They wont try to wheel you into buying something, its obvious they know the bikes will sell themselves. Theyre just there to help you find the right one, or fix your current bike.As far as the East Side Fade, I really like the bike and it fits my riding style well. I wasnt looking for a serious $600+ bike just to mess around on weekends, but Im sick of riding heavy beater bikes from the 80s from craigslist. For $450, they are the right price - very middle of the road, solid bike. Got mine for $400 on sale. I may upgrade the seat and pedals in the future.

Fyxation is an excellent homegrown company that is highly supportive of MKEs bike community. The staff are extremely helpful and their branded products are also excellent quality. As a bike commuter in NYC when I lived there, a pair of fyxations lightly treaded road tires would last me 3-4 times as long as Gatorskins for serious urban riding on dry or wet pavement. They can even handle a little bit of soft or packed snow surprisingly well.

These guys are great. I appreciate their down-to earthy-ness and straight forward approach to service. Ive been cycling for long enough that I should know how to perform basic bicycle maintenance, and yet I dont, and Ive never gotten the side-eye from these guys. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to get a new bike, their service packages for new buyers are cushy. Im only leaving off the 5th star because Im not sure about their selection/ordering process for specialty items but Id be theyre pretty accommodating.

Fyxation staff is #1. Nicholas resolved a small problem in the blink of an eye.Session 700 tires are the best on earth. Incomparable in durability, traction, and ability at retain speed and momentum. They do work well on a road cycle and worth the sacrifice of 150 grams.

The tune up I received was done to perfection. Brakes are recalibrated, tires at just the right PSI, and the bike is shiny clean. Would definitely recommend this friendly neighborhood bike shop.

Brought my bike because it was making weird noises and everybody was very friendly and accommodating. I got there right around close but they still let me in and took a look at my bike and told me to bring it back in the morning. They didnt make me feel dumb for not knowing much about bikes, and they werent bike snobs either. Initially I was going to have to leave my bike with them for a couple days but it ended up they didnt have to order a new part so I was able to pick it up the same day. It was inexpensive and I always feel comfortable going back in for questions.

Great bikes, great service. I bought an Eastside Divide with single-speed set up. The staff set me up with the modifications and equipment I needed, and Jessica spent a lot of time making sure the fit was right. They got it put together the day promised, even though they were super busy. The bike is sturdy, smooth quiet ride, and exactly what I needed for my commute. No fancy stuff (except the color, haha) but this is my favorite bike Ive ever owned, and I can maintain it myself.

My grandfather made a good living as a garbageman in Milwaukee. The citys next few generations had a rough time, so people dedicated to revitalizing the gritty brew city have a special place in my heart.Looking for a decent commuter bike, I identified necessities: durable, affordable, American-owned company.Fyxation met these requirements and added simplicity and speed. I have an Eastside Celeste. Its a good city ride, easy to stop and maneuver, especially with bullhorn handlebars. Light but steady in traffic. Im a small lady, and I hang it on a ceiling hook in my apartment every day without trouble. The parts are superior to other single-speeds at higher prices. Doing business with a smaller-scale bike shop is infinitely preferable to buying from a bigger brand. When I ran into a parts issue, the owner addressed it herself.Disadvantages: Only if you have expectations of luxury or anonymity. People are curious about this bike. Be prepared to repeat Its from Fyxation, a shop in Milwaukee! and Yes, that was really the price. Just today, someone stopped at a red light rolled down her window to comment on it.This bicycle is comfortable and functional. I havent found the need to modify, except to add fenders and lights. The simplicity makes it versatile, and Ive taken it on many long paved trail rides in addition to commuting and everyday use. Id be hesitant to load it down with a rack and and cargo, only because its too fun to zip around freely!

So Fxyation popped up on my radar when I was looking for a specific part for my single speed. Ive always gone to other places in the area to get service done. Today, I learned that there will only be one place I will be going to get my bikes serviced. The two younger gentlemen that helped me today were outstanding. They went out of there way in many respects to give me the best experience. I really liked their showroom. Lots of gadgets, clean, and awesome looking bikes. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANYONE GETTING A BIKE OR IN NEED OF SERVICE TO GO FXYATION.
