I spent years wanting a Tacoma but just not having it in the budget. Finally decided to pull the trigger and shopped around for a LONG time. I was hesitant to buy a branded title truck. I went to Strickland as well as some other branded title Tacoma dealers but only Strickland was fully open and honest with the history of the trucks I wanted to look at. They had accident info and extensive photos on the trucks and when I had settled on a truck they told me everything that had been done to bring it back to its like new condition.Additionally about a month after purchase I had a problem with one of the taillights. I live over a 4 hour drive away and rather than hassle with me about whether or not the taillight was their fault at all they just overnighted a new taillight to me.The buying experience was top notch, and their customer service has remained top notch with any follow up questions I have had about anything truck related. Jonathon and Erwin and their shop manager have all been classy and professional every time Ive dealt with them.In the end I got a nicer truck than I thought I could afford with all sorts for aftermarket mods/upgrades that I wouldnt have otherwise been able to go with.I have had the truck for over 5 months now and couldnt be more pleased with it.

I purchased a 2017 TRD Sport a little over a month ago from Strickland. I was apprehensive about purchasing a vehicle with a restored title, however Strickland took the time to thoroughly review each and every Tacoma I was looking at and I was able to look at every aspect of the repair for every vehicle. These guys are PROS! Even though I showed up on Christmas eve they took the time and never once did I feel pressured or rushed. It was unlike any other car purchase I have ever made! AMAZING AUTO BODY REPAIR!!!! My truck was hit on the passenger side just 3 weeks after I bought it from Strickland. I knew I needed an expert at repairs and I had already seen the quality work that Jonathan and his team were able to do. I called Jonathan and he didnt hesitate to offer his help and to take a look. After they inspected the damage they said my truck would need new doors and some significant body work on the cab. He was incredibly helpful and wrote up and estimate that I was able to provide to the insurance company paying for the repairs. His pricing was spot on and he got straight to work on it as soon as I dropped the truck off. They finished the work faster than they said it would take and theresults are incredible! They brought everything back to manufacturer grade and you cant tell it was ever hit. On top of that Jonathan even did me a favor and installed new running boards that I had purchased while they were repairing my truck. If you want an honest, easy going repair from the best in the business you need to go see Jonathan and his team! Not only was I thrilled with them when I bought my truck but I was even more impressed with their ability to repair my truck and take care of me as a customer. Fastest buying experience I have ever had.

We had been looking for the right Toyota Tacoma for over a year and finally got one this February. Happy to report it was the best experience with an auto sales company ever!! This speaks volumes considering it was an out of town purchase. They were very forthcoming with information. Their integrity is solid. They stand by their work and they are beyond reasonable with their prices. We brought the truck to our mechanic who thoroughly looked over the vehicle and was surprised to find out it had a rebuilt title and he said it was in prefect condition. No problems at all getting the vehicle registered. Hoping to purchase from them again in a few years!! Would highly recommend purchasing from them.

This was my first time buying from Strickland Auto and I will be going back for my future purchases. Jonathon was wonderful to work with and not the classic salesman type, which was refreshing. I purchased our Expedition almost 2 months ago. I wanted to wait to write a review since one thing needed to be replaced at time of purchase but I live a few hours away. There was a seatbelt latch that worked but some of the plastic inside had been crushed. He knew we needed to go home with the vehicle. He told me to contact the dealer where I lived and to get it replaced and that hed pay for it. Thats a whole lot of trust there. I had already bought the vehicle but as soon as I contacted him because I was getting it replaced, he was fabulous. He called the dealer, paid for it and it taken care of seamlessly. Theres a reason why Strickland has all 5 star reviews. This place makes chick-fil-a look like taco bell when it comes to customer service. Ive never interacted with another business that has this level of customer interest. Jonathan is very good and texting you back and answering when you call. He remembers everyones names, my buddy bought from him a year ago and Jonathan remembered him. And boy do these guys know their stuff about the trucks and vehicles they sell. Everything gets top notch care and looks pristine.Also, they dont do dealership or doc fees. Thats like everything you need to know right there. When I bought my truck, I paid for taxes, and registration and thats it.

I was introduce to Strickland Auto this past week by my mechanic when he was working on my wife’s vehicle. My mechanic share with me that he was going to purchase a 2016 Toyota 4Runner and he told me the price and what the vehicle had to offer. This was music to my ears, because I had been looking for Toyota 4Runners for about a year or longer. I was able to pulled up the website and view the inventory that was on the lot and it was breath taking. So I followed my mechanic down to the dealership and was more impress in person, unfortunately it was getting close to closing time but I had to chance to see the vehicle that my mechanic had just purchased. I had the opportunity to meet the owner of the dealership Jonathan Strickland, and told him I would be back in the morning. So that night I went home and done my homework my reviewing the history on the dealership and reviewing all the comments and reviews that customers had left after purchasing a vehicle from Strickland Auto. It was overwhelming that all the customers was not only satisfied with their vehicles but also satisfied with the services that Jonathan and his partners provided them. So the next day I met with Jonathan and told him that I was looking at a 2018 Toyota 4Runner with only 6000, miles on it and it came with all the bell and whistles. Unfortunately that vehicle was loan out to another customer for the day and wouldn’t be back until the next day. However Jonathan said there was another vehicle on the lot that was exactly like the one I was interest in. So I took it for a test drive and made my decision once again without seeing are driving my current vehicle. It was base on how comfortable I was with Jonathan and his father Inlaw on the information they were providing me on the vehicle that i was looking to purchase. So we wrote up the contract and the credit union approved it within 30 minutes also the credit union said that Strickland Auto was a class act. The next day I went to pick up my vehicle and it was everything and more, that me and my wife expected. I have bought vehicles for over 40 years but have never had a process that was so painless and smooth as this one. I have yet to purchase a vehicle from the gentlemen at Strickland yet, but the products they offer are stellar. The branded title vehicles they get go from a wreck to a beautiful, like-new looking vehicle. I am always checking their inventory, hoping to see my next tacoma waiting for me, but not yet. The mechanics are very nice, and Jonathan was very knowledgeable and kind to me when talking about my trade options.

Price on the website on a 4 Runner we went to see was misleading and I brought that up to the owner and he was very rude and said that there was no way they would honor the $2000 price difference and he told me that I was wasting my time. They are real, no slick talk or sales driven conversations. I brought my friend who has been in the market and once again it was incredible. He ended up buying the 4runner if his dreams. Not only is the buying and test driving stress free but they follow up and make sure you are happy with the truck. I had a small paint scratch on my bumper that I had caused and they replaced the bumper no questions asked. I will be buying all future Toyota’s from Strickland.

I bought my tacoma from Strickland about a year ago. This was my first loan that I took on a vehicle and I trusted there work so decided to go for it. I havent had any problems with my tacoma and its been great so far! There are some spots in the engine bay area where you can tell are wrinkled but overall the workmanship seems really good. I would recommend them to anybody looking into a 4 runner or tacoma. They seem to know what they are doing and seem like fair honest people.

Never thought Id leave a 5 star review on an auto dealership. Strickland auto is very helpful and very honest. You dont have to think twice when buying a branded title vehicle from them.

My wife and I were in the area of Strickland Auto in Salt Lake and wanted to check out their 4-Runners purely on the basis that they look awesome. We had no intention of buying, however, less than an hour later, we were driving home in one. Buying process was very easy and smooth with Jonathan. This is our first rebuilt title vehicle but I felt reassured by Jonathan and the fact that they do all their work there at the shop. Jonathan guaranteed all the work they did saying theyd fix problems (if any) that had to do with the accident. Hes motivated to keep up his 5-star reviews so I trusted him. I purchased a 2016 Chevrolet 2500HD Duramax 6.6L Diesel High Country Edition. I had shopped around for about 2 months before making the decision on what and where to purchase. Up until this point I had never really considered purchasing a branded, or rebuilt vehicle and to be perfectly honest I was unaware of the market for branded/salvaged vehicles. However, I was very much interested in the Chevrolet for a number of reasons. First I have been looking to upgrade from a half ton gas truck to a ¾-1 ton Diesel to pull my toy hauler with. Second, the priced nearly 10k cheaper than equivalent models I was looking at, a newer vehicle, and with lower mileage. This is where I must warn you, if you are interested in purchasing a branded vehicle, do your homework on what that means, and what company you are purchasing from because there are some very questionable dealers out there selling branded vehicles.Strickland Auto, I have found does not specialize in rebuilding vehicles involved in major accidents, and from what I gathered will not purchase anything salvaged due to water, i.e. flooding. From the moment I contacted Jonathan, he was very upfront about the damage to the vehicle, and sent me all the photos from the accident investigation, so I could see for myself how much damaged was involved. He was not aggressive trying to sell me the vehicle, and informed me that someone else was planning on going into look at it, but would let me know if the sale fell through. To my luck, that’s exactly what happened, the person never showed up. I test drove the truck on the way to the bank, and Strickland Auto had a fairly easy sale, after a bit of negotiating on price of course.Present: After owning the vehicle now for approximately 2 months, I have had a few problems that probably should have been addressed prior to me purchasing the vehicle. The best advice I can give you is, when buying anything used (private party or dealer), take it to a mechanic or dealer and pay them the $150 to do a full inspection over the vehicle. I did not do this, and I did end up having issues. Driving to work about a week ago, something in my suspension felt like it gave out and it felt like I was rolling on boulders instead of tires. It was 4:45 in the morning so I was unable to see anything, and my tires appeared fine from what I could see with the flashlight on my phone, so I continued and just hobbled to work. When I arrived, I was able to look inside the wheel well behind the tire and see that the upper ball joint had completely blown out. I took pictures of the damage and text them to Jonathan with Strickland and waited for a response. In the meantime I contacted a repair shop in the area and they were able to get the truck in quickly.While the truck was being repaired, they also found that the shock was blown out, and the passenger side differential was not bolted in. Again, I contacted Jonathan who was mortified that there was this much wrong with the truck. This obviously could have been much worse than a blown out ball joint and shock, and Jonathan immediately acknowledge this. This is where Strickland Auto amazed me with their pride in their work and reputation and most importantly, their customer service. Jonathan paid for almost all of the repair, and told me to bring the truck by the shop to have anything else that may be wrong checked out and fixed.Almost every vehicle new and used I have owned has needed to go back to the dealer for some type of problem, whether it be for repair or recall, no company is perfect, and unfortunately even with the cost of these vehicles, no vehicle is perfect. What I can say is I highly recommend Strickland Auto, due to their integrity and customer service, and as someone who specializes in best business practices, I do not give recommendations lightly.
