Absolute horrible customer service... I called and asked for a product to be put on hold, drove an hour to pick it up and when I arrived no one had put the product to the side and even worse it was not available.

I love to shop here rather than the big box stores. From the moment you walk in there is an associate asking if they can help you find anything and they actually know what is in their store and where to find it. Highly recommend!

Very clean and well laid out. Super friendly and helpful. Well stocked with great variety of products.

Ordered online and went to pickup order from here. Took about 3 hours to confirm and then I arbitrarily went to the store to see if I could pickup and talked to this rude individual who I thought was the manager and he had no clue what he was talking about, telling me the order was not there and product was not even in stock. Before I left the store I checked in with a young kid employee and he pulled up my order and gave me the item. Way out of my way to do this and a long drawn out useless experience.

Great little store. Plenty of parking and they sell Jonathan Green lawn care products which are often hard to come by. Good rewards program and can bank on at least $5-10 off coupons each month. Friendly staff. It’s worth traveling 15 minutes each way versus the closer big box stores.

I went there today with a flat Wheel barrow tire. They took the time to pull the tire apart and replace the tube inside. It was two young men I did not get there names but this is the best hardware store around forget the big box stores.
