Very nice place. They did not have the part I need it which was more or less a factory part anyway but they had suggestions of where else I could go to get it. They even looked it up and gave me a telephone number to Call. Pre knowledgeable people would you dont always find at the counter of parts stores. It appeared as if prices were reasonable there as the things I had seen.

Pleasant. Easy in, out. No hassles parking. Took care of problem in parking lot in 2 minutes (which I dont think one is supposed to do, but I popped hood before I went in to store so I was ready to take care of business when I came out) When finished I headed right to the exit and was heading south bound I95 in moments. Great price for the much needed quart of oil, too! $4.17.

It’s hard to find a man that is still a gentleman to a woman who has absolutely no idea how to work under the hood of the car ! ( More power to the ones that do !) I had a dead battery and even though the store was packed and the phones were ringing non stop he still managed to help me with a smile and courtesy ! Had a competitor’s wheel bearing fail prematurely on my GM truck, and replaced it with the NAPA skf bearing based on the recommendation of Pete and the crew at Milford parts place. Good quality part and I’m back on the road worry free. The service, staff and new facility are top notch!!

I am impressed with the new location in Milford. Its large, very clean and well stocked with alot of great stuff. The employee named Doug was very helpful and patient when I took a while to figure out all the items I wanted to buy and info on what fluids my vehicles called for and how much. All & All I was very satisfied and happy with my visit to Napa and interactions with there employee Doug.. that guy diserves a raise or something.

These guys have no idea what theyre doing I gave them the specs to my car and they recommended the wrong battery would not help with the installation and had no idea where to send me to get the proper battery for my car you would think that they could at least update their computer system to be more current especially with the new hybrid cars on the market
