Everything about my experience at this location was terrible. Initially thought everything would be cool. I ordered items I needed to repair my vehicle online for pick up. I get home pulled my vehicle apart only to have the wrong parts issued to me. Also while I was there I decided to make a return for a item I didn’t get to use. So the parts manager on duty begins the return transactions only to laugh at me in my face and said can you wait 45 minutes until my coworker come back who had just walked out to store 20 seconds prior to starting the return transaction. When I mean Connecticut has to be the slowest most dysfunctional and irritating state that I have ever visited for Customer service.

Decent service. Service personnel are courteous and friendly. Only wish the checkout was faster, because they try to sell other products for the customers. And that delays check out. Overall the store is clean and inviting.

Staff is usually pretty friendly and helpful. Selection is lacking though if youre looking for some color specific options

Part Sales Manager that was working today was very pushy. Tried to up sell me on a $200 battery and when I asked why I couldn’t go with the standard battery she immediately became frustrated and said “it won’t fit”. I still went with the standard battery that was $60 cheaper and it fit just fine and car started with no issues. The technician “AJ” was extremely professional and helpful - only reason this review is 3 stars.

Pretty knowledgeable. For the most part. There open in their safe that is a good day so far theyve had all the parts that I need. Sometimes they do not know exactly how the parts are being installed of which is OK. YouTube does know where parts go. Lol staff is friendly prices are fair

She was determined to be sure that we had the right part and took her time to ensure that it was correct. Her dedication to the customer is incredible and greatly appreciated. Added bonus - she was able to multitask and help other customers in the store while we were there, yet was still able to make us feel that we were her top priority. This is my favorite part store chain by far.. With my discount card I have saved some serious cash.. I was greeted as I walked in and the staff was great.. Gotta love this auto store! Ask a question and they can give you a very true answer. They never lie to push a product on sale. my husband and I were so disgusted with the cleaning products for our car windows. Every single one left streaks and film. When I went to the desk and asked the guy at AutoZone what can I do to get our car windows really clean without having to do it eight times and still end up having our windows streaky and cloudy in direct sunshine, the salesperson told me that he uses this particular one and he walked us to it and showed us the product and said it even smells wonderful but it does a wonderful job on cleaning the windows. Of course we rolled our eyes but I bought it. OMG! It was the best car window cleaner ever. He was right! So now its a year later and my husband decides that he really wants to clean the windows of his small car (I call it the dog car because of all the snoot prints and drool!!!), and his car was parked on the street. He just said Im taking this and trying it. Well, he took the spray can of it and did his cleaning, came in and he was wide-eyed and bushy-tailed and said, Ive never seen this before in my life.. that guy was right! I said I told you so! And they helped my son when he got his first motorcycle by saying a trickle charger would keep his new motorcycle battery alive all winter. Yup! Anything I ask them, I receive great advice and they show me the best product. Great service, good discounts, and they take care of all our parts needs. Four thumbs up. 👍👍👍👍

Was out driving heard a pop. After pulling over we called the local AutoZone to see if they had the part, they did and had the part ready for us when we got there. It was a fairly quick and painless experience even thou they were training a new employee who seemed a little lost. LoL 😆

Sold me the wrong part and had to drive back there when I made it clear. And had an associate in the background telling me any mechanic would know what the part it is and got into an argument with him. Seems like all the staff is against you. If you go in the store you have to go in with an attitude.

Totally unprofesional service

Once upon a time there were people who used to seek the good in others and help each other with their services. Apparently this doesnt exist anymore when you call the store asking a simple question and you get a what do you want type of response from the typical condesending bastards that work in high positions for retail companies such as Auto Zone.

Incredibly incompetent staff. Two senior citizens at the front seems put off that they had a customer. The old guy couldn’t even unscrew a headlight bulb! When i got it off for him the “manager” or some other lazy employee informed all of us that they couldn’t replace the bulb without removing the battery. Which wis not the case. He was too interested in eating his lunch. Terrible experience. Will never go back

Talked to a young man who told me he would be right with me. Some older lady asks if she could help me so I show her a picture of what I want on my phone and off she goes. She comes back with the part seeing me looking at devices they sell to broadcast Bluetooth to a radio she asks me if theres anything else I need not once noticing I was busy but twice. I replied well I WAS LOOKING but I guess Im done.She rang me up as fast and as angry as she could. She ran down an aisle as I got in my car... guess she had other business there.To think I drive from Stratford past the Stratford AZ for a better attitude. I should have just waited for the young man. She shouldnt have taken me as a customer if she had other pressing issues down that aisle.

Tonight my headlight went out on my Altima and I needed to borrow some tools to remove my wheelwell cover to acess the headlamp. After almost stripping the rusty bumber bolts, Gladys came out of nowehere and brought me a better flashlight and she began to work on the wheel cover. She worked it open enough so, I can remove the old headlight bulb and easily install the new one. Gladys provided quick, friendly and intelligent custoer service and I was able to drive home with both headlights working. Thanks Gladys for making my experience a gret one!

Dont come here if youre looking for someone to help you with a purchase or have knowledge of different vehicles. I came for wipers for a GMC and the man didnt know which one or how to put them on and the other two miserable people working got angry when he asked them for help and simply said they didnt know either. I would say go somewhere else for your general car part needs.

I visited the live oak, Florida location on my way back from Ohio last month. The staff stayed with me on their time to make sure my repair was going alright and helped me every way they could. They have my respect and a lifetime new customer.

VERY POOR SERVICE. I BROUGHT COUPLE OF OLD LAWN MOWER SPARK PLUGS SO THEY CAN HELP ME TO PICK A NEW ONES, THE BOLD GUY AND THE PUERTO RICAN LADY WERE TALKING AND TOLD ME TO GET IT MYSELF FROM THE SHELVES .THE REASON WHY I ASK THEM TO HELP ME IT WAS BECAUSE THERE WERE TOO MANY SARK PLUGS AND IT WAS CONFUSE.I WENT TO CARQUEST WHICH IS A BLOCK FROM AUTOZONE AND I GOT A A AAA+++ SERVICE .NOT GOING BACK TO THIS STORE.

Their computer system was having difficulty locating my contact information it became problematic for me to receive the credit on my lifetime warranty brake pads after having to explain that their computer problems were not my concern my concern was only that I received the proper credit according to the warranty if they have difficulty looking up myrecords why should that affect me when I have my receipt in hand people move and people change phone numbers obviously their system is Antiquated and they had tremendous difficulty finding any thread of the transaction the gal became very mean-spirited over the counter quite disappointing for a company that Prides itself on customer service Ive had other experiences with other AutoZone locations that were much better
