Contacted Dealer, by email over weekend, got called at 10 am Monday morning and had an excellent deal, over the phone, in one hour. Delivery always takes at least one hour. While waiting, staff was engaging, knowledgeable and got things right the first time. Third car from this dealership, same Salesman, Mark Fairbanks, the BEST. Best of all, LOVE my Crosstrek. This is my tenth Subaru since 1996

Extremely Disappointed with Dealership. My daughters first used car purchase on her own. Brings it in for her first service and state inspection and they fail the vehicle for two tires, Front and rear brakes. 10 months 10,000 miles later. This is what were coming to, cant even rely on a dealership to sell something reliable. Seriously!! It should atleast make it though a full year for state inspection. As I read some other reviews I saw how there is an owner response. Strange thing is the managers I dealt with implied the owner is nonparticipating. Regardless! no one cared to listen to me. So we paid for a ridiculously overpriced oil change and driving off with what they would call an unsafe vehicle.NICE JOB MILFORD SUBARU!!!!

I hate car shopping. I would rather have teeth pulled. This was by far the best and easiest car purchase I’ve had in my life. It was a cash deal but it was quick, seamless and stress free. Vasiliy was on top of everything. The person that does the paperwork was off the day I went in so I had to come back the following day. I traded in my crosstrek for a newer year and was offered a great deal at first. Then came back on a later date and was given a different offer. They tried to lie to me that nothing had changed in the paper work. But i needed a new car and the APR didnt go up that much. So i took the new offer. I called back later to let them know i left my rear seat protector in my old car. They said to come pick it up. So i did, i got there and they said that i never left the protector on my old car. Thats when i knew that this dealership is dishonest. Never ever again purchasing a vehicle from this dealership.

My wife and I went to Milford Subaru looking for new cars. Typically I think of walking into a car dealer like going into battle. That was not necessary at Milford Subaru. The salesman we dealt with, Jeremy McKenna, was friendly and not at all pushy. I found my car right away but my wife wanted to test drive a few to see what she liked. They were patient and accommodating. We had a little bit of rush because of appointments in the afternoon and they were able to get us processed quickly enough to get to our errands. Great Dealer! Mark Fairbanks was very pleasant and great to work with. The only problem was they hardly even cleaned the car before I picked it up. I was a very light vacuuming. Other than that, it was a very pleasant experience.

Very helpful and stress free experience

The head unit in my four month old Subaru Ascent died. I took it in and they said it was covered under warranty unless they could revive it. They ended up reviving it, but the dealership covered it anyway and replaced it when the part came in. Not happy with Starlink or the unit that died, but I received excellent service from Milford. Post pandemic, we’ll be back to try them for oil changes etc. Currently, the car’s not going anywhere much! I do love the Ascent otherwise.

Just purchased my first Subaru from there. I dealt with Joe for my salesman and Kevin for finance. It was a great experience, my credit is petty challenged to put it mildly and Granite subaru in Hudson NH wouldn’t even bother with me, but Milford worked with me and got me a loan and now I have an amazing new to me 2018 outback! Took my 2019 Outback in for its first 6,000 mile service and they did my state inspection without asking and no charge! They also worked with me to find a time that was convenient for me on short notice. I purchased the 2 year maintenance plan with my car because the service at this dealership is so good.

Stopped for an inspection. While waiting I talked to Jeremy. We had 14 weeks to go on our lease, and we were already over the milage. Jeremy was able to get us out of that lease and into another that better suited our milage needs. This was our second vehicle transaction and I would go again.

We decided to come in and take a test drive for my wifes new car! We had our eye on a legacy and we were met by Karl as we were coming through the front door! He was very easy going and knowledgeable! He was very low pressure and asked what we wanted in a new car and took the time to discuss the different trim levels and their different options! We decided on a legacy limited. We came to an agreement with very little back and forth! I was happy to walk away with what I felt was a good deal and trade in allowance. We of course still had the back and forth with the manager but that is to be expected! Everyone right down to Matt the gentleman in finance were very nice and easy to deal with! I am hoping that the service Dept is half as good as the sales dept. If so they may have a customer for a long time! Thanks again Karl!

Worst experience ever. I dealt with Chris. This place has no motivation at all to sell cars and very lazy. Never got back to me when he said he would and wasted my time. I offered them a certain price for a car and they came with there offer for $125 of there price. So I said no thanks have a great day. A week went by and they dropped the price $500 so I messaged Chris again and said hey, still interested in the car and wanted to remind you of my offer so he came back and took another $125 off the asking price I said no thanks. Went to Hudson Subaru and got a 2019 outback. Looked on there sight the next day and it was listed $100 lower then what I had offered them. Worst service and no motivation to sell cars. Don’t go here!! Skip all the aggravation and go to Hudson Subaru!!

When I first called I spoke with Amy, and her knowledge and professionalism were unmistakable. Sean put me in a brand new loaner car while the repair was being taken care of which made my life so much easier! The welcoming, warm atmosphere at Milford Subaru won me over. I usually spend about an hour here and everything is typically clean. They have the cutest play area for little ones and we take advantage of the free snacks and water.

We couldnt be happier with our car buying experience at Milford Subaru. My husband and I were shopping for a Subaru Forester. Our salesperson, Jeremy McKenna, was excellent. He was very patient and listened to all our questions carefully and provided complete and intelligent answers. Jeremy helped us make a decision without trying to upsell us into something we didnt want or need. This seems to be the atmosphere that Milford Subaru is striving for and I would say they achieved it. We decided on a Forester Premium which suits our needs perfectly and Milford Subaru gave us the best price out of all our local Subaru dealers. One other thing I would like to mention is that my husband and I were concerned about going to a dealership during this Covid-19 pandemic. We preferred to do most of our initial contact remotely by email. Jeremy, once again, was very patient and understanding of our concerns. He didnt push us into coming to the dealership before we were ready which was not true of other dealers we contacted. All in all Milford Subaru breaks the mold of the stereotypical auto dealer and we will definitely be back!

At 55 years of age and have purchased well over 30 vehicles in my time so far I have yet to buy a 3rd vehicle from the same dealership, before today. We purchased our first Subies in 2018, an Impreza and a crosstrek. We sold the crosstrek in 2019 to purchase a 1 ton truck for an anticipated future purchase of a 5th wheel camper. I have only recommended one other car salesman in my life and he works at the same dealership as Jeremy but was swamped with work and couldnt help us.
