Im watching Rick and Nathan interact with customers while I wait for my car to be service. They did a phenomenal job! I wish I could say the same at all Walmart s. Did a great job servicing my vehicles as well.

I went and had my oil changed and noticed afterwards that my car was really loud when drove it. We checked the oil and found that there was no oil in my truck, I called and spoke with a manager and her offered to come to come to my home and put oil in my vehicle. My vehicle still isnt running properly and I m ay I have to put it in the shop.

Just had my oil changed now my truck is getting better gas mileage! It was not expensive and they changed the filters that were hard to get to now she runs like a champ

Came in at 6:45 with a tire about to blow they got it changed and we were back on the road in 15 minutes excellent work thank you great employees great customer service top notch workers in the TLE

Need more training shame on you management ill never ever get all to do nothing for me again and ill also let other people know trian your employees better

Great and fast. If wouldve been nice if they wouldnt have raised their service prices by $10 on each upon reopening from Covid closure. Score lowered by one star because of that.

They are very lazy! They arent thorough or proficient at their positions. I got an oil change and headlight replaced for My car. I was an employee at the time. They didnt put the back in My car. I got off from work around 1 am. I was on My way home, and My car stopped. I had to walk home in the middle of the night. On another time. I had My Moms oil changed they overfilled the revoir. An her car blew a head gasket.

Great customer service in auto, however today Ive called 3 times different departments and No answer.

Bought two tires. They balanced the two tires mounted a d checked psi on all tires got me out in less than two hours
