I was pleased with the finish product, and as long as you communicate with them and what your desires are, they should have no problem helping you out.

My experience with Davis Paint & Collision (Air Depot) and the staff, specifically Makayla and Brennan, was spectacular. They were both professional and informative. I appreciated the work Brennan put in to find a replacement door for my 1999 Toyota Camry. It took him quite some time because those cars were built to last. So, too old to order a new door and too well built to easily find a junk yard with one that wasnt damaged. But he put in the work, found a door, and I am very pleased with the results. So much so, that Im taking my friends car to Davis for a bumper replacement, knowing they will do an excellent job with it.

These guys are the best! With all the hail damage in OK all body shops are booked up for weeks. Davis Paint and Collision made time for me by calling their other shops. No other body shop did this for me and I talked to all the major ones. Not only did they get me in, but they finished early for me because I am leaving the country for several months. My car antenna was knocked off at a car wash in Dec. I contacted Chase at Davis paint and collision in Midwest city about replacing the antenna. A new antenna had to be ordered, but he attached the previous one temporarily so the wiring was protected.Chase personally contacted me when the part arrived and gave me the price quote for the work. We scheduled the appointment for this morning and he informed me it would take about two hours. I informed him that I would have to wait while they repair the car.The receptionist Jessica, greeted me when I arrived and was very hospitable. I was impressed when she enforced the mask policy with someone who entered the office. When he became belligerent, the regional manager, Brian Davis, stepped in and took care of that customer outside. Jessica also took the temperatures of all employees in the garage in the office, so it is reassuring to know that they are very aware of Covid and are determined to keep it out of their workplace.Brian, Chase, Jessica, and Brennan (?) all wore masks in the office and reception area, kept their social, distance, continually updated the status on my car via text, and were very concerned about my comfort and safety.I was watching the inauguration on my phone, and the regional manager Brian offered to turn on the TV so I can watch it on the big screen and not use all of my phone battery.I had used Davis paint and collision wants before and was so impressed by their service and honesty that I did not hesitate to bring more business to them. My sister also took her Subaru to them after being rear ended going to work. She was just as impressed as I was with the professionalism, service, and quality of work.

The redemption I was hoping to get from previous work done at this establishment was disappointing. Going to correct one thing led into damage to both doors and a cracked dash board due to improper lifting to tighten two bolts on the tire flap not corrected on the previous work. They did not think I would notice. The pressure of the lift cracked my dashboard .. touch up paint to paint damaged to the metal was bad enough. There is so much more to add to this but, I will save it for USAA.

At first they said the could not fix my vehicle, then they said that could fix my vehicle and the insurance would pay for it. Then after calling them after several weeks they said the vehicle could not be repaired and that it was totaled. I would never recommend this body shop because of the dishonesty they have showed me. I’ve never dealt with a business that I have been so disappointed in. I drive a 2012 jeep and all I did was hit a mailbox going 25 mph and they said it was totaled even though the jeep is worth 19,000 dollars. I would not send my worst enemy to this body shop.

I was in a car accident in September, Davis Paint was just the friend I needed. The moment I walked in I was welcomed. They did an analysis of the vehicle with me to see the damage, explained what needed to be done, asked me if I had any concerns. Overall they were really communicative. Once they had my vehicle, they had TEXTS coming to me to keep me updated on my vehicles repairs... I mean that’s some amazing customer service. Even just the automation of hey, we are still working on it, let us know if you have any questions. Everything they did went a long way, including being done early! I will forever be a future customer!

On a Sunday afternoon I hit a tire tread on the highway. Most of my damage was under the hood, but it was a mess. We were able to get it to Davis on our own. Ive taken vehicles to their other location before.It was after hours and they had a key drop. The next morning me and Melissa had a nice laugh over my note written in eye liner and strapped to my keys with a band-aid.I knew right then I was in for a wonderful experience. The atmosphere is very relaxed but still straight to business. They offered to set up my rental car and everything. Had our car repaired and painted here a few years ago after it was rear ended by another driver. The clear coat is peeling so took it back to find out if they would stand by their warranty. The claim must have been under the other drivers name (which we cant remember) because they couldnt find ours in their system for this car. The man that painted the car remembered my husband and asked him about the car but the manager still refused to honor the warranty because he couldnt find the receipt in the system. Well, I want to thank Davis Paint and Collision for accepting my 2019 Chrysler 300 for repair! I chose you for all of the reviews already stated by other patrons of past business in Google Review. Unfortunately, Progressive Casualty Ins. didnt give you the chance to do the job because they ended up totalling my vehicle. Im sorry Progressive is not the company they present, and want to get around the situation as cheap as possible. After my experience with Progressive Ins., I will never want them as my personal insurance company, and rate them 0.0 out of 5.0 as a major insurance company in the league. Had a collision assessment after someone rear-ended me. All state had refereed me to this shop. I was there for 10 minutes on Wednesday at 11 and was told the pictures would be sent over to all state because my car would be declared a total loss. The pictures and email were not sent until Friday afternoon causing the insurance process to be stalled through the weekend.

I came in to replace my passenger side mirror, it was very inexpensive and didnt take long, not only did they replace my mirror they got the paint that was scratched onto the side of my car off as well as some duct tape residue that was on the broken mirror. Fantastic service through and through, I will be coming back whenever I need something like this done in the future. Thank you guys! This was my first time dealing with something like this and you made the process 100 times easier.

I was rear ended and had a lot of damage to the rear end of my minivan. I received my van back a day earlier than expected. Everything matched up perfectly from paint color to alignment of panels. They even detailed the inside of my van and you wouldnt even know that I have 3 kids and dogs that ride in it regularly. The staff and maintenance crew were all super friendly and knowledgeable. They kept me up to date on the progress of the repairs.

Let me start by saying Ive never had just body damage from an accident. This being my first experience, I wasnt sure what to expect. I couldnt be more pleased with the entire process. I have never had any repair done on my vehicles, even at the dealership, where I was scheduled, updated everyday and even completed early. I cant even believe that it looks so amazing. I cant even tell the whole side of my truck was damaged. I have 2 tone paint and the blending is spot on, all my seams are perfect. I will recommend them to anyone. I used Davis Paint and Collision for some auto repairs following an accident. I was scheduled promptly for an evaluation and was given a start date. They informed me that they would deal with the insurance company so I wouldn’t have to which i loved! The predicted time for maintenance repairs was given and I was updated throughout the entire process. The repairs were completed faster than Originally anticipated. They then supplied a lifetime warranty for the repairs they made as long as I owned the vehicle. All of their staff I encountered were very professional and I would highly recommend them.
