I would have given 5 stars until a realized my windshield had chip in it an they won’t fix it!This could have been a great experience, but instead of fixing it. They put me off an told me it wasn’t there prob. Pretty much.Don’t USE THEM!!!!!!!!!

Had a great experience!! Very professional and I’m a truck driver and they worked with me because i was still over the road. They had everything done in a week and there is no visible sign of any damage! It’s like new! Paint looks perfect! Excellent service. My vehicle was ready and delivered the day they promised. All parts are installed correctly, including fog lights, shrouds and bumper trim. Repainted parts accurately match the vehicle too. And, they even washed it!

I really just dont understand how most people have fantastic reviews here, it must be my luck, I brought my car in to have it repaired they estimated it to be completed on 4/30 they have been updating me about the repairs with texts saying repairs are coming along nicely, your vehicle is in the paint shop on track for 4/30, we are on track for 4/30 ECD I will call you when ready for pick up, and we are nearing completion. I was feeling really pleased and a lot less stressful with these texts but when it actually came to 4/30 I didnt receive any texts or phone calls for a couple hours after their store opened so I decided to call them to see if my car is done or not. They answered the phone and told me they been trying to get a part for my car that wasnt available in town so they ordered it from Dallas and told me my car will be done on 5/3, well 5/3 comes by and agian no texts or calls from them so I call them at around 1pm Steve tells me we are wrapping you car up to be completed either today or tomorrow I will give you a call later today to inform you. Now 5/4 comes by and I never got a call back from Steve yesterday so I decided to call them agian to check on my car. Josh answered and told me they ordered the last and final part needed which will come in either today or tomorrow, I asked him how long can this take and he estimated it will be done on 5/7. I just dont understand how these guys can send me all these good texts about how well and on time the repairs are going but once the due date comes its still not done. If you have better luck then me like most costumers then yea try this place out but if your luck isnt good like me I would not recommend this place.

They are awesome. Jason kept in touch with me about my car and let me know any updates through text and answered my questions about my car. Scott, was there when I picked up my car he was also helpful and answered my questions.

I can say nothing but good things about the service I have received at this establishment! The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful, they send text updates at every turn of your vehicles repairs, they explain it all when you pick it up AND to top it all off it looks absolutely immaculate. My front end was crushed in by a semi that decided backing up at a stop light was a good idea. As you can see, my car looks pristine. The paint matching is spot on and body work is second to none. This is the second time I have used them for repairs and I could not be happier.Shout out to the friendly and very professional employees here. Ive never had to have a car in a body shop before and I was quite nervous chosing one to fix my car after it was rear ended. Caliber collision in Midwest is extremely professional. They went through the damage to my vehicle very thoroughly. I had updates the entire time and they finished my vehicle before it was estimated to be done. My car looks brand new. There office is also very clean and they are following all the appropriate COVID procedures.

Great service in timely manner. These folks are very customer oriented and deliver what they promise when they promise. Jason is great at keeping you up to date on whats happening and when your vehicle will be ready. I wouldnt want to take my car anywhere else.

I had a collision with a young buck chasing a doe across the road. He tore up my front end & Caliber Collision repaired the damage. They did an excellent job, kept me informed all along the way. My car looks great & you cannot tell it was ever damaged. I would/will use them again. I highly recommend this business.

We chose to use this body shop after our vehicle was damaged from a piece of metal on the road. Radiator had to be replaced as part of the repairs. We were told our car was ready and the repair work was excellent and the staff was nice but it hasnt been test driven and a block down the road our vehicle overheated. We alerted them and it took a substantial amount of time for them to get a couple of blocks down the road on a cold day. What was worse is they didnt communicate well, it was right a close of buisness and we werent contacted by the person helping us out, no one called to check on us nor were we given a cell number to call. My wife was freezing, they didnt apologize for being late instead they both said we didnt know where to find you after I examined to them on the phone prior to coming. Communication is key. I would use them again but would insist they inspected or test drive my car better.

We have never had service like that at Caliber Collision. Updates from day one, and every other day or so to let us know what was going on with progress being made to get our car to top shape. Then they delivered it a day in advance. The service Jason and his staff gave was the best weve ever had. And with four children (now grown) we had a lot of scratches, bumps, and even a couple of totalled cars. Our family will be using Caliber Collision for every collision repair...and our children now all have teenagers of their own, so although were hoping it wont be necessary - PAYBACK!! - Caliber Collision in Midwest City is where we will go..

The people at this location are great! Travis was an amazing advisor and kept me in the loop every step of the way and the receptionist called and harassed the car rental company on my behalf when they failed to show up on time and with an adequate rental for me and my two small children. I didn’t get the gentleman’s name who stepped in when the young man from the rental company showed up in a camaro and let him know that wasn’t gonna fly.They made a terrible situation more bearable and we had some laughs about it later. Hopefully I won’t need to go in again but if I do, I’ll be going back to this location to see these friendly faces. Thank you all!

I am so happy with the service I received from this place. They originally estimated that it might take five days to fix the damage on my car. However, they had it done in not even 72 hours. The whole process from the estimate to picking up my car was wonderful. Not to mention the whole staff was so friendly and accommodating, from the sweet lady at the front desk to the service team. They all went above and beyond for both me and my car. Thank you!!

UPDATE:I reached out to Corporate Office and worked with Joe, the regional manager, who was able to help me get my vehicle back. There were a few issues after getting back and he was able to resolve them quickly at the Edmond location. He personally came and picked my vehicle up and took it to the shop for me to get those other issues resolved. While I am still disappointed in the original shop, Joe has made me feel better about Caliber Collision as a company by personally addressing and resolving my issue.Never use this shop!! If there was a way to give a zero or negative review they would get one! They have had my vehicle for over 5 weeks now and consistently lied to me about when it will be done! First it was waiting in a part for two weeks, then it was we are working on it, then it was well the insurance company messed up on the estimate on a part but yet 3 days earlier they had all the parts, then it was well if you would have used your own insurance we wouldnt have had to wait, then it was in paint, then it was your tech is out of the office, then it was the vehicle is put back together but needs to be cleaned, and now it is it will take 2 hours to clean. This place is a shame. All they do is tell stories and make up excuses as to why it isnt done. I have been told at least 5 different dates it would be ready and not one of them has happened. They dont care at all about customer experience. I am definitely taking it to someone to have it looked at to make sure the work was done properly as there is no way to trust someone who consistently lies.

These people are horrible. They do shoddy work. That they won’t stand behind. When challenged on their workmanship they are rude and combative. I will never use them again and will never recommend them to anyone.

Lance is the man! He completely fixed the mistakes a different repair shop did and he even replaced a light on the bumper that matched the interior lights. He knew all about aftermarket parts and gave great advice on picking out a new roll-pan. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

First time ever having my car repaired due to someone hitting it, but I am very impressed with the job Calibir did with my car . It looks like it was never hit . I was sent text updates on a daily basis. Jason was very helpful as was the front desk clerk, my apologies for forgetting her name. I would highly recommend this Calibur location to anyone needing assistance with there vehicle. Friendly staff, great work, couldn’t of asked for anything more! And to top it off my car was done on the day they said it would be done ...I will say that they went above and beyond with my vehicle as one side was completely hit down the full side of my car they went above and beyond by cleaning up and it looks like they buffed the other side of my car to make it match .... I can’t say thank you enough for the fine quality job you did .Thank you Jason and all of the caliber staff that made my vehicle look like new again

They wrote a $1800 repair bill, now they want almost 4000, insurance company once to total it, Kelley Blue Book car garou true car everybody is showing replacement vehicle same mileage same vehicle 7900 and up, if we try to buy it back they want $3000 And will place a salvage title on it, this falls on caliber collisions shoulders for screwing us over

This is simply another franchised auto “repair” shop. They “do not do auto restorations” per their manager as i brought my vehicle to them to have it appraised to align front headlights and their reply was that they do not do “auto restoration work” . So why do they show up on an into restoration search is beyond me.

Not only did they fix the damaged area and parts they pulled out an existing dent.They also washed and detailed it and contacted me daily to update.I highly recommend them for your collision needs.

Would give less if I could. Had nothing but trouble with this place. Would not recommend them to anyone.

Even after telling them specifically what the damage was on my automobile and what needed to be looked at they told me they wouldnt do it unless I committed to having the work done there which Im not going to commit to without knowing in advance how much its going to cost. They said they would only basically do a walk-around inspection for the free estimate. Otherwise I would have to pay an unspecified teardown charge.

My insurance gave me caliber or another body shop as an option when my car was t boned. I had a bad experience with the other shop and caliber was listed as a 5 star shop from my insurance company. My vehicle was rummaged through and the $700 stereo was stolen along with a few other items while my car was in their secured yard. The managers exact words were first it was the tow truck driver. Your car didnt come in with a stereo. When he looked over the paperwork and saw that they accepted the vehicle with a stereo, the story then turned to it wasnt one my employees, we cannot secure our customers cars in our fenced in lot and we cannot keep people from the neighboring apartment complex from breaking into customers cars. The manager made no attempt at even trying to make up for my loss. His suggestion was to make a claim with my insurance company, even though the vehicle was in their posession when the theft occurred. Friends who have brought their vehicles to caliber have experienced similar occurrences as well as having problems with windows leaking after being replaced, trim falling off and dash cowl components either missing or installed with less than half of the required hardware.
