I’m trying not to be a Karen but this Starbucks really upsets me. I currently have the flu and desperately needed a medicine call and a cake pop to make me a little happier than I’ve been laying down with a fever. I came about 15 minutes before closing and they refused me service. I really just needed some warm tea because it’s one of the only things that makes me feel better and this was the last thing I needed today. I didn’t want to yell at them so I just said ok and drove away but I seriously expected much more. If it was even 5 minutes before closing I could understand or a complicated order, but I came 15 before close and just needed a simple tea. Now I know why everyone is boycotting this company and only going to small coffee shops that actually care about their community.

Drink was ready to go. was made just how I like it. staff was nice

Just came through and grabbed a Grande White Chocolate Mocha but it tastes sour as if the milk was expired. I’m not even going to bother going back through because 75% of the time my drink still tastes like dirt or like they aren’t putting enough of the requested syrup in the coffees.

Great Location. The Baristas are quick and prepare orders in a timely manner. All very friendly as well. The patio is a good spot to read or study.

It was great! It took a while to get my drink but I didnt notice until the young lady making my drink pointed it out. Turns out she put it in the wrong spot. No biggie:) it was in the wrong size cup but she let me keep the wrong one and gave me a new one. No biggie :) we all have off days! I will be going nack! 10 out of 10

This Starbucks is a waste of time. They don’t know how to make the drinks correctly. This is the first time my iced vanilla latte with hazelnut looks like this and the double chocolate chip frappe looks bland and taste bland. Like it’s just ice and chocolate chip. First and last time we go to this location.

We had to repeat our order for the young lady three times. Nothing happy about that. I ordered the dragon fruit with lemonade. Delish.

They need more staff I am in Uber runner and every time I come I still have to wait 15 to 20 minutes for my order

Consistently decent for Starbucks. Recently went through the drive thru and requested they check if they had orange juice. Barista checked, said they did, and added to my order. What I actually got was a juice blend which included pineapples and mango along with orange. Im very allergic to pineapples and mango. Fortunately, I noticed before drinking, but not before leaving the location and driving to work. It is highly important that those choosing products that the customer cant see be clear on ingredients.

The reason Im rating this a three-star is because the amount of time it took to receive our order. I know how Starbucks works with long lines etc but this was a bit overboard in terms of having to wait.

Very nice place. Great place to drop in before work. Relaxing. Coffee is great, service is fast. The store is clean and inviting. This store gets very busy in the late morning and afternoon, and getting in and out can be bothersome. Not the issue of the store, just traffic.

Emily was rude. Drive through was out on the loop so I came inside to order and was going to sit while waiting for my drinks. And while Emily was quick to tell me I couldnt sit and to say it in a snotty way. It was fine for everyone to have their butts leaned up on the tables then in chairs. Seems like a restaurant would want the backsides in chairs as opposed to being on tables.

Best combination Mango dragon fruit with Redbull always had a positive experience with this Starbucks always nice people and they are always willing to fix any drinks no matter what.

No inside seating. Only good for a pick up and go. Not a good meeting place. Only seating available is outside and tables and chairs were covered in dirt.

Do NOT go through the drive through. Can’t speak for take-out orders but if you want to spend 45 minutes in the drive through to get your coffee then go here. Happened first time, thought it was a fluke, happened a 2nd time and thought surely wouldn’t take 10 minutes a car the 3rd. 3rd time it was 10-15min a car! Never again!

Someone decided it would be a good idea to train a new person taking drive thru orders during peak hours. He was averaging one order taken ever 10-15 minutes and everything was wrong at the window. Whoever runs this place should be fired immediately because they don’t have the management skills to skillfully run a lemonade stand.

Sorry, but this Starbucks is always out of everything! Always seems they are either out of espresso drinks, or cant make Frappuccinos. 2 days ago I went and they couldnt make espresso drinks, so I ordered a Frappuccino, to which they told me they couldnt make the one I wanted either.

My online mobile order was the standard recipe for my white chocolate mocha insteadof 8 pumps of white chocolate mocha & my Cafe Misto had 0 sugar packets instead of 6 as requested.

Messed my order up but I think it was because the music was way to loud in there.

Im an Uber driver that means I have to go inside and pick up the orders. While I was there for about 30 minutes waiting on my order one of them employees said to another Deliveries or not priority. Wow!! Since I kept waiting for my order there was another customers there and there were also there for about 20-30 minutes waiting for their online pick up. All orders should be priority not just drive thru.

Asked if their chai tea was gluten free and they had no idea! They read the ingredients to me but most of them time gluten is are hidden under natural flavorings I purchased it stupidly before knowing definitely it was gluten free! You would think they would have access to information regarding their own products. Will not be going back to Starbucks again 😕Update : Called Starbucks corporate and the item was gluten free! The store should have know this! Now Im out 5 bucks and no drink because of lazy management so if you have any allergies do not go to this location! They have no clue what they are serving people nor do they care 😒

Waited 25 mins just to find out the nasty dude wasn’t wearing gloves and putting his fingers inside the cups to hold them. They need to retrain there employees for they can be more efficient and not take so long

Worst Starbucks I have ever been in didn’t wear masks because you know it’s a law we don’t have to so they decided to take forever on our order and when I received the order the girl said should have listened!! Like seriously this is how you deal with customers who pay your pay check I will never be back ever!!

Best crew! Even though it was a line they made my order very fast! Great job! The guy on a register (don’t know his name) is awesome! He’s definitely making everyone’s morning better. Made a perfect start for my day! Thank you! And of course coffee is great as usual.

Usually, don’t have many issues with this location, but the last 2 visits have been not the greatest experiences. The last 2 times we’ve been there for a quick late night coffee run( on the weekend) states they close at 10:30 and the doors have been locked at 10:00. In my opinion bad business, especially when it’s colder out outside. In all honesty I would rather support our locally owned coffee shops, so there for we drove a little down the road to a local one that is open a little later. Better service and not over priced and rushed!

Their lattes are all milk and it takes them forever. Ask for extra shots of whatever caffeine you want or it’ll be all milk and bland.

We came inside bc the drive thru had a long line when we got inside we were the only ones inside at the time so we ordered and waited and waited and then a group of ppl came in of 6 all for one big order and they made all there order plus the extra ones they order before they even started on our we tried to stay patient but waiting 20 min for my order when we arrived first is bs

WORST STARBUCKS I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!! Waited in the drive thru for 45 minutes and no answer, drove up to the window and employees were just standing there doing nothing. Terrible.

I paid close to $7.00dlls for a glass of milk! I am a frequent customer at Starbucks. I always order a venti light ice cappuccino with almond milk and cinnamon foam; today was no exception. When I taste my coffee, it tasted like pure water, thats how I realized it had 3/4 of ice. I kindly asked the barista if she could please make my coffee again with less ice. I received the second coffee without any foam and no ice; it was pure liquid! I kindly asked the barista if she could add a little ice and she added two cubes and reluctantly. When I tasted the coffee it tasted like pure milk. It seemed like the ice was removed from the first cup and filled with milk. I will never return to this place.

Best Starbucks in midland. Love the energy and the positive vibes everyone brings to the table. I’m from Austin and missing my happy place lol it’s a breath of fresh air to come in a place that has smiling faces and some good customer service!

This is a very expedient location. Got exactly what I needed, and quickly. There werent a lot of people inside at the time, but again, very fast considering their very long drive through line.

Usually I have no issues at this location. But today one of your employees felt it was appropriate to start closing the location down at 8:15 p.m. He proceeded to put chairs up around Your guests while the store had between 15-20 people still inside. It was by no means a slow night. Then he closed to restrooms where he placed a barricade up so customers couldn’t use the restroom without moving a mop bucket, high chair, broom, and two trash cans. Even the employees couldn’t go with ease. In no way shape or form is this acceptable. This is a coffee chain for crying out loud. People have to pee! Then he locked the side entrance around 8:45. Honestly I’m not sure I’ll bother coming here again, especially since there’s numerous others in town. Having worked in restaurants before as management, if this was my employee I wouldn’t accept this behavior at all.

I ask if the Pike Place was fresh. The young man said yes. So I ordered and paid for a cup.It wasn’t fresh. It was weak and not hot with a bad taste.So, I gave it bake to them and ordered an americano. They didn’t offer to refund me for the weak, nasty, not hot Pike place. But did charge me for my new drink. It was weak too. So I’m done with store and not so friendly server.

Traffic for the drive thru of this location blocked the entrance to the parking lot. I wasn’t even a customer I was trying to get my spouse to urgent care. I waited in line stretching all the way to the stop light. I don’t want an comp or coffee I want to know the next I have a medical emergency I won’t have to wait for someone getting coffee first....

Convenient location. Easy to get in and out. My service is usually fast and my drink is always right. Clean restrooms. Friendly staff. While parking lot is still small, its bigger than other Starbucks locations that Ive visited.

Ordered a drink and food online at around 7:30 in the morning didn’t go till 7:55 to pick it up because they have been having rough morning lately. When I showed up my drink was still NOT ready. And obviously my food was cold by then which I understood but for my drink to not be ready?! It was a mess.

Love there coffee. Great way to wake you up! Even great for just a treat! My personal favorites are the mocha white chocolate iced or hot and the caramel macchiato iced or hot!! They also have good pastries always fresh and different. Cake pops are a cute treat for kids and adults would recommend trying!

Depending on the location you could be in and out. Or waiting a long time. I would like to see the menu in the stores. Even if you look online only about half of the possibilities will show up. Very little menu is in the stores. Definitely get in the rewards program. It is very much worth the effort.

The owner makes this place for sure. Highest quality in town.

Cozy environment of a typical Starbucks with great selection of drinks. Super friendly and nice staff. Mostly a place attracting fast served coffee lovers and students who come to study.

Hours of operation are incorrect on door and online, workers are rude when they are open, takes forever in drive thru.

Had a meeting there normally they get our order correctly but today the clerk was not listening we ordered unsweetened tea but got sweet instead. We took it back and they exchanged them. So we will still come again.

The store manager was clapping at guests and rushing them and locking doors 20 min early. I understand its a holiday but the gm shouldnt be going around like that. Yelling and stomping around angry at employees and paying guests. What service.

I was in there between 2 and 3:00 p.m. yesterday and I go through the drive-through there every day on my way to work. I order the same thing every day. a 30 oz, because I want to be more specific instead of saying the wrong word. I always get a strawberry refresher. she handed me my strawberry refresher which was the vente size not that trente size she argued with me. I had already paid for it. I didnt have enough time to even negotiate with her so I left. I will never go back there again if Im going to be argued with and have to pay for a 30 oz while Im only getting less than. and that makes me sad because Im a valued customer. I go there every day and Im not appreciated so Im not gonna go back

This has become the worst Starbucks in town! I always order through the app because it’s supposed to be “faster” but it takes 20-30 minutes before people start asking for their order and it’s just been sitting in a corner going unnoticed. The staff has also gotten really good at ignoring people.

I dont know who is running the Permian stores but I think they need to do something different. Every time I go it is a crazy wait and they never have anything in stock. It really is a shame. I hope they can figure it out. The Starbucks in Barnes and Noble is 100 times better. The Starbucks in Big Spring is amazing. All of the Midland/Odessa stores are terrible.
