There were 3 in our party, and we were greeted as soon as we entered the store. Tyler and Rico were very helpful and knowledgeable in helping us wipe an iphone clean and re-establish service. They were both patient and answered our questions thoroughly. Highly recommend this store and staff. Thank you!

Absolutely worst experience ever with phone service all together! I phone 12 bought brand new here it only lasted 2 months. I have insurance and cant get phone fixed. Will never in my life deal with at&t again. Very horrible!!!! I only rated one star because I have to if I want this posted. Truth is zero stars!!! Worse than horrible

The store was busy but service was outstanding. Shantil was great, she was hilarious and helpful and made the experience amazing. Shantils service was the #1 reason we decided to move from T-Mobile to AT&T. We had plans to visit other providers that day as well but ended up going with AT&T.

Having issues with my phone being frozen. At first was told I needed to go to Apple, which I understand, they can get complicated. I tried all morning to do a soft reset but it wasn’t working.Antonio overhead the conversation and was able to help within seconds!Kudos to Antonio! You saved me today! I appreciate your help!

We had lost a phone and hated the thought of the hassle and inconvenience we went to our local AT&T store and our experience was wonderfulEric was so helpful and walked us through every step. We walked out very satisfiedI even ended up with a new phoneThey delivered my husband’s phone at 8 that night the tech came in and had it all set up in 30 minutes!!!Very satisfied customers!!

It was an average visit. I got yet another message on my phone stating I am eligible for an upgrade. They refuse to check over the phone so I had to WASTE over an hour of my time besides gas to go to the AT&T store for them to tell me that I couldnt upgrade for another 9 months.I shouldnt be getting these messages saying I can upgrade when I cant.The man there that helped me was very helpful in showing & explaining what I already knew & was as confused as I am as to why I keep getting these messages but still.

We have always had good experiences at this store however yesterday was over the top! Our store rep Michael was excellent!!! He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and gave us the best customer service experience we have had in a long time - anywhere! My husband went in just to see if anyone could help with a bug he was having with his Samsung phone. Not only did Michael address it, my husband walked out with a new phone and a lower phone bill! Michael is 100% customer oriented with in-depth knowledge of all the products and programs Great experience beginning to end!

Staff was very helpful, and now I dont have to feel bad about not watching WW84 because now HBOMAX is free.

Didnt buy anything this visit but I had many questions about a device that came out. The sales lady was knowledgeable and kind. Was a good visit.

Michael did an awesome job of helping me get new phones for me and my wife. He helped explain the difference in design and price of the iPhone 11 Pro. I originally went in to get XRs and I am happy that I got the 11 pro. Michael was not pushy even when I said no to different accessories. He ultimately made the process easy and was a great advisor

Amazing customer service. The staff was very nice and friendly and explained all of the promotions that were available and really did an incredible job. The manager is a racist, every time we comes in the manager is never doing anything, never working; but can’t help us, until it is to interfere with someone that is willing to work. Telling us he is doing us a favor by interfering with someone that is working, not acceptable; spinning as your doing me a favor by doing your job... run!

Great customer service.

Went in to come off of my family’s plan, and to start my own. They guy I was working with didn’t seem very interested to telling me much about what they offered. When I asked him a question I realized he was texting under the table while he was assisting me. I have never had an issue with AT&T before, but the non professionalism in this store pushed me right out the door to another carrier.

Great customer service. I switched my sons phone from my prepaid account to my regular account and it couldnt have been less painful.

Ive had nothing but the best customer service until today. A man named Mustafa came to me after a few minutes of walking in the front door. He asked what he could do to help me. I went on to explain to him what I needed to do. He was clearly upset about something and wouldnt even look at me while I was trying to explain what I needed to do. He then told me that the account owner needed to call in and that there wasnt anything he could do in the store (which I know isnt true). I tried explaining to him that I was a authorized user on the account and he cut me off and repeated what he said. I then told him he didnt need to be a jerk about the situation and he demanded me out of the store. I agreed to leave but asked him to pronounce his name that I would be making a complaint and he demanded me to leave again and threatening to call the police. I was in complete shock how quick the situation escalated and how upset he became over me asking him to pronounce his name. That will be the last time I step foot in that store!

I was sold the incorrect item. Upon trying to return the item, the manager wouldnt talk to me. He whispered responses to an employee who then repeated it to me. He didnt even look at me. Just clicked around on a pc. Not only did they not help, but they refused to refund my money. Told me there was a MANDATORY RESTOCKING FEE. The item was $60 data plan was $50. They Said theyd only refund $15. TOTAL!!! Then they tried to sell me the Correct item. atnt scammed me. They will never get my business again.

Salesmen was rude and very unknowledgable. Im in IT and he completely lied about system specs and capabilities of phones my wife was looking at. If I hadnt been there she would have gotten completely ripped off. Good selection of phones though, just dont trust the staff

The stores are great, the service is ok but I hate everything else about your company. You guys sold my number and now I cant get the spam calls to stop. You expect me to spend more money to by a feature to make it stop. So you make money off of my number and try to make more money off of me to have my number.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have filed a complaint with AT&T about my experience at this specific AT&T retailer.

I went there to see if they could fix issue with my phone that Ive only had since late June they could not. At & T stinks. Two more years to pay on a phone that I cant even make a call on. Very disgusted with AT & T

I just purchased a case for my legacy phone at this Middletown AT&T location. The store was very busy, so my expectations were low as far as customer service is concerned. I was greeted almost immediately, found the product, and made my purchase right on the sales floor without the salesman hiding behind a counter. I was then escorted out of the store by my salesman with the door being held open and a handshake on the way out! I am a raving fan of this location, I will be back!As I sit in the parking lot writing this, a handicapped customer pulled in, and a salesman walked outside to greet him before he left his car! I rest my case.
