We have hired this company 3 times. First to repair / replace a problematic window (leaks), then to replace all of our existing windows with storm windows as well as garage door replacements. They gave competitive bids. They have experience in dealing with City of Coral Gables building department for permits and inspections, and were responsive from beginning to end, prompt and on schedule. The process from signing to actually getting the job started was very long, but that was due to the city permit process and the window supplier. The company communicated with us regularly on the status of the various stages. We have always been pleased with their work.

My home has an oversized door which not many people were willing to fully replace. Locally someone referred me to James who came over immediately and told me in detail what he would do. True to his word he found me the impact door i was looking for and without delay installed the door. What was great about James work is that he took care of those fine details others told me they would not do. Proper concrete finish around the door as well as placing matching tiles on left over gaps on the floor. The work was superb. Thank you James.

We had a great experience with Jaime during the estimate process. He came to our home, was very knowledgeable, and very professional. We proceeded with the estimate to replace three or four doors. There was a bit of a wait for manufacturing, but the doors came in a little faster than expected. The communication during that time was excellent. The installation process was amazing. Jamie’s installation crew was phenomenal. They were very nice, very respectful, and did an amazing job. They really thought of everything. They were very attentive to every question or request we had. The installation was done quickly and perfectly. We are very happy with our doors, and are considering doing our windows very soon. I recently had a front entry door installed through Superior Replacement Window and Door. After having 4 companies quote the project I went with Superior based on the initial consultation with the owner Jaime. He was clear and accurate with the options, pricing, and timeline to complete the job. On the day of the install the technicians showed up on time and were friendly and professional. They took great care to protect the inside of my house from any dust that was created during the install. Upon completion I could not have been happier with the finished project. My entire experience with SRW&D was excellent! This company was recommended to me by 3 different friends who all loved their work. I got quotes from 4 companies. They were not the cheapest, but I went with them because of the work I saw they did at my friends home. From Robert who came out to give me the quote, he was knowledgeable and very helpful helping me pick what I want. Then the owner Jamie came over and went over every single opening with me and made recommendations that no other company had pointed out to me about my slider installation. He was so helpful, and you could tell he wanted it to be done right! My installation was a dream! I replaced every opening in my house and the installation team, lead by Alejandro, were very professional, courteous, polite, and neat. They not only installed the windows and doors, but their, masonry, stucco, tile and woodwork was absolutely perfect on every opening inside and out! The Palmetto Bay Building Inspector commented on what an amazing installation job they had done. One of the best I have ever seen! In life you get what you pay for, and I paid just a little bit more for SUPERIOR service and quality, I would recommend them to anyone!

Superior Replacement Window & Door inc. was a referred to me by a friend that had all her windows and doors replaced by them last year. I had 3 quote to replace my front door and patio doors, but Im glad I decided to get a fourth quote. James the owner was very professional. He explained the benefits of doing a recessed threshold on my doors. He demonstrated that by recessing the door threshold I wouldnt have a piece of metal sticking up in front of my doors and would avoid having a trip hazard. Its an upcharge on the installation price, but worth every penny. None of the other companies brought this to my attention. His quote was competitive. The installation was very clean, seamless and professional. I highly recommend Superior Replacement Window & Door inc.

Great experience from start to finish. Kept me updated at all times as to the progress of the permitting, window manufacturing, etc. The install team was extremely professional, on time, and meticulous in their work. They set up plastic curtains to prevent dust from getting into the rest of the house. Would do business with them again

Great company. I used their services after a previous contractor left me with an unfinished job and went out of business. Jamie came in and finished the job very quickly (I had been living with wood panels covering my window openings for about 4 months). Jamie and his team did an outstanding job replacing 5 french doors. Our house is old and has had many modifications. Jamie and his team took the time to come up with a plan for each unique door configuration. The V&V doors he recommend were perfect and not as heavy and overbearing as some of the higher end models while still meeting hurricane codes

We hired Superior Replacement Window and Door to replace the old doors and windows. From estimate, to contract, to installation and completion of work, Superior provided exemplary service. The windows and doors were fairly priced, the installation went smoothly with minimal mess which was consequently cleaned up the same day by the installers, work was completed within the promised time frame, the installers were punctual each day, we were informed of what was happening each day and what would happen the next and of course, the new windows and door look great. Excellent company to do business with!

I got this company from angie list along with other . I got estimates from 4 companies. Although not always the cheapest, they did give me discount and were very easy to work with. They followed up on everything, were super on time and on point. Details were great. The actual work was amazing, 2 nice guys, come in, get it done, clean up and done. No mess I swear, no mess, these guys are professionals at best, thanks guys !
