We have used ASP for window installation and for service repair. On both occasions we have been very happy with the professionalism, care for our property, and the job they did. They are fast, but rodeo us and they bring enough people to get the job done safely. We had a very large custom window that needed replacing and their team, lead by Orlay, did a great job taking the window out, cleaning out and fixing up the molding or whatever they needed to do. They safely and perfectly installed the window and gave us tips for other areas. We are very happy with this company and their communication, professionalism as well as pricing. The problem is the fact they don’t background check their sub contractors and knowingly hire teams with criminal records. They are allowing potential felons into peoples houses without homeowners knowing.Do your research and ask for proof of background checks on every person walking into your house.

When it came time to replace our 40+ year old windows, I researched over a dozen companies in So. Florida and chose ASP Windows & Doors. We have had a great experience with Bruce and Leo, from the initial quote to the finished product. They, and their team, were responsive and professional. My window installers, Julio and Eduardo, were very knowledgeable, worked clean and kept me informed during the entire process. Excellent product, excellent service.

Orlay was the person who came out to do some repairs today and let me tell you, when he left, I was so glad they had sent him. They had not ordered the correct part for a replacement that needed to be done. So he couldnt do that repair. But I had been told to show him the other things that I needed repaired when he comes. So I did, and he went above and beyond, readily jumping right into repairs of those things as well! Because of a storm coming in, he wasnt able to finish today; however, he told me he will complete those next time he comes back, after the correct part comes in. I can only hope that they send him when its time. Thank you ASP for having people like him. It was a pleasure having him here.

Although the process seemed to be longer than usual, I think due to Covid, I found the company to be responsive when addressing concerns /issues that came up during our order/installation and service afterwards . Our experience with ASP windows was very good overall. Things got delayed because of Covid19 and there was nothing to be done. Our installers, Abdel and Ricardo were fantastic! They were here at the specified time, worked efficiently and were very careful while inside our home. We recently replaced our windows and some French doors with ASP with impact resistant windows and doors. The entire experience was very professional. From Alfred, the sales rep, who explained everything and stayed in touch throughout the whole process, to the extremely competent installer, Emilio and his assistant, and Jonathan, the owner, who came to the house to make sure that all measurements were correct and all site conditions were taken into consideration. Even the companys repair guy and troubleshooter, Orlay, who came back weeks later to repair a very minor tear in one of the screens, we could not be happier with the quality of the work. The installers were very careful with covering everything inside the rooms to minimize the mess. They cleaned-up after they were done. Supervisors periodically visited the site to make sure everything was OK. When the work was done (in about a week) we got a copy of the final inspection. We were so satisfied that we decided to replace two additional doors with ASP. This is a company that is very concerned with quality control and customer satisfaction. Highly recommended.

My wife and I were walking to home depot when we saw the ASP Windows and Doors sign. We decided to go on and see what they had. The owner Jonathan happened to be there and he helped us come up with this beautiful design for our front door. We went with the cast iron because you can tell the difference in quality between that and other doors (especially the ones from Home Depot). The other plus is that they can make any design you can imagine. You may have your own drawing or image of what you like and they will provide an auto cad drawing for you to approve before production. Another neat thing about the door is that the actual glass operates as you.Now when it came to the install, I have zero complaints. The installers were extremely professional. We’re on Day 5 of our install. So far the windows look amazing. Even better than we anticipated. The installers are incredible. They clean up at the end of each day and are meticulous in their work. Will post with pictures once they are finished.Would highly recommend ASP. We received several quotes and Peter, our sales rep, was great. He was honest about what we needed and didn’t try to oversell us. We received 4 quotes from the larger named window companies and while ASP was not the cheapest they were very competitive. Their knowledge up front and the quality of the install have made it worth every penny this far. We went with PGT low-e windows.

Great follow up experience! We had our windows installed over 2 years ago by ASP and recently we noticed some caulking wasn’t adhering properly to the concrete. I reached out to the ASP rep (Danny) and within a day he had a team scheduled to come out to inspect and repair the caulking. Orlay and his team came out (on time) and replaced the caulking, no questions asked and everything looks great! We’re really happy that we chose ASP for our windows because they show that they really take care of their customers before, during and well after installation. Highly recommend ASP!

I have to say that this is not your average Mickey Mouse company. I have had to renovate my whole house and they have been the only company who has truly provided a professional service. Our salesman Michael showed up on time and provided a very informative presentation. After he left, I felt a clear and honest understanding as to the differences in the different available products. Not only that but he was not pushy and did not trash talk other companies like other window companies did when they came to provide me a quote. I found it pretty insane that companies do that. After thinking it over with my wife that night, we called Michael the following day to let him know that we were excited to hire ASP Windows for our project. They by far exceed my expectations. I was told it would take about 3 months to start installation and they actually came in two months. Yesenia stayed in communication with me for the scheduling of the install. When the install started, one crew (Pedro) started installing the regular replacement windows and another crew (Robert) came to demo and enlarge our living room opening. After the opening and install of my double french door with sidelines were complete, a third crew (Ronnie) came by that specialized in plaster and stucco work. They were all amazing. Another incredible service was that fact that Jovan would call me while the install was taking place to make sure everything was going well and to address any concerns. Every single ASP member held great craftsmanship skills and cleaned up after themselves. What I thought would be the hardest project for my home ended up being the smoothest and easiest project of all, thanks to the great work ethics that the ASP staff provides. Never gave us any pressure and gave us all the time we needed to think over our decision on the project. Next came along the permit process, this was a smooth process with ASP and finally Installation day; Abdel and Ricardo worked quickly to complete our project. They were very clean and did a high quality job while protecting our home from dust and debris. Everything came out Excellent. We had a great experience with ASP Windows and Doors. We ordered the door during the COVID-19 pandemic, which introduced delays in the project, and we initially wanted double doors but when they came out and looked at the existing door opening, they suggested an unequal panel door that is exactly what we wanted. The manufacturer built the door with the wrong glass, but ASC took care of the problem, and had them build a new door with the correct glass. The installer, Emilio was very professional, and went the extra mile (literally) for us.

Cannot recommend this company enough. I worked with two other installers prior to finding ASP. ASP by far and wide are the best. They are professional, courteous, on time and their work is impeccable. From the very first minute Mike came out to give us a quote, he explained the process, was friendly and told us what to expect so there would be no surprises. Once the installers came, they were courteous, made sure to clean after themselves, leaving no mess despite the construction work they were doing. My house easily passed inspection . After everything was done, they even came to do a final review, making sure I was satisfied with the work.

AMAZING work! I have had a lot of work done on my house and ASP Windows and Doors was the most professional subcontractor that I worked with. I was having an issue with my top French door latch lock. I submitted a service ticket online and I got a text message the next day with a date and time someone could come out to look at my door. Joseph & Orlay arrived on time and they fixed my door in 15 minutes.

This company was recommended to me by a family member. I met with the salesman on 2/9. He gave me an estimate for impact windows and doors as well as a new roof. He also spoke to my daughter about coming out to give an estimate on a new home that she would be closing on the following week. He sent me the estimates in email, assured me of a great experience (because he was my 1 point of contact), and took away some deliverables like an estimate on replacing window sills and a showroom appointment so that I could actually see their products. I received a survey on my experience with him and gave him a glowing 5 stars for answering my all of my questions, his willingness to take ownership, and his promise of follow-up.Since then, I have not heard back from him at all. With all my enthusiasm to get started on the project, I called his cell and left a message for him on 2/12/21, at 3:45 PM--no response... I called his cell and left another message for him on 2/16, at 12:17 PM--no response! With concern for the employee (considering the COVID world that we live in today), I called the office number and spoke to Tierra... she advised that he was not ill, apologized profusely and said that she would have him call me back immediately. It is now 2/18, at 10:32 AM. I have yet to hear back from anyone at ASP Windows and Doors. With feelings of disappointment and frustration of wasted hours and energy, I am now recruiting other companies for estimates based on their reviews and follow-up. Its a shame that they had already won my business and didnt care enough to follow-through. They have lost both projects (windows and roof) as well as my daughters future business.

From beginning to end ASP has been a total delight to deal with. I had several quotes from other window companies and one of the things that stood out the most was that they never trash talked about other companies. I was shocked to hear from other companies the amount of negative things they had to say about their competition. This was not the case for ASP. I felt that they gave everything to me straight. They educated me with all of the options I had to pay for this service all the way to all of the different product types available. I chose Ygrene for financing and CWS for my product. While the other companies told me four to six weeks to complete the project, ASP told me 12 weeks. They actually got it done in 10 weeks. I can tell the difference between someone that is being honest and someone who is just trying to tell me what I want hear.Installation was amazing. My large patio opening came out beautiful. Though it was tricky because of the way my walls are set up on the interior. Jonathan came by for the final measures and the ideas and measurements he took were spot on. My installers Frank and Lazaro brought this project home with a fantastic installation. They took care of protecting my house and leaving the house clean at the end of each day. The city inspector came by and had nothing but good things to say about the work done. He said ASP is a great company and that he loves the CWS product. What more can I ask for? Thank you ASP for providing such great customer service. Keep up the good work.

Had my windows and doors installed by ASP windows. They installed 3 sliding doors and 7 hurricane impact windows. Extremely happy with the process of installation, team of Pedro and Nicholas really took their time and was very attentive. After multiple quotes and tons of headaches I found ASP. We were in need of a new door and figured hurricane impact was the way to go... At the trade show I was able to feel the difference in the products between competitors. I fully understand the quality vs price. This company was amazing. They gave me a quote, kept me informed every step of the way, dealt with handling the association approval. Came prepared with their insurance, permits and everything needed. Extremely nice people!!! We were anxious due to the new baby on the way, they made sure to install everything before the baby came and were extremely respectful of our situation. I couldnt have asked for a better company! They were ahead of schedule with the installation and always prompt ( which is rare in miami)... the installers were AMAZING!!! They did everything fast, make it look clean and took their time to make sure it was done right!It was such a great experience that we decided to move forward with all of our windows, they will all be converted to hurricane impact.Im the type of person that finds someone who does great work and sticks with them. So happy I decided to do business with ASP. The staff and team was so easy to work with. Javier was my installer and he went out of his way to make everything look flawless. Very polite and neat. I was concerned since my home is a duplex and I had tenants and I wanted to make this as smooth as possible. The guys did a great job at working in sections and blocking off the area. You would never imagine we had just had construction done. They also do a great job at quality control. They had a very nice lady follow up during install and had their supervisor Michel stop by to check on progress. Superb company!

The company ASP is very professional and punctual. The installers were always here before 8am. Clean, courteous, and always open to help me move things around and put them back. They even took care of removing my blinds and reinstalling them. I had other quotes where they said that was my responsibility so I loved that they took care of it. Peter was my rep and he really made everything super easy. I also have to say that the communication throughout the whole process was impeccable. Especially during the installation. That was top notch! I am beyond “wowed”.

I have known Jonathan Rodriguez the owner and his family for years This is a true family owned and operated business. I scheduled them to come out and measure the windows. They were on time and everything went smoothly.They pulled the permit and 7 weeks later were back installing the windows. Now I have brand new impact windows and my home and family are safe from hurricanes, burglars, and I’m saving on my electric bill! If you need impact windows the only company to contact is ASP windows and Doors... let their family protect yours!

I found ASP through Y Green. The sales associate Jasón helped me find the perfect doors for our home. The installation process was smooth and very professional. I was referred by one of my colleagues to ASP and I am so happy I listen and followed through her referral. This is one of the best contractor experiences I’ve ever had. From the start I was assigned Danny as my sales rep which was very patient and informative through the process helping me select the right manufacture for me. He kept me informed through out the process on what status or part of the process we were at. Once installation time came Abdel my assigned installer came we connected immediately. The guys worked one window at a time through and through making sure they all worked and cleaned after themselves before moving to the next spot. They covered all my furniture with plastic to minimize the dust vacuuming after finishing the windows. I just passed my inspection today and I could tell you my house looks like a new place.
