Its rare to find an online store like this that exceeds your expectations! Rug Savings worked personally with me to get the product I wanted and had it delivered promptly. The staff is so professional and prompt to reply on chat, email or phone. Im not sure the size of the company but from the way they treated me, it felt like a small family-run business that wants you to come back. Oh, and the rug! I joke that its now part of the family. I love it. My dog likes it, too (see pic) Ill be purchasing all my rugs from Rug Savings and making sure my family and friends do too.

The owner David and their staff are professional and very knowledgeable about Rug Savings. When I complete my remodel of my home I will be back to purchase several more for my collection. Personally I like the mix of Persians with modern rugs.

Ordered 3 rugs and needed quickly. One came in defective and Alex was above and beyond professional and patient to be sure I received another incredibly fast and was able to get a return label for the defective one. Would give 6 stars if I could.

BUYERS BEWARE if you have to return a large rug...it is very costly! I was returning a sage green rug that had white binding along the edge that showed and the rug was splotchy looking. Because I had already rolled the rug up and rebagged it I couldnt take pictures of the rug to be reviewed by Rug Savings, so I had to return the rug myself. I was not told the best way to return the rug so it was sent by FedEx, who also delivered the rug.Having said this, Rug Savings is trying to work with me, so I am changing my rating from one star to four. They are truly a nice company and I would not hesitate to shop there.

I have been shopping for the perfect rug for quite some time and found it at another site and ordered a swatch to be sure of the coloring. Once I confirmed that this was the rug I wanted, I shopped around for the best price. Rugsavings kept popping up and after much googling and coupon searching, they had the best price. I was even able to get another 10% off my calling and telling them that another site had a 110% price match. They were great to deal with, the rug came super quick, and it is perfect! 5 stars for RugSavings!
