Best experience. Sonia really knew her stuff and explained the different types of mattresses. She had a lot of patience even tho there were rude customers in the store, she kept it together and helped us without rushing us. I had been to Rooms To Go before here and it felt like they were helping too many people at once and just wanted a sale but Sonia made sure she helped you find something you wanted. Highly recommend this mattress firm!

Ariel helped me try different mattresses and suggested ones that would help. She was also very accommodating when setting up delivery. The Labor Day sales made the mattress affordable for me. Im very pleased with my experience.

Purchased a Mattress Firm mattress with Ariel Dominguez. Walked in at 6pm on a weekday and she was: welcoming, but not overwhelming; informative, and detailed. Explained differences of matresses based on my personal needs. Spent the next hour trying to meet my budget. I was dreading this purchase because I had heard it was like car buying. Ariel made it painless, easy, fair-priced. Until the last minute she exhausted every avenue to help me. Excellent experience.

Excellent experience Sonia and Cecilia are excellent sellers, they understand the customer very well, they have patience, kindness, communication with the customer.

The worst place to buy a mattress, do not give adequate advice at the time of purchase, in terms of delivery the worst of all, workers with a very bad attitude, leaving my house in poor condition damaging pictures, lamps and stairs. I do not recommend them at all, I have photos and videos of everything that happened, I send it to the store manager “Daniel” and General Manager Allan, and Im still waiting for some kind of response from them
