Sad. This is October 2021 and outside it says 50 years anniversary but after the pandemic it seems like they are about to close. Sad. I think more or less 40% of the merchandise is empty . Hope they dont close and restock.. this is a lovely store .

Very clean, well+stocked location. I went looking to replace some bins and they were out of stock at the store, I cant remember the associates name that helped us but he checked other locations and ended up ordering them for us and had them shipped straight to the house. Great service!

Store is a mess, it looks worst than a Walmart in a bad day, very disorganized,items on floor everywhere, not the Bed Bath and Beyond I remembered, very sad to see it so deconditioned, walked away without buying, dissapointed.

Stop discontinuing items.When we bue a razor from you its supposed to have refills.Instead you discontinue it and make another kind.SPENSIVE STUFF BY THE WAY.

Who doesnt love Bed Bath & Beyond? This place is amazing! If youre just walking into the store, the smells inside can be a bit strong but after a few minutes itll pass. Im not sure if its the candles for sale or some strong air freshener, but overall I have a pleasant experience when shopping here.

The Beyond part of the name is not to be underestimated. They have as LOT of home related products.

Not weel stock and not very well organized

I needed a pull out garbage can for my remodeled kitchen and found a beautiful one online from Bed bath and beyond. The minute I showed the pic to the manager he said, I dont have Ill order ASAP to be delivered to my home. He did and I was amazed by his expedite action. I bought tall kitchen bags and cleaner for the top of my stove!!! Awesome!!!

Another great bed bath and beyond located in Doral.The only thing I didn’t like about this specific bath Bath and beyond was the fact that the beauty products like traveling little things, shampoos, toothpaste and all those stuff, where kind of hidden and also not as organized as I’m used to another bed bath and beyond. But rather than that everything was good, excellent variety and wonderful service as usual.

Great place to shop kitchenware, towels and plates. The place its huge and the employees are so nice specially James who helped me and my mom with everything. We did a subscription for $20 and we have save almost $600 its really good to do that. Avoid buy technology appliances here, they are cheaper in another stores.

My daughter and I recently visited this store. The Yankee candles were stocked in the wrong section. There was a large sign that stated 2 for $10 or $5.99 each. It was the much smaller one not the one I found. I had to leave it at checkout.

Great place to shop for kitchenware and towels. Id recommend staying away from appliances because you can get them for a lot cheaper on places like Amazon!

After having a pleasant visit with my mom I go to check-out and the representative Leo looked annoyed when I looked for my coupon. After presenting my coupons he claimed it wasn’t scanning. Instead of asking for help or providing us with other options he just stared back and told me “your coupon isn’t scanning” as if I’m the professional and I’m the one that knows how to solve it. He didn’t ask for help or was empathetic in any way. As I work in retail I wasn’t going to escalate the situation in the store. I paid and left. But I urge you guys to please speak to your staff especially Leo about customer service if they’re going to deal with the public.

Why is this place still open?

Came in looking for modern sized curtains, and they had none. I prefer the bed bath and beyond located in kendall. But thats just me, I feel they have more selection.

This location is just fantastic. Large full of stock and products are inexpensive for what they are. I got 2 QUALITY memory foam bathroom rugs for $25!!!

I like this place, I always find all I need. I ordered Keuric hazelnut K-cups with several coupons I had, also measure cups and teaspoons and several summer plates in discount.

This location is terrible. Constantly understaffed, very few employees on the floor for help and the ones there are not very knowledgeable, long waits at the register. The couple of times I was here I could see the top of the aisles was dangerously overstocked and some items fell close to customers. The store manager is creepy.I live close to this store but will drive to a further location just to avoid this one.

I ordered something online for pickup and paid for it. When I went pick it up, they told me the order had been cancelled because I had taken more than 3 days (today would be the 4th) and that they would only refund me after 10 business days. I dont understand why my order was cancelled if I had already paid for it and I could see it in stock at the store. The manager was very unhelpful.

What a disaster store! They sell so many stuff. So many. I could not find anything useful in the physical store but definitely had a better experience online.

I ask for curbside And I had to pick up the purchase because it had been 20 minutes and no one came out to take care of us.
