We are absolutely in love with our new diffuser from Hotel Scents. It is so quiet. Loving the options to set the intervals it disperses that suits us. The scent we chose was Midnight in Paris. OMG! What a fabulous scent!!! Thank you for providing such a magnificent (see the pun? LOL). We could not be happier with our purchase.

My apartment smells amazing! My way is by far my favorite scent (very Santal 33). I leave it on for 8 hours at 35% and it does the trick. The customer service team was great! Only thing I wish was that it would turn back on by itself. Highly recommend!

I enjoy the scent/When I have family,friends,come over.They ask me about that scent. They also like the scent/The aroma 360 stand that lets out the scent/This item is the best one I ever had. The wonderful scent travels through the whole house. The price is reasonable. I told my family/friends to invest in one. I purchased 2 diffusers and 3 of the recommended scents after reading all of the positive feedback. Unfortunately that was not in line with my experience at all. I took the lid off the first oil which wasnt sealed and it spilled all over my clients $500 chair, which I had to replace. The scent was SO strong that we had to put it outside and open all of the windows in November. brrr A week later the smell was still intense from just having the bottle in the house, so I threw it away. I didnt use the diffusers or the other two scents. I returned them at my expense of $25 and then the seller reduced my refund by 10% as well. So all in I wasted almost $100 between the 1 oil that was not returnable, the shipping back, and the restocking fee for the items I didnt use. :( I have lived in luxury hotels for several years due to work and travel. I was really hoping to enjoy a similar scent at home. I cant be the only one who feels these scents are EXTREMELY strong and dont smell at all like the actual hotels and spas.... unless the negative feedback is potentially being removed? I apologize for the feedback, but I wish I had read something along the lines of this prior to burning $100.

I purchased the Mini 360 diffuser. The product is of high quality and very nice design. It really spreads the scent throughout the downstairs area. I opted for the My Way scent, which is a really nice, luxurious aroma. I ordered from the US site out of UK. The product arrived very quickly, was really nice wrapped. I highly recommend this company and their products.

This was one of the best things I have ever purchased this year. During lockdowns this helps to create a better environment for the home. The scents are not only divine but it lingers during the times I off my diffuser. Customer service was excellent and very accommodating. Money well spent.

I love my scent experience. I plan to get more. I dont run it constantly but when I cook Salmon or Steak..it def cuts through the heavy lingering odors and provides a more pleasant scent. I also like to turn it on in the evening on the lighter aroma and just relax. I def recommend and I am glad that I purchased.

This has been a great experience from the initial receipt of the sample scents which they sent way more than I ever thought they would so I greatly appreciate that. We were able to find a scent that has our house smelling AMAZING! This is definitely my new go-to place fir fragrance. Enjoy the two scents I purchased - My Way and 24k Magic. They both are very different where My Way is sophistically elegant and sexy and 24k Magic has a spa-like essence. I dont use their oil diffusers but one I purchased on Aliexpress that works. I highly recommend their aroma oils as they are strong and unique from the typical lavender, eucalyptus, etc.

I’m glad i chose this as it has been a struggle getting a smell that lingers for a long time. For me, the smell was initially overpowering but within a day or two i was more accustomed to it. Now i don’t have to even keep it on for a longer time, an hour a day and my place still smells good. Will be purchasing again!

The small diffuser does not work. it is very expensive and only lasted 3 months. I called and the proposal they gave me was to buy another model that costs twice as much. I had already lost the guarantee and according to what they told me is the engine of the device.

Scents are great and really do what they say they do.
