Purchased the largest machine, was broken. Sent it back, was told I would get a bottle of oil for my inconvenience and the $100 it cost me which they should of covered. They Fixed my machine and sent it back. Never received my bottle of free oil. That was first part, the machine blows out wet, covered my TV and eroded my hardwood floors. The owner did not believe me seems. She told me put on lowest setting and seemed mad lol. I lost $900 as I had to buy from another company. So far new machine from new company works perfectly. These machines are cheap made, don’t buy these

I was looking for a sophisticated and elegant, yet pet safe air diffusers that operate with essential oils. The C5 Titanium is all of this and much more. We have an open floor plan and the machine covers effortlessly around 1000 sq of living space. The elegant and minimal design blends effortlessly with our interior. At the moment we are in love with the scent Musk. I plan on running Pine Tree once our holiday decor is up. The bluetooth enabled technology helps me run the machine through my phone and program desired intensity and time. Our fragrance consultant was very helpful in explaining how to maximize the experience. Their YouTube channel has great video tutorial that helped me put the machine together in less than 5 minutes. I am very happy with the luxurious spa experience in my living room.

Absolutely recommended this diffuser. It has become my wardrobe’s best friend - compact design that doesn’t take any space, and leaves a pleasant long lasting fragrance, so my clothes are always fresh. It’s extremely easy to set it up or change the scent whenever you wish (plus, opening a new bottle never gets out of fashion!). Not to mention it looks quite fab in a car too!

I’m pleasantly surprised by the waterless cold air diffuser system. It is super easy to work with, but what made it even easier is the great customer service Zara provided. She ensured that the diffuser was set up to our preference based on the scent. Few scent samples were included with our order to make sure we test them and decide which one we like the most. By far, our favorite scent is Bali. Fresh, clean, and exotic. Wouldn’t we all want our house to smell like a beach resort? I cannot say enough good things about this company and their products. I did some extensive research looking into diffusers that did not need water and I bought the 30 model that covers 3000 square feet. Well since then I have bought 2 L50 models that cover 5k each, 2 C5 that cover 1k each and now 2 car models that cover 200 square feet and they all work flawlessly. Love, love, love Aroma Designers! We have two machines in our animal hospital, the S4 and the S5 and alternate our scents between Enigma and Affair. Our clients all comment how wonderful it smells in our hospital. Our entire staff loves coming to work and smelling the scents! The machines are easy to maintain (requiring just occasional refills) and we’re able to control the hours the machines are working through an app so we’re not wasting any of the scent by having it spray after business hours. I even bought one for my house! Obsessed!

I used to buy all the products at bed and body works to make my house smell good, but they stop working after a week, which I cant say for the products of Aroma Designers. Aroma Designers have the best and many different diffusers and aromas. Fantastic system and extra helpful is the app to program it. When we got our S4 and downloaded the app it was plug-and-play. Aside from a great variety of scents to choose from, the settings on the machine are all custom. Custom? Since we were just testing the waters by ordering the S4 we knew you it would go into a smaller area (more on that towards the end). That said, having it placed on the first floor hallway at home it’s set to dispense oils into the air for 6 seconds every 5 minutes. One better we were able to set it to operate when we wanted - between 5am and 10pm - 7 days a week. This allows the scent to flow among a few rooms along the hall.The options to set it to see rather endless:-Choose days of the week it’s operating.-Choose time range throughout that range.-Choose the length of seconds between each spray sequence.-Choose the length of time you want it to spray.All of the above can be saved as setting on the app. You can create multiple settings for it to function from by turning the saved settings off/on (like the alarm function on the iPhone)Having tested it out with the smaller unit, we look forward to upgrading to a larger unit to system to link into our HVAC system. Since all of the aroma machines function the same way we now feel comfortable ordering one device for the whole house.**Note you must be near by the unit to connect with the app because it relies on Bluetooth. So trying to adjust things from the airport wouldn’t be possible as it won’t be able to communicate with the unit back at home (or work). Not a drawback just something we learned before creating different customized settings to have left it shut off while out of town
