This place is pristine. As soon as you walk in the door you feel like a princess. Can I get you a champagne or glass of water vip all the way. Was greeted by Kyle, the GM and Sasha and they helped with all my needs. They inspected my rings and found that they needed to repair some pave stones. I trust them completely. While going over paperwork I asked if they had any Star of David jewelry. They had one perfect necklace and as soon as I tried it on, I knew it was meant for me! I have been looking for a Star of David for 2 years in Los Angeles and never found the right one. Just bought an engagement ring and it was so great. My fiancé loves the ring and the service was great, every time I came in I was served a drink. Adi was very helpful and got the ring made very quickly.

I went in to check the place out, I have heard so many commercials on the radio, I wanted to see what it was all about.I was immediately greeted and offered water, wine or champagne (Thank you for the water, it was a hot day)Then a young lady by the name of Sasha introduced herself to me and was extremely knowledgeable about all the lines and products at the store. I was fascinated by all the options and choices. I got to try on some amazing pieces as well. I have my eyes on a pair of Sapbire and diamond earrings that I want my husband to “surprise” me with.They experience was 1st class all the way. Diamonds Direct is my new jewelry store.

Tina Maples and Diamonds Direct in Metairie have become a future go to for special gifts with great pricing.My birthday girl has not stopped talking about her bracelet. Loving it is a huge understatement. Even after my feeble threat of returning it and finding something less from Big Lots she just laughs. 🙂In all sincerity, it only made her day that much better. I have to say just how impressed I am with diamonds direct! I accompanied a family member to choose an engagement ring and it was a wonderful experience. We felt so welcomed and the whole staff was so inviting. When calling to schedule an appointment to come in we spoke to Sasha and she was amazing. We gave her the budget and style interest and she sent videos of beautiful rings he described. Sasha was very respectful of his budget and educated him on how to chose the best diamond. Their prices are really good and have so much to choose from. He left very happy with his final selection and even more impressed with diamonds direct and their staff!!
