I just received my rings and wow, Im floored, which is a rare thing. They are stunning! Even better than I could have hoped. Its obviously a really important purchase and being in the UK made it feel risky to buy from a company based in the US, but I would fully recommend anyone to use Brilliance in Diamonds - where ever you are based in the world! The only thing i would mention is you have to pay customs when shipping it into the UK, but that is the same with anything coming in from the states i believe.

I don’t write reviews often, but I also don’t get this level of service and quality often...A+ customer service and an excellent piece of jewelry. I ordered a signet ring, which they easily allowed me to make small customizations to. The item was shipped just before Christmas and was expected to arrive on Christmas Eve. When I wasn’t home to receive the package, I got a phone call from Kevin looking for a time for FedEx to redeliver so I could have the ring for Christmas. He worked directly with FedEx to make sure they were able to redeliver the ring ON CHRISTMAS EVE when I got home. The ring was beautiful, exactly what my wife was looking for and she was so happy to open it up Christmas morning. I recommend this company to all my friends and family — they were great.

Ok first of all I live in Wisconsin . It was a tad unnerving ordering from states away without seeing anything first hand.. I had the pleasure of google videoing with Kevin, to discuss things. That right there sold me.. Very professional and he was a cool guy.. HE eased my mind, dropping that kind of money sight unseen .. then he gave me his personal phone number, which he can attest to, I bothered him a lot with many questions.. he not only answered, but was pleasant and super accommodating. Helped me by being patient until I found what I felt was the perfect stone, sending me videos and allowing me to actually be part of this process .. I can’t say enough how much that meant . Now the fun part.. the ring was absolutely awesome.. I’m a “manly” man, craftsman who works with his hands and likes mechanical things ie, oils and grime so normally these types of things don’t interest me a ton .. His work not only caught my eye but blew me away. So intricate and detailed. It’s a head turner. Nothing else like it around here .. so glad I didn’t go to a box store . I would tell anyone that this is “THE” guy to go to.. just don’t copy my ring hahah .. I liked it so much I bought a Second wedding band after the fact to have one on each side of the ring..that’s how great the experience was .. thank you so much Kevin!! I first met with Kevin & Liz since my husband & i had discussed upgrading my wedding ring for our upcoming 15 year anniversary. If youre even thinking about looking into an engagement ring, Kevin is your guy. Ive had a jeweler in mind that my family has used for years, but we wanted to leave our options open and Ive read nothing but excellent reviews on Brilliance in Diamonds. Our first meeting with him was not at all what we expected. First off, there was no pressure to buy (like what you would typically get when you walk into a jewelry store). It was a simple meeting to discuss what my preferences were, what my now-fiancés budget was, and a show of some samples he had. Without really knowing what I initially wanted, I looked at a number of different designs, settings, cuts, sizes, etc. and figured out exactly what I wanted in that first meeting. He was able to show us what we could get and still stay within budget. After that, he advised that WE could call HIM when WE were ready... not the other way around. Kevin made this a very personal, positive, and stress-free experience for the both of us. So positive, actually, that I ended up referring my parents to him to completely redesign my mothers original engagement ring, for which he was able incorporate her original diamond into the new piece. Before you buy elsewhere, meet with Kevin. He and his wife are a team, and on top of being knowledgeable about diamonds and gemstones, they are the sweetest, most sincere couple. And I promise you, you wont find a better quality ring at a better price. I cant wait to meet with them again to design our wedding bands! Brilliance in Diamonds made the process of finding the perfect engagement ring exciting and enjoyable. Other big name jewelry chains were stressful and impersonal but working with Kevin was a breeze. Kevin and I worked together for a few months exchanging ideas and designs until we found the perfect diamond and setting. There was never any sales pressure from Kevin to rush to a decision. When we received the first iteration of the ring, he identified some minor changes that I easily would have overlooked. Kevin was able to find a blue topaz stone to match Olivias eye color which gave the ring the perfect personalized touch. I couldnt have asked for a more perfect final product or a better team to work with. Olivia and I look forward to collaborating together with Brilliance In Diamonds in the future!

My husband got me the most beautiful diamond ring ever--I dont ever take it off!! Kevin is just so honest and wants to give you the absolute best. The first time I contacted Kevin he knew and had exactly the engagement ring I wanted. When compared to any big box jewelry story his prices are MUCH better and the custom design he put on my ring was perfect!!! If you are in the engagement ring market I highly recommend giving him a call. I drove all the way from Baton Rouge to shop with him and was SO happy I did!!

We started out not knowing exactly what we wanted, and Kevin did not try to force the process. He encouraged us to go take a look at as many rings as we could find and to take photos of the ones we liked. And so it began: over the course of five weeks, she identified three rings that she absolutely loved. And through ongoing conversation with Kevin, we realized something: we could quite literally have all three. Kevin worked to design us a ring that had all of her favorite things from each ring combined into a custom work of art. He then helped us pick out a much larger and more beautiful stone for our price range than any of the other jewelers we spoke with. We came in under price range with what she has consistently referred to as the perfect ring. Could not be happier with our choice to go with BID and Kevin.
