I have a 2007 PT cruiser that I bought 16 days ago from Nicr Car AZ. It was leaking oil so I took it back to them. I was told at the time of purchase I had a 15 engine and transmission warranty.When I noticed the leak it was the holiday weekend so I brought the car back in as directed by the male who answered the phone.I dropped my keys off and was told I would get a call when the car was ready. Never once did anyone mention me paying or owing anything.Later that day I got a call that the car was it yet worked on and someone would call me tomorrow when it was ready.The next day I got a call from a different young lady telling me the car was ready and I needed to pay 50% of the bill. Confused I mentioned no one had mentioned this to me before. She said someone would call me back.Elizabeth called me back and said they told me her mechanics fixed the issue and I needed to pay $50 for parts.She stated the warranty was for the engine and transmission not the oil leak.Against every gut instinct I paid it and now I was driving and the car was decelerating while I was pressing the gas and now the check engine light is on. And it is STILL leaking oil!I literally have driven this car less than 40 miles. Paid $4200 cash for a lemon!Update took the car to a real mechanic had to pay $771 worth of work including the oil change which they said was just completed.The front rotors were rusted and no good. The oil sensor needed to be replaced and work still needs to be done. Per the mechanic the transmission needs to be resealed!!Update - 3 weeks later it is going to cost $300 to have the transmission resealed.Still have not received my title in the mail or received a call to come pick it up. The temporary plates expire in 5 days!

Was supposed to meet at 9:00 am. Came with cash. We have been here over a half an hour. Nobody is here at 9:30 on a Thursday morning. Theyre not reliable. Are their cars? I have Lupus and a broken shoulder. My pain is now through the roof because they dont have a clue how to run a business.They finally called. (We had made the 45 minute trip home again.) THEIR CAR BROKE DOWN ON THE WAY TO WORK.Buyers beware!

The price listed is not the actual price before extra fees like registration. Not to mention that they cant give you a closed title or even fully register your car. Overall you have to pay a LOT more than originally thought.

Straight to the point, no haggle deal. Optional add on warranty available but no pressure. I got a good deal, no regrets.

Was going to buy a truck hear, but all the reviews are bad. I will look somewhere else.

So after the reviews and seeing the mixed reactions, I went to look and see what we could do. They have a truck I was interested in(more on that in a min) and the price online was good(even though KBB had it for lower) . Got to test drive the truck, even after having to move another truck out of the way(the nice girl there admitted she didnt know how to drive stick, which is fine as its a lost form of driving) drove the truck and it ran nice, AC worked, the door unlock didnt and battery had acid on the terminal(which I was told can be fixed). Now to the fun . I told them my car was paid off, and had 2k for paying off the rest of the truck. I dont want payments. The nice girl got my car info from KBB and told me what the trade in is (5300) and said total would be 7500 after taxes not counting trade in. Ok cool, l can swing the difference. Then she calls the owner and has me talk to him. Now is where it gets shady. He tells me only 4500 for my car and the truck is now 9k. Ok I did really really good at math in high school and college, so how can the price jump. You have it online for 6k, which according to advertising laws you have to honor that. Now you jump it up 3k more. Dude Im not a idiot. I feel bad for the girl who works there and has to deal with all the shady business practices that go on there. Yeah my dollars wont be spent there. And before and snide responses, I have enough saved up to buy 3 of their cars and not sweat it. Def wont be going anywhere near there again.

This place is absolutely horrible! DO NOT purchase from them. Their cars are in horrible shape. They over priced their vehicles. We purchased a truck from them. Got it home there was water in the gas tank and no antifreeze in the radiator. The air conditioner is horrible and the heater doesn’t work. The radiator tank was rusted and messed the truck up bad. It does on me and when I went to try and start it it blew something up under the hood and caught fire. I hope this place goes out of business before they sell anymore bad vehicles to anyone. That manager is a rude person.

Waited outside for 30min to see a car for my mother, she talked to them about a price and when i spoke to them the price jumped 3kThey may be good but im not paying 5k for a car that kbb for 2k with no coolant and rustUpdate: someone from the business called my mother and demanded she take down this post . Well, you guys have my number and feel free to call me and explain why you call my elderly mother vial things. Things i wouldnt even repeat on here.

I had to find a new car for my daughter and found this dealership on cargurus. I never would have thought to look at the smaller places, but glad we found this place. They were friendly and very helpful. We purchased a car that was in excellent condition. They took the time to make sure they were selling a quality car. If I find myself in the need for another used car, I will definitely come back to Nice Car Az.

The sales person is really friendly and helpful. There is no pressure here. What is available in inventory is small, but changes enough to visit more than once when shopping for a vehicle.

Horrible customer service and shady business moto. They have a vehicle online posted for $6,400 and when you show up they say you have to pay their sticker price of over $8,200! This is ridiculous. Also when taking in a vehicle for a trade in it takes them 3 days to reply to you and dont keep you updated on anything. Bad company and do not own up to their online posts. Integrity out the window. I will not recommend this place to anyone. Stay away! NICE CAR AZ SHOULD BE CLOSED.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!! I bought a vehicle from this place and I should have known from the car not starting the first few times that it would be hell to pay! They pretended to be transparent about the issues with the vehicle and the deal itself but low and behold, the brake lights were out and the turning signals went out the next day. The battery was used and not a new battery like they advised and was forced to come jump the vehicle and replace the battery for the third time. These issues were all assummed and bearable for the most part until I contacted MVD due to them failing to send my registration. During negotiation I advised them constantly that I would like the price for the entire deal including TAX, TITLE, and LICENSE. Weeks later my temporary tags has expired and I have not received any license plate or registration. Unfortunately, they were able to slip in the contract (guess what), NO TAGS or PLATES as N/A when I clearly paid for this in the total amount of the deal! Now I am forced to come out of pocket due to my own discretion. However, the world can use less dealers like this and more dealers who don’t say one thing and write up something else 👎

This company is full of scam artists and crooks. The car they sold us has MAJOR mechanical issues. Check engine came on before we even got it home. They first refused to fix and then finally agreed to the repairs after hours of arguing and threats of suing them. Get the car back after they claim they fixed all the issues only to get a couple miles from the dealership this time and check engine light is on again. They are not answering our calls now and I am definitely not taking it back for their mechanic to pretend to fix it again. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM UNLESS YOU ENJOY THEOWING MONEY AWAY!

Well I found myself a very nice car.A very clean Buick. It did visit the repair shop but it runs and drives perfect now. The repair put the cars cost over its value but its paid for and I look forward to driving it everyday. A smooth running safe car. When it comes to used cars you do the best you can. NO ONE can predict a problem . You do the best you can. If you find one you like and buy it, be happy and remember You chose the car. Nobody is setting out to rip you off. The crew at NiceCar are just working like all of us. If you want perfection . Go to a dealer and buy a brand new vehicle with a 10 yr 100,000 mile warranty.. As for transportation cars. I went to look at a car. As soon as I came onto the lot a very rude and pushy man came to help me. He asked how I found the car. I told him that I drove by. He was insisting on if I was going to take it home today. But as soon as I asked the cost of the vehicle. It was nowhere close to the cost that was advertised online. When I asked why the discrepancy in the price. I was told it was because I did not tell them I saw it online. Therefore I guess I dont get the online price. As you can imagine I would not buy a car from a company that would sell the same car for two different prices. Just depending on how you found them. BAD BUSINESS

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Wish I could rate them 0 stars! Very sketchy operations! Did not receive the title for the car upon purchase and then 2 months went by and I never received it in the mail like they promised. My temporary tags had expired by this point. The DMV told me to contact the dealer and I had to drive down there to get the title, which the dealer said they received that day (even though it had been two months since date of purchase). He was unable to give me a new temporary plate so that I wouldnt get a ticket while driving, and redirected me to a PLS. The PLS told me that the cars emissions were not up to date and should not have been sold to us without that being done! We took all this information back to the dealer and he proceeded to swear at us and kick us off the property! Incredibly rude employees and most likely scamming their customers. Purchase a car from LITERALLY any where else.

Ehab Faruk Abdhala....a crook and horrible person, all cars sold are damaged.....he takes advantage of people in difficult situations....complaints are filled with AZ corp commission, Mesa Police, State of AZ. This dealership will be closed!!! He will loose his license to sell cars.

Do not buy from them, We agreed on a purchase price 3400 and when he did the paper work he put almost 6900 as the purchase . The car wont pass inspection . I think its fraud
