The quality of work was good and Tim is a true asset to Nissan. However all the work required on my car wasn’t complete, I suspect due to reduced size of work force. This not being fault of Nissan but a sign of the times. However over scheduling with a reduced work force creates a producible backup. I suggest you schedule workload in relation to manpower available.Personally I observed my car sitting on a hoist for 1.5 hours with no progress. I’m a observant person and efficiency Engr.Have done scheduling for years based on established studied job efficiencies.If you examine the work content on my car in relation to the total time in, time out, I suggest the efficiency is approximately 50%. On a National norm 70% is acceptable. I suggest you Nissan take a good look at efficiency virus stuffing your shop. The dollar is important, however your scheduling needs some attention. I went and got my car serviced. It took them 4 hours. They said they would call me when my car was done. I ended up calling them and they told me that the guy who I talked to is on his lunch break and can get back to me when he is back. He finally ended up calling me. I went and got my car. As I got home I smelt oil really bad. I didnt think anything of it. A couple days go bye and I realized the smell is getting worse. I got out and there was oil Ill over the right side of my car. I popped the hood to find out that the cap wasnt even put back on. I recommend not going to get ur car serviced there. I bought my car from them and had a great experience but the service part not happy.

My car shopping experience the last couple months started out terrible. I’m working on my credit but had a decent down payment and after visiting four dealerships and getting no where, I gave up. I generally had a good experience here. I was rear ended and my car was totalled. We went in looking at a specific car that we found through the Costco Auto program. Brennen Russel was the salesman I worked with. He was not pushy at all and was very friendly. I felt very comfortable asking questions, and 90% of the time he had the answers. At the end of our test drive a different salesman kept us longer and tried to sell us a different vehicle. We ended up sticking with the one that we found through the Costco auto program. We have had the car for a month now and everything is in order. No regrets.

On my way to get my first service from East Valley Nissan on my 2021 Altima and this warning came on at the stop light for no apparent reason. When I get to the dealership, service department says they cant look at it until next week! I asked for a loaner car and of course they dont have one. They did take my car to the back to put it on the diagnostic machine (so they say) after complaining and said nothing read on the code...which took a total of 10 minutes...excuse me but something is on for no reason and you dont want to help a paying customer! Bunch of BS and I will just take my business elsewhere and not recommend your service to anyone else. I called another Nissan dealership and they were able to help me out over the phone! I will now be doing business elsewhere. Thanks for nothing East Valley Nissan service department!

If you want a quick oil change, this isnt the place. Even with no traffic, you are looking at over an hour wait time. If you want a good advisor. Speak to Richard, he is friendly and honest and will only pitch the work that needs to be done. Only 3 stars cause the lack of good techs makes the turn time longer than needs to be.

I purchased a certified used Nissan from this dealership and after the purchase experience could not get any worse. To start with the salesman stole paperwork out my sale packet and denied it even after being caught. They refused to do all work agreed upon at the time of sale (which was in the stolen paperwork). After two months 75% of the work was done, with poor quality, and the rest they refused to do. In the first two months of having my Altima, daily driver, I was unable to drive it for 5 weeks off and on. Now one of the issues they refused to repair, damaged front emblem, has caused an inability to safely drive. I took it to another Nissan dealer in Mesa to find this information out because East Valley would not look at this issue for a week. The front emblem is the sensor for the emergency brake; front end collision safety feature. East Valley Nissan has told me that I am wrong about this information and that the sensor are located in different places. This dealership has a very corrupt sales department that all the staff are supporting in order to maintain their top seller status. Business with them is not worth any deal they would offer.

I purchased a used car at the East Valley Nissan. Manual transmission. I worked with Brennen and it was an incredible experience in every way.First, as I was relatively new to manual transmission, Brennen literally taught me how to drive it and gave me pointers. He patiently drove with me for an extended period of time while I got comfortable enough to bring the car out on the road.Second, I asked for a 3rd party inspection and Brennen gave me no trouble at all (like some dealerships do). Not only that, but he actually drove out with me to my mechanic and waited with me while they inspected it. Truly above-and-beyond customer service.Lastly, the sales process itself was relatively painless. He was up front and speedy about communication, whats included, and the negotiations.Purchasing a car is stressful always. Brennen made the process so much more comfortable and didnt let me feel uncared for at any point. He followed up with me after the sale to make sure it was working well. I purchased my 2021 Nissan Rogue Sport from here on Saturday 9/25 and had the pleasure of working with Bennie! Bennie was informative, patient, helpful, and he was not pushy. The only reason I didnt give this 5 stars is because Richard Bergstrom said he would sell the vehicle for me for 2000.00 cheaper than what I ended up paying because he increased the price all of the sudden towards the end and that was not ok, but thats not on Bennie. My vehicle is beautiful, runs great, was cleaned and fueled before we left and I am happy with my purchase.
