The machine said he “fixed” the problems with my car but all he really did was just cleared all the errors codes on the cars computer. I still have all of the same issues and error codes. The car was only 3 days off the lot and it started giving me error codes. The only reason I kept the car was because now the same car cost a little extra due to the car shortage.There really nice and understand at the beginning but once they can feel that you’re going to buy a car they kinda turn for defensive. They beat around the bush and make the car seem so much for so little when they really should knock down the price. Not coming back.

It ended up with so many issues the dealership I bought it from had to give me my money back. I ended up going out of Tucson to look at cars online. I found an amazing 2015 Chevrolet Equinox at Brown Brothers Automotive and made the trip up from Tucson to take a look. I ended up buying it and drove it home that night. I had a technician look at it and its sound. There was only a single issue with the car and its not even really going to be an issue until next summer. All in all Im 100% happy with my purchase. Mike made the transaction as smooth as warm butter.

These guys are part of the Brown and Brown car dealership family. its a small lot but they have a really good selection and these guys know everything about cars. They do work on cars here also and the mechanics are phenomenal theyre like mechanical geniuses friendly honest theyll tell you whats wrong and theyll tell you whats not wrong. Was going to finance vehicle with these guys the vehicle I was going to finance had cosmetic damage I had pointed out that the vehicle also had common transmission problems and that you get all that body work done and paint work done was going to cost thousands of dollars so I had said to go 2000 lower on the price and I would get the work done and come back and refinance with them and trade up in 2 years and bring them back a better vehicle than they handed me and they were not willing to negotiate

Bought a truck from these guys, sold me a 3k warranty which I thought was included with the vehicle, I get the loan paperwork showing 3k more than what the truck cost. Called the warranty company to cancel the warranty which the dealership has to do. They finally cancelled the warranty after some back and forth with the dealership and the warranty company. Now 3 months after I purchased the truck, Im still waiting to get the 3k refunded to my financial company. I have called repeatedly to get the money refunded back to the bank, every time I call, theryre too busy to take my call. Constantly being told Ill get a callback and all I get is crickets. All I want is the money refunded back to my bank for the warranty I dont have anymore. I would not go here to buy a vehicle, be careful with the warranty if they try to sell you it!

This is my second used vehicle that I have purchased from Brown Brothers. I feel really good about my buy. They did a full run through of the vehicle and buying a used vehicle its expected to have little things here and there... Brown Brothers made sure the vehicle had no concerns or issues. I did not feel pushed into buying anything and I did most of the deal on the phone for any of those with concerns of covid. I came in and test drove the vehicle for a good 30 min. I bought my 2nd car from brown brothers because everyone deserves a second chance. Besides all the issues I had with the 1st car were eventually resolved. Now with the 2nd car Ive done some research... Repair invoices couldnt be obtained. Then when they were, they were wrong. Wrong date, wrong repairs, repairs that were never done. Worst of all I was told that the vw dealership couldnt even find the issue I was concerned about. Well today I was told by the vw dealership that my car has NEVER even been in their location. And now four months later, since Ive been driving it thinking I was crazy, repairs will cost me over $4,000. But I will tell you this dealership had me totally fooled and Im not naive. So dont trust them as far as you can throw them. I dont. I will NEVER go back. And suggest no one else does either.

They seam like a very nice place to buy a car. They say they stand by their word. That all of the cars have been fully inspected. I took my car in saying thermostat was bad 3 times on the 4 time they finally agreed and wanted to charge me over $250 to fix when the part cost $23. U have had the car 2 months now but I took it in the first few weeks. Its almost like they knew they just wanted to wait as soon as possible. Im a single father of 3. Im trying hard to provide for my family and they do me like that. Also the car had a brand new radiator on it but the radiator cap was so old it didn’t work so after a few months of having the car I lost a/c and heat and was loosing coolant from my reservoir. Got a brand new radiator cap and all my problems were solved. I think they put a old radiator cap on a new radiator on purpose. I just don’t understand. When you buy a radiator it comes with one. It was very frustrating but I got my car fixed. From me fixing it.

Bought our used Camry here 4 years ago at a fair price, Brown Bros. did the needed service and repairs we wanted done before taking possession of the car. All work was done and done well!Fast forward 4 years and a gasket dried out and started leaking. They got me in quickly, fixed it with quality parts, cleaned up the mess from the leak in the engine compartment, and did it all in a day. I bought a 2008 Ford F250 from this place about a year ago, it broke down during the test drive. It broke down because of a DPF sensor, no big deal, they fixed it in a few days and I got the truck. One thing that bothered me though was when I asked about the compression on the engine, and I was assured that it was fine and each cylinder was tested and they were all 90psi...90psi on a 6.4 liter diesel engine. That was a red flag to me. So when I took possession of the truck I took it to another Ford dealership and had them test the compression. That dealership told me...and I quote take the truck back the engine is f*****, so I get paperwork and take it back to Brown Brothers, I left the truck there for nearly 3 months. First they tried resleeving cylinder 8, but eventually they claim they replaced the block, I say claimed because they refused to give me any documentation as to what they did, I was shown an invoice attached to a stack of papers that had an amount of $13k on the invoice and was told see we fixed it. Though the block does indeed look new or gently used, I can not insure the engine because I have no documents to prove it has been replaced. The quality of the work performed is also questionable, I have since found several bolts not fully seated, like the bolts for the cab of the truck for instance. Thankfully I still had a vehicle to drive during the time of the repairs, but I had nothing to tow with, Brown Brothers did provide a rental truck from enterprise to tow my trailer out of state on a few occasions. Trying to get information on the status of my truck during the repair process was extremely difficult, I had to make all calls and they never called me. This could have been 4 stars or even five had I received the documents showing what repairs had been made in those three months.If you buy from here make sure to take it somewhere else and have the engine checked.

I wish I could be happy as the other people who bought vehicles from them. I recently bought a 2005 Dodge Ram and the day I bought the vehicle, the radiator was leaking and the passenger front wheel bearing was making noise due to a sealed wheel bearing being dry. They replaced the radiator, but didnt replace the wheel bearing. Argued with me that the bearing was fine and it was the crap tires making noise. Tires that needed to be replaced but they also refused to do so as well. They claim quality and multi point inspection... FUNNY. I am a trained and certified ASE Master Auto and Diesel Tech. So after I picked up the truck for the second time I was headed home and stopped to fill up my gas tank.. As I was fueling up, the tank began to overflow out the top of the tank itself. Someone had replaced the fuel pump recently and didnt put the lock ring back on top of the fuel pump assembly... So yet another frustration... I get to work the next day and do a complete 156 point inspection and find that both wheel bearing have play in them and they are dry. Also find a broken leaf spring in the passenger rear as well. Among the air filter being dirty and all the fluids on the vehicle are dirty except the engine oil had been changed. Also found that they put stop leak in the cooling system. They put a radio in the truck and the antenna Isnt even plugged in. All the breaks are down to 25%. So needless to say the vehicle overall is not great, and is unsafe to drive should any of the above listed items fail... So if you choose to buy a vehicle from them please have it checked over by another shop...

HORRIBLE SERVICE...One star still seems too much to rate this dealer, of there was anything lower, i would choose that option. My friend Jose Mendez bought a bad ass looking truck, only for it to break down shortly after getting it. They supposedly fixed a problem it had but it looks like they only cleaned over the mess and returned it to him like that. Then they kept his truck for over a week and the problem was still not fixed. They shouldnt be trusted, they only want to take you money and give you problems to deal with.

Bought a truck there 6 months ago and they said it passed there inspection and everything. When I test drove it no lights on nothing a week later the tire light came on and come to find out they didnt put sensors on the tires now am dealing with a noise in engine and had someone look at it and they told me it could be the cam or block so basically a new engine. 12k for this truck now its junk or put 5k plus for new motor. I treat my truck good so they last no rodding g or off roading in it just to work and back. Dont trust them

I financed a 2001 f150 through them a few years back. Odometer discrepancy of an excess of 100k. The fuel gauge didnt work properly. When I ran it out of gas it was my fault. Even when the gauge read half a tank. I will not return.

*******DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE GUYS AT EITHER LOCATION!!!!! PLEASE READ!!!! I recently purchase a 2001 Ford Ranger for DOUBLE the Kelley Blue Book. This vehicle had 182k miles on it. Exterior a little dinged, Interior a little worn, 3 speakers in the vehicle were out, and smelt like smoke on the inside of the cab and the AC wasnt up to par barely blowing air and wasnt even that cold. I decided to purchase the vehicle only if they lowered the price to around $4000 and the guy on the phone said that would be able to work around that so i agreed to come in again and check out the vehicle. After a test drive it seemed to drive alright, nothing out of the ordinary. As part of the deal I told them if i purchased this vehicle they would need to fix the AC issues and detail the inside to help get rid of the smoke smell. They said they agreed to and they had someone they work with all the time they were gonna have detail the inside and I wouldnt get the car back til Tuesday or Wednesday of the following week, but the car may smell a little chemically. (which wasnt an issue). As i start to sign paperwork they have the Vehicle for $4500 instead of the $4000 that they said they could do over the phone. Which didnt bother me much at the time because the vehicle was supposed to be in good condition besides those things they said they would take care of. So i decided to go ahead with purchase. Flash forward to the day i pick the vehicle up, i was in a hurry to pick it up because i was running late to work so i didnt have time to talk to the people here. The vehicle still smelt of smoke and the ac didnt seem like it changed AT ALL!Not even 3 days after that I hear the belt going on the engine and then eventually my AC stopped working! 2 days after that my left drivers side suspension starts going out! And 4 days after that my Brakes are going OUT!!!Had to take it in to get the AC fixed because there is only 1 belt on this Ford so if it goes out my truck has a very high chance of overheating and stalling out! This Cost $1700 because they had to replace the entire AC Compressor. To Fix my suspension it will be another $1200!!! This also doesnt include now that my brakes are going out which will probably be around another $500-$750!!!!I Tried calling and talking to guy who sold me the truck and he kept talking over me and said they could check for a warranty on the ac compressor if they replaced.(which of course they didnt because they just want to make as much money as they can and dont care if they screw the customer over). He told me he would text me the guys number of their mechanic who could check for a warranty but never texted me at all or even called me to follow up!DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM I AM NOW OUT OVER $8000 FOR A VEHICLE THAT KELLEY BLUE BOOKS FOR $2500 ESPECIALLY SINCE ALL THESE MECHANICAL ISSUES WERE WRONG WITH THIS VEHICLE THEY CANT PASS THIS OFF AS A VEHICLE IN GOOD CONDITION!!!!! I DONT EVEN HAVE THE TITLE TO THIS VEHICLE YET OR EVEN A LICENSE PLATE FOR IT, I AM STILL WAITING FOR IT TO COME IN THE MAIL, IT HAS ONLY BEEN 30 DAYS SINCE I PURCHASED THIS VEHICLE!!!!!

Therefore my car broke down within less than a month of owning it and was hoping on the warranty, turns out my car had many aftermarket parts that I wasn’t made aware about when I asked specifically what mods were done to Michael the salesman. Michael threw me under the bus by saying they cannot help me I am on my own the cover the expenses on the car. DON’T BUY A CAR HERE!!!

Sold me a lemon.2 days after driving away, check engine light came on. Called them, they said, oh, thats from putting non premium gas in it.Fast forward less than a week and the car doesnt start.Return to their lot where they say,We will fix it. Leave it here for a week. But we dont have loaner cars.So im supposed to be without a vehicle for a week????Fast forward to less than 30 days in posession of the car...Computer is fried.Car wont start just about every other timedue to the ignition being electronic.My air conditioner blows cold air out of 2 vents and HOT AIR out of the other 2...mind u, its over 100 degrees.The gas gauge and speedometer(also connected to the computer) doeant work. 2 speeding tickets and 2 calls to AAA to be towed for running out of gas...Brown brothers still has not tried to rectify the situation.I have filed a complaint with the BBB.I am now paying for a car that doesnt run.Brown brothwrs is FULL of con artists and snakes.If u want a car that runs, dont go here.U might as well take ur chances with Craigs list, same quality of cars.
