Took my X5 to these guys and I didnt have an appointment. They allowed me to leave the car there over night so I didnt have to possibly tow the car to them the next day. They are still working on the car but wanted to write a review on the helpfulness and good customer service I have received.

Re-installed my adaptive headlights, a BMW pioneering technology, incorrectly after some suspension work and had to drive cross country with my headlights pointed 5 feet I front of my vehicle.

I used Arizona Bimmer Motor Werks to inspect a 2018 BMW x5 I was considering purchasing from a dealer located close to their shop. They did a completely impartial and very detailed inspection, and sent me a full report. I was very impressed with their work, communication, and follow-through. If they werent 55 minutes away from where I live, I would use them as my shop for any service needs on the car.

I changed my injectors out, but had issues with the software. Called into Arizona Bimmer Motor Werks to see if they could do it. They said they could for around $180 I believe. Had it towed over in the morning, gave them the numbers they needed to code the injectors. Also had them check for any driver updates and remove the check engine light. They charged me $55 and fixed all of my issues easily. Very quick and easy! Would also like to add that I had them quote me some other repairs, and it was definitely expensive. Ill just end up doing the repairs myself, since its all mechanical. If you need something easy, this is the place!

Great alternative to going to a dealer if your car is out of warranty, plan to use them going forward.

These guys were awesome. We needed some work done in my wife’s X1, and we couldn’t be happier with them. They responded to our inquiries about scheduling an appointment, and an approximate quote right away. Once we drop of the car, they did a super detailed inspection, and they recommended us a couple of things that needed to be addressed. No pressure sales tactics, or nothing similar. We thought the quotes were very reasonable and they had the car ready when they said it would be. We would definitely recommend Arizona Bimmer to anyone and we will continue to take our car there.

Great place! I recently bought a 328i and took my car here for a buyer’s inspection. They were very upfront and straightforward with the condition of my car and gave respectable prices for repair estimates. They didn’t try to sell me on any unnecessary stuff.

My husband called them mid-morning on a Monday as my car needed a new battery. I arrived at 11:15 and by 12:45 I had new battery, oil change, brake flush and cabin filter changed. Owners wife helped get it all set up and taken care. They were quick, precise and very reasonably priced compared to the dealership, waiting room was comfy and the owners wife was very pleasant to work with. I mainly needed battery, but she was able to get all the other things done also on a Monday! Great business! Would highly recommend! We will be back!

I acquired an older Bimmer and work was needed after the car started to shake violently at 50mph. I bought new wheels and tires, which i was going to do anyway. The shaking was still present so I had AZ Bimmer diagnose the problem. They found a number of things wrong with the car including two failed motor mounts. The car is fine now and all seems well. The pricing was cheaper than the dealer but still a bit high for the DIY’ers. I no longer have a lift so I will bring my car into AZ Bimmers for repairs.

I had Bimmer Motor Werks replace the oil pan gasket in my 2008 328i. I feel they did an average job. Cost was not much less than the dealer quote. When they called for pickup they tried to charge more, but I wasnt having it. Get your quote in writing before hand.

I am a capable home mechanic that can do a lot, but some things are just left better for shops. When I found that my 335i Turbo oil pan was leaking, and I had to drop the sub frame, I began looking for BMW indy shops. I contacted three, and while all were OK AZ Bimmerwerks stood out to me with their number of positive reviews. I reached out to James, and from my initial contact to completed job he was professional, upfront, and reasonably priced. I brought the car in and had the oil pan gasket fixed, and while it was down we ended up putting a new engine mounts. James gave me a deal since the mounts were out anyway, so that was cool. After the repair was done, James’s mechanic found a problem with my water pump, and when James contacted me to let me know about it he was extremely professional and went 110% to make sure I was not upset or think that he caused the issue. I truly appreciated how he handled the situation, and I ended up putting a new pump in which of course James also worked me a deal. All the repairs were completed within a day and a half, and I was very impressed with the shop. I was also given a complete inspection of the car, and since I had done a lot of work on it that James did not know about I was happy to see that the inspection did not recommend things that were not needed. I will be bringing my car back to the shop, they are very knowledgeable, professional, and I was happy with the price I paid. I also use the 10% off first time customer discount so that helped pay for my mounts!

I’ve been bringing my 2004 BMW 530i to Bimmer for many years. They are always professional, honest, upfront, on time even early at getting repairs done. I picked up my BMW Monday, March 16 a day earlier than estimated after several repairs. I’m good for another 50-100 K miles. They make it possible to keep any of my BMW for years to come and they keep a good detailed log of my cars service history. They dont upsell any unneeded repairs and only fix the items that merit repairing. Highly recommended as an alternative to dealership and very rational to work with.

Went to Bimmer Motor Werks for an oil change on my V-10 M6. Due to special oil and the size of the motor, the cost is $200. Oil changes are to be conducted at 15,000 mile intervals. They pulled the car in and discovered I still had 6,000 miles before it was actually due. They pulled the car out and advised me to come back when the oil change was actually necessary. Most places would have just completed the oil change. Very honest shop. This is much appreciated.

The team here is awesome, they perform a very detailed maintenance inspection and have great follow up to what you need done. However, they do not push you to get everything all done at once. Certified BMW techs who are knowledgeable with manufacturers specs as well as performance, I’ve found my new shop for sure!

The pricing includes everything, which I did not know because the inspection form does not say. So, it’s great that you get the bottom line up front. No one wants to pay a high price in maintenance, but with BMW’s you gotta expect it. I believe Bimmer motor works does very well in providing fair and quality service. I’ve been to Arizona Bimmer Werks twice now and I can safely say they are the most reputable and trustworthy automotive repair business I’ve ever seen.On my first visit with my 2008 M3, I had just driven the vehicle across the country and was curious if there were any issues. I located AZ Bimmer Werks and asked that they inspect the entire vehicle for any issues. This, I knew, was an open invitation to take advantage of me, yet, they returned explaining that a TPMS simply needed to be rewired and my bill was, almost laughably cheap.Four months later, I took the same vehicle to BMW Scottsdale for a factory recall repair. The service rep called me the following day saying my vehicle (which only had 60k miles on it) needed $4,500.00 in fluid and gasket changes. The car had never leaked fluid nor had ever indicated that there was an issue through warnings or performance. I obviously did not go through with their requests and returned a few months later to AZ Bimmer Werks.On my second visit to AZ Bimmer Werks, I again experienced their professionalism and expert repairs at extremely low prices. They even went as far as to put an old part back into my vehicle when it was discovered that it was not the cause of a fault. James talked me through each step they were doing so everything was totally in the open. I could not be happier with their service, work ethic and most of all their honesty. These are rare qualities that are certainly not found in the service department of most dealerships.I would HIGHLY recommend AZ Bimmer Werks to anyone! Took my car here (2007 335i) with significant performance modifications. They were helpful, upfront about their (limited) experience with the modifications I had, and were willing to work with me (and learn) about what I had been doing. Among other things had them do aftermarket turbos and upgraded clutch/single mass flywheel. They did good work for a reasonable price. Recommended.

In March 2013 I traveled from Northern California to Mesa for Giants Spring Training in my 2002 325i BMW. The day before leaving Mesa I heard a rubbing sound on my left front wheel when turning full right. Concerned, and after checking online reviews, I brought my car to Arizona Bimmer Werks. Although it was close to the end of the day, Cody was very friendly, offered to put the car on the rack and examine it. He determined the liner was torn, which he showed me. He said it could be replaced for about $100, although he did not have one in stock. He also said he could repair it with a screw, and another option was to remove the liner altogether, which several of his customers have done, after replacing the liners numerous times. I opted for the repair, since we were scheduled to leave for CA the next day. Cody was knowledgeable, friendly and clearly honest and ethical. He could have simply told me I needed a new liner replacement. My entire experience with him could not have been better. I would not trust my car anywhere else. They are honest, do great work and have reasonable pricing. Just very hard to find someone that you can feel confident is like this and it is not something that I take lightly. I travel 25 minutes just to make sure they are the ones who service my car. Cant say enough good things about my experiences with them.

These guys are the best! I was in (Valley Auto in Mesa,AZ) prior to them and the Valley Auto Shop Mechanic was always doing diagnostic on the car. I spent so much money on the diagnostic fee at almost $550 and he never got to find out what was really wrong with the car. Finally, I towed the car to Arizona Bimmer Motor Werks in Tempe, Az and they replaced the timing chain guide along other stuff with whats wrong with the car. The total time it took for them to find out what was wrong with the car before the actual repair was 2 hours. Dont even gamble with other shops that says they are ASE certified and says that they are qualified to fix and diagnose BMWs, just go to Arizona Bimmer Works where you will get a peace of mind and quality service.

These guys are the best bimmer techs. I was sceptical when I went there for the first time to get my BMW530i checked out for steering and vibration problems. These guys diagnosed and provided a solution for the issue. They went over and above and even checked the entire vehicle. They then provided me with a written statement and photos to show what needs attention on my vehicle. They are so efficient, professional and detailed. Please take your BMW to these guys and you will not be disappointed. Kudos to you James for giving me such a good first impression!!

Had my car at Firestone they could not diagnose problem sold me a part I didn’t need. Then had my car towed to Arizona Bimmer. James was great let me know the issues and fixed them. And they are cheaper than the dealer and use genuine parts unlike Firestone. I will only let them take cats of my two BMW ‘s from now on. 👍

Found this company online for installing satellite code on my 3 year old BMW. Apparently this is not a standard option for Beemers. All the dealerships wanted upwards of $800 for the code and installation. I received code and installation for under $275. With one year free subscription, do the math! If they can handle that, I would trust them for all work. Unfortunately I live 2 hours away, otherwise they would be my new BMW shop!Thanks for everything James!

Took my 08 335i here with various modifications and high mileage. They have done everything needed to this car plus some. I can confidently recommend that they are not only more affordable then any other BMW shop, but their work, skill and professionalism is unrivaled.
