JJ and his team are incredibly efficient, extremely professional and very reliable. Their level of customer service is hard to find nowadays which I why I would refer them to anybody. Hopefully we never get in another accident but if we do we now know where to go!

Once my vehicle was at Roadrunner Collision I received quick updates on my vehicle as far as when they would have an estimate complete and initial thoughts. After receiving the quote and an estimated timeline I then received a couple of status updates throughout they repair so I was aware of where they were at and how much time was estimated to remain.My truck was repaired in great condition and I did not see any indication of damage or previous damage when I walked my truck and inspected the damaged areas.I felt as though they communicated with me well and followed through on all the expectations they set forth. They were pleasant to deal with and I would highly recommend their services.

My last experience with a body shop was awful, I was expecting another difficult experience combined with subpar rushed work. My recent experience was the opposite of that. I was given a day that I was to expect my car, and was given updates via text message. My Highlander was done a day early. I’m picky, I looked for a flaw…I found none. Finally a place that seems to take a little pride in customer service. Best experience I’ve had with any business in quite some time.

Do to a small accident Roadrunner Collision was able to get the parts to repair my vehicle in a timely manner with quality in mind. They also asked if I wanted factory or reproduced products to fix the damage. I have no problem bringing my business here again if another problem arises with any of my vehicles.

I was rear-ended and Roadrunner was recommended by the insurance company. I was blown away by the service and professionalism from the moment I dropped off my truck. They were teamed up with Enterprise and had a rental queued up for me. I was provided an estimate of the repairs needed and a timeline of roughly 6 working days to complete the work. Two days later I received a voicemail telling me they were wrapping up and I could pick up the truck that afternoon (3 days ahead of schedule). I was able to drop off the rental car at their shop and the quality of the work done was amazing. I have never been in an accident and was worried my brand new truck would never be the same. I was wrong. They did an amazing job and the truck looks the same as the day I drove it off the dealers lot. Thank you so much Roadrunner Collision! Fingers crossed I dont need to, but I would return and refer them in an instant!!!

Roadrunner collision did some much needed repair on my 2018 Nissan Sentra after my sister backed the car into a pole and my fender came off. The process was so easy and I was driving my car like normal right after wards. I’m so appreciative of the team at roadrunner they are my go to for car repair and I always know my car is going to be in good hand and will be returned to me in WAY better condition then when I leave it there. 10/10 recommend them as a repair shop for anything from a minor dent to accident repair.

I would give 6 stars if I was able. First, the are NOT mask Nazis. However, they do provide service for those that wish to wear masks. Thats smart for a business, cater to the needs of ALL of your customers. A drunk driver backed into my vehicle TWICE (see my review on Mesa PD), and my insurance company ALLOWED ME to choose any body shop, but recommended several to me, Roadrunner Collision was one of them. I always read reviews on any business Im planning to use, and the only detractor for Roadrunner I saw was someone whining about them not wearing masks. There was a sign indicated that if a customer prefers masks, that service could be offered as well. So, I have no idea WHY that person would complain, except they prefer to lie about service.The damage occurred right where the gas tank cap door is located. Also, my SUV had been PUSHED out of my parking spot by the two impacts. So, I was concerned about alignment, et al. Finally, shortly after I had bought my SUV on two separate incidents, the driver door and passenger front door got dinged by UNCARING persons (They were probably wearing masks!) within a week of my buying the vehicle. I told them I would happily pay separately to have that corrected. I was told they could buff it out, and it wouldnt cost NOTHING! The could have easily made some extra cash, but PROVED to me they are a reputable business. I hope I dont need their services again but will return if I do. All of my concerns were addressed, their time estimate was on the nose, and they worked with Enterprise Car so all I had to do is leave my rental there. I recommend them without reservation.

I was involved in a minor auto accident last week, and unfortunately, the other driver was insured with Progressive. Progressive apparently has no insurance adjusters locally, and contracts with shops like Roadrunner to provide estimates of damages. In the east valley, they only have 3 shops, so I had to go to Roadrunner for the adjustment/estimate.I had trouble setting up an appointment with this shop to begin with. My first call on Monday was answered by a fella who audibly *sighed* when I asked about how to make an appointment. I was transferred to another person that explained the process they have for Progressive claims. That process is I drop off my car they take it apart and then do the work.I told this man I was uncomfortable with that process and wanted just a simple estimate as the damage to my car was minimal. He insisted that was impossible. I hung up frustrated and called Progressive directly. They confirmed that I would not need to leave my vehicle overnight with strangers and that I could just get an estimate. We called together and made the appointment for today.When I arrived with my young son about 10 minutes early for the appointment I was presented with 2 men not wearing masks in a county where mask-wearing was mandated (Maricopa). I asked if they would wear a mask, and they told me they did not need to. Then they go on to tell me that there was some sort of miscommunication with me and that they would NOT provide me with an estimate for my vehicles damage today and only take pictures. At this point, I realize I am backed into a rock and a hard place. I go outside with a man (who would not tell me his name) and I made very clear how astonished I was that they are so cavalier with others health. Especially with a child around. I did not consent for them to touch my car but did allow them to take pictures. I obviously do not expect a fair assessment of the damage. I will update my review with the results of this fiasco.I realize there are many people way out here in Queen Creek that think Covid is a hoax. You are entitled to your bad opinion. But to disrespect a client so blatantly, it just calls into question their judgment. Obviously, beyond the estimate process here, I will not be using Roadrunner to repair my bumper. I would implore anyone with common sense to avoid this shop. If their judgment is so poor to allow a shouting match in their parking lot over a lousy mask in front of a child, I cant imagine the kind of decisions they make on the quality of the repairs to your vehicle. Certainly progressive should reconsider their choice in a vendor. And clearly, Roadrunner doesnt consider me their client, but Progressive.Photo attached is just a very unreasonable employee walking away from me and refusing to share his name.

A co-worker recommended this shop for work based on recommendations from family in the insurance business. I went in to get a quote on the repair but was skeptical like with any shop who just wants insurance money. This company was not like that. JJ was awesome and didn’t try to upsale me on anything. He made a couple of phone calls and was able to give me a reasonable quote. Originally he told me the part wouldn’t be available until the next day, however, the part showed up that same day so I was able to return and have it removed within minutes. The part was painted over night and installed on my truck less than 24 hours later and looks awesome. I have never dealt with a more personable and efficient company like this one. Although JJ was the only person I communicated with, he was great. He communicated and got the job done. I highly recommend this company!

They got our car done fairly quickly for what was done but it was paid for by insurance and they charged us out of pocket for a diagnosis when the car was in an accident and obviously is going to have problems. Auto shops are always trying to squeeze some extra juice from the lemon. The guys were friendly though so what can you do.

When I picked up my car after being repaired, it was like new. And they not only washed it but cleaned the upholstery.Finally, my satellite radio had been kicking out every so often and they apparently tightened the mast antenna. Great work, great service, great people.

Not happy with the quality of repairs at all. There is a near dime size grouping of dirt in the paint on the passenger rear of my bumper, overspray on the quarter and dry paint on the passenger side as well. How this was acceptable is beyond me. NOT a quality repair by any means. They are going to fix it, but I do not have the time to be messing around and taking off work for this. Very disappointed.

They did great work, but they burnt up my clutch. There was less than 20k miles on the clutch, and ever since they redlined it while engaging the clutch for like ten minutes, it has slipped under somewhat high loads. They should have just partially blocked the exhaust to create the back pressure to find the exhaust leak instead...

They were done very quick with my vehicle repairs and did an amazing job with my vehicle! They always gave me updates.

If an insurance company suggest you go here, run the other way. Found them to be underhanded and dishonest. Beholden to the insurance companies who write their checks and keep them in business. I found their insurance adjuster to be fraudulent and they agreed with everything the adjuster said. Birds of a feather. I would not recommend this place to anyone!

I feel that I was given a fair and honest repair estimate on my truck. Brent estimated that my truck repair would be completed in three to four days. Three days later I received a friendly call from Amy letting me know that my truck was clean and ready to be picked up.I would recommend this body shop to anyone that is looking for a clean, friendly body shop to repair their car.
