First time client - car has been having a couple issues so l thought I’d stop by and give them a shot. I’m shocked that this mechanic shop doesn’t have more honest reviews.This place needs to be reported to better business bureau.I don’t think I’ve personally ever experienced worse professionalism and treatment from a mechanic let alone company. Called first a week before hand to schedule appointment and asked owner Luis when is a good time to take my vehicle. Luis indicated Having time Saturday. Took vehicle around 10am and handed keys in front office. Spoke to crew member about potential repairs. Crew member would call back when and update is ready.I waited and heard no answer all day. I realized they were closing in the next hour and called immediately. Luis answered and verified my vehicle has not even been touched. Owner states no one told him anything. Over 7 hours had passed... I notified Luis I would be picking up vehicle.I walked there and back 2 miles each way and waisted a whole day trying to do something simple at this repair shop.It was a complete waist of time and my vehicle still needed to be fixed. I was LUCKY enough that my vehicle was drivable and was able to drive it home. Repair shop lost trust in a first time customer.

I had no Ac in my truck and they took me in right away, well they said I had a leak in my compressor and gave me amount it would cost, in meantime I had it serviced and they added freeon, just to get me by for couple of days. Hes very reasonable and honest . I recommend him and they are very nice and pleasant with customers. Thank you and I will be back to fix my truck!

Twice now I’ve taken my 12 Accord to Honn, first for an alternator. I broke down while driving home from work and Honn-Auto happened to be about 500 feet away. What luck!!They got my baby up and running the next day (this happened around 7 at night and all the other shops were closed and didn’t answer. I believe the main number is the owner’s cell number, because he answered even though the shop was empty for the night. He let me know where to leave the keys and the whole process was smooth, fast, and VERY affordable. Most importantly though was the honesty. I’msure it was very apparent that I know nothing about cars and they could have easily told me I needed a new starter, battery, etc. Nope, just the alternator!This was over a year ago and obviously their work is holding up just fine.The second time I used their service was today. My brakes were squeaking and a headlight had gone out. They machined my rotors, replaced the pads, and installed my new LED headlights. I essentially just showed up and though they had many other cars they stopped to help me and got me out of there fast and again, VERY VERY GOOD PRICES.Luis is an honest man, you can just tell. I would send my own grandmother here (if she ever wised-up and bough a Honda) 😂10/10, not 5/5 stars.

Needed an alternator. Arrived at 4:50, done by 5:30. Cost me $260. Other places quoted me double and triple that for next day service. Will be returning for all future repairs.

Luis has been my mechanic for 6 years, and for good reason. He has the absolute lowest price for anything you need to get done on your car, and always at the most affordable price. Oil changes have never been more than $20, Ive had my water pump, serpentine belt, brakes and brake pads, compressor, and simple things like brake lights done by him and I have never walked away disappointed or feeling like it was over priced. Not only that, but I usually get asked if I want a water when I arrive and he has a comfy seating area where you can wait. Id recommendh to anyone who needs repairs on their vehicle!

Luis at Honn Auto is my hero. Seriously. My beloved van had died and was parked, immobile for over a year and a half. No mechanic would touch it before it died because they all wanted to put a new $4K transmission in it or not fix it at all even though it was only one bad sensor. My husbands car was dying too now, and we needed the van up and running. . A friend told me about Honn. We had the van towed to him after sitting for over 1.5 yrs. He reassured me that this was a good, fixable car. He fixed the transmission problem, changed the serpentine belt, flushed all the systems, threw a new tire on it and recharged the AC. He must have done something to the battery because it was not holding a charge when we brought it to him but it is now. He must have also done something to repair a significant leak we noticed as it was being towed, but he never even mentioned it. He recommended coming back for a tune up. The price he charged us, for the list of work he did, I am certain no other mechanic in town would have beat it. He is the rare and amazing good, honest mechanic. I am so grateful that there are still people like him in the world!

We have gone to Honn Auto for service for many years. The owner is honest, always does his best to help us, and provides quick service when you are in a pinch. His prices are very reasonable and fair. There are actually two Luises...the owner and the shop manager. They are both great to work with.

I work for FedEx and when I needed to get into work Luis took special care to get my vehicle going. I brought it back that afternoon after work and he found an electrical short and took care of it at a very reasonable cost. This was 6 months ago. Since then Ive had 2 other mechanical issues addressed and taken care of promptly and expertly. Hes now my local mechanic. I trust him.

Very reasonable pricing. They give options for repair so that you can either “just get by“ or do the typical more expensive options. I like having an honest mechanic who will give me more than one option for repair. I have been going to Honn Auto and Luis Venturo for about 15 years now. And I’m very satisfied. These guys know their Hondas. They came highly recommended from a friend, and have since been keeping our small fleet of Honda vehicles in excellent condition for several years. Their prices are extremely competitive, and the owner is honest and easy to talk to.

Louise has worked on all of our cars for several years. His prices are far less than the dealership and most all mechanics. If there is ever anything wrong he is more than happy to make it right. Backed by the BBB. Willing to do jobs no other mechanics would touch. Can reset ignition Fob at a fraction of what the dealerships would do.

Each time I feel like I need to find a new mechanic because Im not sure Im getting what I need from Luis, he does something awesome and saves the day. What I mean by the previous statement is that there are more expensive options that might be more thorough at times, but Luis seems to be the cheapest, fastest and often most reliable way to get my cars fixed and/or serviced. I have been taking my cars to Louie Honn for years. I also know many other who have done the same. I heard of him from a friend who still brings his cars here. Prices are very reasonable, and he does great work. Im leaving this review here because of the handful of bad reviews. I have recommended him to many people who have been happy with his work and prices also.

These guys are awesome we use them for repairs on our whole fleet and refer all customers to them. They are the best value and can fix things that the Honda and Toyota stores are unable to figure out. All of our employees take our personal vehicles to Hon as well.

I took my car in for AC repair.. They charged me for a o rings, hoses and other stuff along with a new thermostat they said needed replaced.. It turns out they did NOT install a thermostat because I just had my water pump replaced at another shop and guess what, the thermostat thats on it is the original one.. They screwed me for $80 plus now I wonder if they replaced the o ring, or hoses.. I bet they would say my car also needed a new flux capacitor.. you know for time travel.. would NOT recommend..

I ran over a tire I could not avoid in the road. Afterwards, something was clanking and clinking. I was able to drive right in for them to look at it. Grateful it was just a few clips that were missing. Those were replaced and then they drove the car to be sure axle was ok. Very reasonable and quick service.
