The newer sephora girls are not the best one girl offered to help me but foundation didnt match her neck🤔......I dont feel comfortable getting help from them when they cant do their own makeup😒 bring back the old team plz

Went shopping with my BFF looking for a white dress. No luck finding anything I could fit.

Well stocked, nicely displayed and friendly people.

My daughter loves it and they had a good selection of items. The ladies working there are very helpful as well.

Now normally Im not one to go into these kinds of stores, but when i wandered in with some friends the employees were very friendly and helpful. So much so that i actually made a few purchases, and loved everything i bought actually. I definitely recommend this place when going to the mall. Its great!

I walked around this Sephora for 30 minutes. Circled the place 3 times and watched every person who entered either greeted or asked if they needed help. I was the last shopper standing and still no one spoke to me until I piled my merchandise on the counter. Carrie, I believe, (hair was covering her name tag) was working at the time. Ill be sure to let my husband know NOT to buy my gift cards here anymore. Disappointed but not surprised.

Came here to say something that was already said. They arent understaffed or anything, but theyre certainly all on their phones and spaced out on what theyre doing. Wheres the manager? Are these kids even being supervised? Needs some structure. Couldnt get any real help.

Seriously the worst! I have been in the store several times and the workers are too busy on their phones or gossiping to even acknowledge you. I was there Friday and the young guy working did not say one word to me, I was the only one in the store. Your location needs to have serious customer service training.

Worst customer service I have received. I bought a hydrating Mask and I had a allergy reaction to some of the ingredients there so I came back with my insiders card, product in hand and the product is worth $25 so the representative says that she will give me $21 dollars in credit. What? Excuse me? Where did I miss my whole money tho? Ugh I am never returning to this store.

I came here because my favorite girl from Ulta wasnt working the particular day I went in. The makeup here is more expensive but the vibe is chill and the girls who work here are rad af. Love color match gun thing and little goodies you get on your birthday.

I visit this Sephora at least twice a month and they are always sold out of the products I need. I went today and 3 items I was looking for weren’t there. Very disappointing because who wants to constantly pay and wait for shipping?

I had an awfu,l uncomfortable experience the second time I went to visit the store.On May 10, our make up artist was wonderful.I returned to the store today May 17,different artist was very nasty and unpleasant spoke terribly about her co-workers,didnt want to listen to what I was asking.
